Firstly, I just wanna say I never complain about stuff on here, but I have to say I have been going here for a long time in this past year, the people in the drive-through have just been so rude. They have no manners anymore when I pull up to the window those people are a little nicer. I also wanna say my coffee looks different each time I order it. I have the mobile app and I've been using that forever and seriously every day it looks different. I don't know why it's been looking like sewer water but it's becoming a waste of my money. read more

In reality, no stars for this location! The drive thru line was very long so I went in to the store. I was totally ignored by the people behind the counter. Took a trip to the restroom thinking they could help me when I came out. Came back and although there were 3-4 people behind the counter they acted as if I was invisible. Looked at me and looked away. Only servicing drive thru customers....apparently. This bunch needs educated about customer service badly! Service is always great, however every time that I come in to get my strawberry refresher it tastes like actual grass. This has been going on for 6 months now, so I am now at the point where I just go to another Dunkin. I've had to go back in to have it remade and it still doesn't fix it. I do not know what was wrong today but I have sat in the drive thru line for 15 min now waiting to pick up my coffee from my online order. One of the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. They're always out of products. My food is usually wrong or just gross. Today my food was so gross that I pitched it right in the garbage even though I was starving. My bacon was still raw, the English muffin wasn't toasted, the egg was cold and the cheese was not melted. I usually never leave bad reviews since I've worked in the food industry and know everyone has a bad day sometimes. This place is always having a bad day though. read more

I stop here quite frequently as of late thanks to Covid-19 and my normal Starbucks being closed. Staff can be very friendly most of the time. Food quality (hot items) is somewhat poor. The drive thru here is quite annoying as the window is so low. Then throw in the older lady with what must be short arms and trying to get your items can be quite a stretch. Today they passed the clear tray out with my bagel and coffee. I picked my coffee up and the lid wasn't on correctly so as I brought it into my vehicle it spilled on the interior of my car, as well as on my suit pants. Lovely way to start the day. I did make a condiment request for my order when at the window. I heard it relayed to the person making the food, yet when I get to work and open the bag it isn't there as requested. Finally, it's been a beef of mine every time I stop, the coffee is never truly filled up. I understand with the spilling today some is gone, but when I take my lid off to drink it, it's always lower than other places fill the coffee. This especially infuriates me as it's more expensive than Starbucks. Oh and the cup looks big but the underside is deeply recessed thus only allowing the illusion of being a big glass. read more

I did a mobile order. When I picked it up in the drive through, the lady said they were out of one of the donuts and muffin I purchased. She asked if I wanted another one- I said no- and she proceeded to hand me the rest of my order and the receipt. I went home and looked at it and she didn't take off the donut or muffin I didn't receive! I called the manager and she told me I had to come back to get it refunded. I love Dunkin Donuts in general so five stars there!!! Their donut holes are delicious! I am impressed overall though with their late hours and variety of coffee selection. Most of the Dunkin Donuts in my area are open until midnight. You can go into the locations until 10 p.m. and then the drive thru is open until midnight. Now for some people this might not mean much, but for a shift worker, night owl, and coffee addict, this means the world to me! Let's face it, coffee never tastes as good as when it is made by someone else. The fact that Dunkin is practically always open is awesome for coffee lovers. I got the vanilla latte and it was really good, not too sweet and it kept me energized. I do like the vanilla cappuccino better though. I have gotten their iced coffees before and they are good too. Really not a fan of being negative but I have to say how disappointed I am in my visit to this location. Though there were only 3 customers in the building, the service was absolutely chaotic. Everyone behind the counter was confused, disorganized, and quite honestly, unprofessional. There was stuff all over the floor heading back to the kitchen and it was clear that no one knew what they were doing. I heard workers asking how to make lattes and where things were. I understand being new to a job, and maybe that was the case for some and I was glad that one girl in the front was trying to apologize and keep us informed on our order but I just can't believe the lack of organization I witnessed. It made me feel anxious just watching it all unfold. Hopefully things get smoother for them because I can't imagine working in that environment. read more

I'm not typically one to praise a specific Dunkin' Donuts location over any other, but this morning I had a definitively better experience here. I have two small children whom are not usually easily managed in public. That being said, it is essential that retail in general recognizes when to engage and how to do so, should children be brought into their places of business. DD delivered on that point well today. Upon entry, we were first in line. Not one, but three workers greeted us. They paid particular attention to my kids, complimenting them with their toys they carried. My kids loved it, and we're much more well-behaved than typical. We ordered our food and it was in-hand in under two minutes. The iced coffees are excellent, and the doughnuts are always uniformly the same, so you know what to expect. Great job, DD. Great service from this store today! read more

I visited this location Sunday morning (5/5). The drive thru was super slow, our order was incorrect, and they did not give us a receipt. We noticed everything wrong about the order when we were a few minutes away from location, but since we didn't get a receipt, it wasn't worth fighting the traffic to get our missing donut and fix the iced coffee that didn't have the hazelnut swirl. The girl at the window/taking orders was also very rude. I've been to this location a handful of times, but the drive thru is always slow and I've never received my receipt. I would give it zero stars if I could. in the last two weeks, we have gone here three times at three different times of the day - 2, 6, and 9. at 6 and 9 they were out of milk, making ordering a specialty coffee on a cold night IMPOSSIBLE. the third time, the blender was broken...we went yesterday and the place was TRASHED. a mop and a broom were left in the dining area. the garbage can was out of the 'holder' and in the middle of the floor with trash on the floor around it, there was a used napkin on the counter, and boxes all over the counter where you pick up drinks. there were three young girls working and all they could do was complain about how horrible it was to work on a Saturday and how they should hire people to work only weekends so they don't have to. umm, YOU chose to work there. I stop at this store a few times a week because I love their donuts and chi tea and it is close to work. I get the same thing every time I go. The people that work here are friendly. I would give 5 stars but the consistency of the quality of their donuts and how they make their drinks changes from day to day. Most of the time everything is great but there are those days the donuts taste steal and look smashed or carelessly filled with jelly or cream. And for my tea, how can you mess that up, they always taste good but some days my drink is only 3/4 of the way full and others it is topped off.
