The worst dunkin in town half the staff there are rude and just seem utterly miserable they have maybe 3 people total that can make drinks and food correctly and are super friendly and easy to speak to but besides that 9 times outta ten the orders are wrong and you're getting attitude for having the audacity to come in to order something for yourself. I have been to this location a few times. I am pleased with the staff- they are very pleasant! The service has also been fast and accurate.

I have avoided coming to this Dunkin and only come when I have to. I now most of the time go to the Dunkin across the highway or the Dunkin near highway 78. Every.single.morning. There's literally half a piece of bacon and the cheese is never melted. I have KINDLY asked if I can have more bacon but the owner says that's the correct amount. First world problems I guess but I'll post a review about it ‍ and I REFUSE to yell at fast food workers because I think that's the lowest of low so a review it is. read more

Coffee was okay the matcha had shit in the bottom of the cup. At the beginning at the drive-through the girl had an attitude for some reason. I gave this place a 4 star rating in 2015. Since then, the operation has gone down quite a bit. I understand that employee turnover is an expected and inevitable occurrence in food service industry, however, franchise owner has the responsibility to train their employees well to main a consistent standard of service and product. Here comes the criticism. During rush hours in the morning, the typical clients are working people who are in a hurry to get to work and they stop to grab a quick bite on the way. It is vital to serve them the best quality product promptly. In this regard, this location is slackening off. I see long drive-though lines, cars abandoning their queue after a prolonged wait, people crowding at the counter inside. They need experienced staff at this peak hour to quickly move the lines. I use the app on my phone to pre-order in order to skip the line. However, this does not work all the times. There were times when my orders were sitting on the print-out without anyone noticing. This morning I ordered a breakfast sandwich and I was disappointed at the quality. I hope the owner take notice and implement changes soon to improve the operation. Ordered a donut & coffee through the drive-thru on my way to work. Got to the window, paid the young lady and about a minute or just under she handed me my order. I thank her and she acknowledge and I drove away. At noon time I notice I was missing a $20 bill. It then dawned on me that I hadn't received my change this morning. I called DD and spoke with the manager. She was very nice and honest. It turns out the he young lady had told her workers that she received a $15+ tip. The manager thought it didn't sound right. She put the money aside so I returned this same evening to pick it up. Thank you to the manager for your honesty. read more

Ok so I normally don't do reviews but i am ticked off! So I ordered a medium iced coffee at the drive thru and as I start drinking it i notice it is literally all ice!! I took maybe 15 sips and it was gone. It was filled almost to the top with ice. I'm really aggravated that i spent money on a cup of ice with less than a cup of actual coffee in it. I will never return to this location...but the other Dunkin across the highway by the old aharts is usually a good choice. read more

Horrible experience.... Got a Peach flavored tea. Well thought it was, I seen the girl putting it together smelling my drink then put the lid on an set on the counter for me. As I was driving away I took a taste and it tasted like they started to pour coffee And then poured tea on top of it. So I took it back in and said it was not what I ordered ... Instead of giving me a new cup ... Dumped out what was in there and added more to it ... First sip was fine ... Second a little down ... Coffee tea whatever mix it was .... Didn't go back in cuz if I do I don't know what I would say ... All I wanted was what I paid for ..would give 1/2 star or no star but can't on here..... Never going there again! read more

Donuts and coffee, in a small little shop that has been there since as far back as I can remember. They don't smoke in here anymore though...so that is good. My neighbor used to work at this location, back in the 1980's. We go here at least once each time we visit P'burg, and they are always busy, so they must be doing something right. A dozen mixed, plus a few large coffees, and we are ready to go. Sometimes I like to turn right, back up towards the 'mall'...just for old-times-sake. read more

Dunkin' Donuts is one of the best franchises going IMO, however, like any other franchise there are going to be some locations that are better run than others. That being said, I've been DD's all over the country and will drive the extra distance to go to the ones I know are good. This location is by far the best DD's in the area (Warren county, Lehigh Valley). The staff is pleasant to deal with, the coffee is always made right, the food is consistently fresh, and I've never had issues logging on to their free wi-fi...;-)...in other words, it's what every DD's should be, not much else to be said. read more
