I applaud this location for hiring students that live in the neighborhood. However what I don't appreciate is the inconsistent experience and cold coffee. Whether I visit in the morning or in the afternoon the Dunkin Midnight is never hot! Even when they claim they brewing a fresh pot. Oh and don't order food from this location. Usually ok but today I noticed that they started asking for tips one of the reasons I like this place is they didn't ask me for a tip for doing their job. It's gone to the point where the gas station clerk is asking me for a tip. Guess what we're all broke. I don't get a tip at my job. I just do my damn job. so the second day I went after this new tip policy started I put a big fat zero no tip. We ordered an egg sandwich, and they gave us some hashbrowns. The sandwich had an odd taste that was uneatable. The hashbrowns had a taste of rancid oil which is why the sandwich tasted bad. This was the worst food I have ever tasted, and I am 78 years old. This place is a health hazard. read more

Watch out when you go to Dunkin Donut on 47, I got over charged for total of $33 for $5 meal deal. So I caught it on the same day and it was suppose to get the refund but I got charged twice. I walked to the store. I explained what happen and first thing was the manager asked me, " did you we charge you for the $5? I replied no but you guys charged me total of $70. So I had to paid the $5 first before the manager will fix my refund. The best part was the manager never once apologize. The receipt isn't mean anything in this case. This place used to be great and something happened. I stood by the front counter for many minutes before two girls emerged from the back. Bought a nitro coffee and it was less than half a cup and then it ran out. The worker asked me if I'd like something else and I requested it be filled the rest of the way with cold brew. It tasted rancid. The store was dirty and the employee came around the counter and did see it and left it. Got refunded and went to Starbucks in Huntley. read more

I went to this Dunkin' Donuts and ordered a large iced brown sugar shaken espresso. When I got to the window, the drink was only about three-fourths full. I politely pointed out that it wasn't filled up, and the employee told me it was because I said "light ice." First of all, I never said light ice. Second, even if I had, that doesn't mean you short the drink--I'm paying for the espresso drink, not for the ice. On top of that, the employee, Jonathan, had an attitude from the start. No greeting, no thank you--just rude and dismissive. Sadly, this wasn't the first time I've had a negative experience with him. He has never greeted me or thanked me during previous visits either. This kind of service is unacceptable. A simple "hello" and "thank you" go a long way, especially in customer service. Very disappointed in this location. read more

Horrible place. Uneducated teenagers fill this place up and they cannot get anything right. My order has came out wrong numerous times, once they even gave me almond milk when I did not ask for it. This could have affected someone with a nut allergy. The workers never smile and have no customer service skills. You are better off going to the Dunkin in Gilbert's. read more

I've given this location several chances and they keep messing things up. I often get the wrong order and don't realize it until I am home. The staff do not seem knowledgeable. I've seen employees drop things on the floor and then add them back to the clean piles. Last time I was there three out of the five employees we're just playing games on their phones. No wonder this Dunkin has a 1 star. Was here this morning and waited about 20 min in drive thru. The parking lot here is a cluster fuck to begin with, however, let's not get into that. Wasn't offered a receipt with my purchase and customer service is definitely lacking. I ordered a bagel sandwich and got a crossiant. Gross. Donuts tasted fresh. Terrible service. which is a shame because I've come here at least once a week or every two weeks. But instead, I'll just go down to the other Dunkin' Donuts down the street in Gilberts. At 9:15am today I tried to walk in to get some coffee and a sandwich but they had doors locked, you couldn't walk in to order. Cars all backed up and pulling away as line wasn't moving. I saw two workers in there from window and I knocked asking them to open thinking someone locked doors by accident. instead the worker shakes her hand at me saying no. Which made nonsense as I saw Customer in their ordering. what Dunkin' Donuts locks doors and doesn't allow customers to walk in at 9:15 am on a Thursday morning? if there's an issue issue, put a sign on the door! a woman in her car asked me if anyone was in there and I told her yeah I saw two workers there but I don't know what they're doing. I worked here and this dunkin is probably the most unsanitary place you could run into, mice, spiders, ants, crickets, you name it, the systems aren't cleaned regularly, hair down, drinks made wrong on purpose, if i were you, i wouldn't come here ! read more

Truthfully if you can make the drive to the Dunkin in Gilberts it is far superior. You'll always be waiting forever in the drive thru and if you go inside it's not any better. Clearly disorganized and short staffed. Takes forever to get a simple black coffee. Avoid especially if you are remotely in a hurry because it will take at least 15 minutes to get through the drive thru if you are lucky read more

Definitely agree with others, this drive thru is so slow. I could drive to the Gilbert's location and come back before the cars in front of me would be done by the molasses speed that this place runs on. I went to get coffee before work at 9:39 PM. Not a single person in sight. They don't close until 10. They never have the oven working, even if you go at 8:30 pm. I was excited to see this dunkin coming, I'm better off getting up earlier, and going to the dunkin by ohare airport, at least I can get service there. Terrible service at night. The staff is very unprofessional and careless. If you decide to go there even 30 mins before closing, they will ignore you so they don't have to take your order. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
