The service at this Dunkin' has become really frustrating because of one employee in particular. She's easy to recognize by the big bun of hair on her head and her large figure, and every time I've interacted with her, she's acted like customers are an inconvenience. She doesn't say anything outright rude, but the looks, sighs, and attitude make it clear she'd rather you weren't there at all. What makes it worse is that she's often outside smoking instead of handling the counter, which leaves customers waiting with no explanation and usually this young girl scurrying around attempting to handle the orders, it's sad. When she does come back in, it feels like she's annoyed that anyone expected service. I come to Dunkin' for quick, simple customer service, but this kind of behavior makes the whole visit uncomfortable. This used to be a good place with a nice atmosphere and enjoyable setting. Im not sure how this place continues to get worse but it does. I stopped coming here for months because of the bad service and horrible coffee and products but thought I'd give it a try again. Bad idea. Order was wrong again. the coffee was so bad I threw it out. the workers are downright nasty. I guess a plus is that there were no children running behind the counter this time. i thought with the remodel it may actually be clean inside. I placed an order from mobile app through drive through pick up at 10:18 pm We didn't be able to pick it up until waiting 10:50 pm . She said we need to wait and she needs to take care of the drive through customers because we ordered through the app.We said its not our problem we have been waiting since then.she said its not her problem too its companies problem!so what does it have to do with us!you are working there!we got only our drinks she got mad we got sandwiches too.she asked us to move over and wait she needs to take care of other people which is on timer she said!!!we asked for refund if she can't fulfill the order.she said call the company she can't refund the order she can't fulfill.We end up leaving.what kind of app or system you have!!No one tests this!!!we end up getting robbed by dunkin donuts for the order we didn't be able to pick up!!!Shame on you people!!! read more

1-Star because you must. I have never seen a worse managed place than this Dunkin'. This should tell you that the requirements as a franchise must be the lowest in the land. This is a Donut store that has no donuts by noon. This is a coffee shop that usually is missing one of the elements of making coffee -- every day --. Mind you all items on their menu. All the food they serve is "pre-frozen" microwaved/toaster-oven food, and the chances of you getting lukewarm-to-cold food are pretty good. The weeks where everything is available, and working are very few and far in between. For months they served coffee in cups that would leak from the lid, because they would not provide plugs for their defective lids. (When I asked, once, I was told to drive carefully) Not to mention that the work quality is just as good as the service they provide. If you use the drive-through, you will be waiting-and-waiting in line (in front of the two-way speaker) just to place your order and when you get to the window, nothing is ready. If you see cars lined to the highway and you decide to go in, you will be ignored just as long, because no one is paying attention. (I am particularly fond of the blind stares). I am sure that the words "organization" and "planning" have never been uttered in this place. I won't even go into their hygiene practices when working with food. NOW, this business was closed for remodeling and it looks okay. It is too bad, that the remodeling did not include customer service, quality of service and politeness. PLEASE DON'T use the words "covid" or "I have no workers" because you have increased the prices for your lousy product and service along with every other business. So, along with your costs, you should also increase your pay and either supervise your people or get better workers. I go to Dunkin' Donuts frequently and this location is terrible. There is one guy who works here and I wish I knew his schedule when he makes my drink it's great and he's friendly, but any other time the employees are rude and order isn't correct. I went here one time and they ran out of donuts. Today's visit I had the employee was so rude at the window. Ordered two drinks they didn't even label them! I asked for whip cream and they didn't put it on. I had to ask which is which since they were both iced coffees and look the same. I usually don't come to this Dunkin' because they almost always get my order wrong. And when they do they give you an attitude when you ask them to fix it. I ordered on the app and had my mom pick it up for me while she was already out. I ordered 2 drinks 5 bagels and a doughnut. My mom didn't think to check the bag before she got home and we were missing the doughnut. 2 of my bagels weren't suppose to be toasted but were anyway. It wasn't a big deal to me that they were toasted because I'd eat the anyway. But missing the doughnut left my nephew without anything to eat. I called and spoke to someone who said I could come back and they'd give me 2 for have to drive back (a 20 minute drive) when we got back they had changed shifts and no one had relayed the message. We waited in line for 10 minutes before we got to the window. When we got to the window they said they just needed to check with the last manager one duty to make sure we had spoken with someone. They said they spoke to the manager and he told them there was only one person who called about a missing doughnut not a muffin... nobody said anything about a muffin. He asked for the name of any past orders. I have him my name. They said there wasn't any past orders for my name and asked if I had the right location. So I pulled up the receipt on my app with their address and the time of my order. He then had me pull forward and brought me the doughnut. The man at the window was rude and argued with my mother and I. Then continued to let the window slam in our face as he walked away. I will never return to this location. The mistake of a missing item is forgivable. But the arguing and making a big deal out of an item that costs a $1 is rediculous. I am sure it's been done. But that's not the point. The food and drink is all right, but the problem was they should've had my bagel in the toaster the second I completed my order. Not after I come to the window, and they shouldn't be wasting time with customers that have gotten their order completed and received especially when in drive thru. I use the drive-through to get as fast service as possible, if you can't do something as simple as get the other customer along the way while others are waiting as soon as the order and transaction is completed, then don't work the window. Some customers have jobs to get to and they don't want to be late because someone decided to flirt or shoot the breeze with a customer that's already completed the transaction. read more

Rude. Snobby. Miserable. Those are just a few of the words I'd use to describe the service here. The product to me is fine. It's fast food coffee and breakfast so it is what it is. But the employees here need an attitude check. Not all of them. But most of them. Ordered a peach refresher. Asked if I wanted regular or coconut. Was never asked that before so I was a little thrown off. so I said no coconut, just the normal way. When I pulled up, they handed me one that had coconut. I politely said, "oh no I'm sorry I said no coconut". The guy handed it to me said okay no problem sorry about that we'll make another, while the rude ass lady in the back is loudly telling me that I did order coconut and I have to pay for both. Still keeping it polite I said "I'm sorry I think it was a miscommunication but I said no coconut, I didn't even know that was an option" And I was met with, "this mother f***er doesn't know what he wants" Insane. Unprofessional. And these are the people who want more money. The dude at the drive thru apologized for the mix up and said sorry for everything, but whoever is working the Thursday morning shift as the drive-thru order taker either needs a reality check, training, or just outright fired. I have been stopping at this Dunkin Donuts for five years now. Staff is very friendly and quick. My problem with this location is their stock. I can go to any 24 hour D&D at any time doesn't matter and get whatever I want. When I go here... I'd say 90% of the time they don't have something I want. It's kind of ridiculous. Are you really craving that strawberry frosted donut... Perhaps a burrito... A certain bagel... I'd go to another location... Because a lot of the time your compromising on what you want... This place is fine during the day, but it shouldn't even be open 24 hours because the night shift is awful. I have never once gone there at night without them screwing up my order.
