Since when did a medium iced coffee and Boston crème increase in cost to $6.11? I guess I thought moving from California to Illinois would be a lower cost of living but not so. Ridiculously more expensive than California read more

Absolutely ridiculous. Got this trash in my bag and when I went back to return it I was told there was no manager and then that the assistant was there, but couldn't be found. After waiting too long for her to emerge from wherever she was hiding, the cashier refunds my money and only THEN the assumed assistant manager emerges from the bathroom. Surprisingly she is the one that gave me this trash out the drive thru window. She looks up sees I'm still there puts her nose in her phone and goes back in the bathroom. Disgusting food, and clearly trash management. One star is too many. read more

Dunkin' - Donuts Near Me - Peru, Illinois

Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Takes at least 10 mins to get through drive through every time.

The coffee is burnt half the time. It's a gamble every time I go through the drive through. The food is simply bad. I got a sandwich and a grilled cheese this morning and both were so hard I could use them as a pair of drumsticks. On the sandwich, I can only assume they used a whole pigs worth of bacon on it. It was an absurd amount. The service is fine. read more

This location consistently has slow unfriendly service and lately has not been filling up my coffees all the way up. Today, my late was cold and 1/3 empty. I will now be choosing other coffee establishments after too many disappointing experiences. read more

Dunkin' - My cinnamon crunch latte is 1/3 empty and cold - Donuts Near Me - Peru, Illinois

Amazing service!!! They always make the best drinks!! Showed up right before they were going to close and they DELIVERED! ABSOLUTELY ATE DOWN! Left a good tip! The girls were so kind. Whoever levels a bad review on this place is just a Karens and has no brain cells read more

This is the worst dunkin I have ever came across. I placed a mobile pickup and it wasn't even near ready even tho the app said it was. The workers literally could care less. I stand there for 10 mins just waiting for someone to come up to me. One time my friend and I had mobile orders which are near a garage can and while looking for our bag we saw it in the garage can. The worker proceeded to PICK IT OUT OF THE GARABGE AND HAND IT TO US. It was disgusting. The workers are so rude and not professional. The two girls with pink or whatver hair just mess around the whole time and laugh with each other over helping customors. read more

More than anything, service is the most important aspect when I visit a business or restaurant. I came here to grab a coffee and donut and to get some studying done while I was waiting on my boyfriend to finish some business. I got an iced coffee with cream and sugar, along with a strawberry sprinkled donut. Both were great and met the Dunkin donut standard I would expect! I also really like the furniture in the seating area, which seems very conducive for study/work EXCEPT... The music is SO LOUD!!! I asked the girls behind the counter if the could please turn it down, and they said they would have to call their manager. After speaking to the manager, who said she was coming, in fact nothing was done! I was there almost an hour too. To add evidence to how loud the music was, an elderly woman was trying to order and couldn't hear/speak over the loud damn music! I feel this is just disrespectful to the store's patrons, when clearly there are issues being caused by the volume. This store is okay in terms of the food & drink, but the customer service is sub-par. If DD wants to compete with places like Starbucks or other coffee shops, they need to step up the service in locations like this. read more

Absolutely ridiculous service and corporate needs to either hire all new staff or investigate this location because I am utterly disappointed and disgusted at the staffs behavior. Employees not even wearing uniforms with pants sagging and butt and boxers hanging out like they're gangsters on the street. Not a single person even acknowledged that we arrived and we sat there standing around for 5 minutes while everyone was busy messing around with no interest in taking an order. No name was asked for or number, just food thrown on the counter for customers to figure out who's is who's which is unprofessional. Staff was bantering and yelling at older people being disrespectful and insulting. Staff was throwing food around while preparing it not taking any care in their job or company product. Our drinks weren't even made properly or mixed and we got a horrid sour syrup in our mouth and by the time we got it mixed properly to be edible it was flat because we had to stir it so much. Don't go here unless you want disappointment. I will never return. read more

First time at Dunkin. Customer service left much to be desired and I waited 20 mins in the drive-thru. I thought, "okay, I work in fast food, I understand," but when I got to the window the employees seemed oblivious to the 10+ cars in the drive-thru. They were meandering around and operating incredibly slowly for no reason. When I got to the window, I was given a total even though I paid already through the app. I politely told them I ordered online and they fetched my coffee but forgot my donuts. When I mentioned this they apologized and told me they were out of one of the donuts I ordered. I told them it was fine and requested another one. When they gave me my donuts, my boston creme was upside down and almost all of the chocolate topping stuck to the bag. I was told nothing other than "there ya go" so I pulled off and one of the employees said something along the lines of: "wait did I- oh whatever." The pros? The coffee is incredibly affordable and doesn't taste that amazing (but it's still good) so I'm not tempted to drink it all in one sitting. I'm not complaining. Coffee is coffee. The donuts tasted pretty good too. The cons, though? Everything else. Coffee may be coffee, but as a customer service employee myself, I observed very little effort from the employees I saw. I'm a patient man but with the way I experienced Dunkin for the first time, I'd rather pay the extra $3 for Starbucks. read more

If I could give a zero star rating I would. This place is always scrambling to get orders half right and the service is terrible. Multiple times going here to get a coffee and then being told "sorry our machine is cleaning". It's ridiculous. Just spent 15 minutes in line in store while being completely ignored by all 5 workers while at least 6 cars went through the drive through. Total joke. read more

Don't waste your time or money at the Peru, Il location! Extremely long waits for coffee in the drive thru last few times I went there. Over 30 min each time waiting! ... to finally be 3 cars away from the drive up window to have to sit there and watch the employees hang out the window feeding a F**king dog ice cream for 5 minutes! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! YOU HAVE 20 + CARS WAITING FOR OVER 30 MINUTES FOR COFFEE AND YOU ARE MAKING PEOPLE WAIT WHILE YOU FEED SOMEONES DOG ?! Today was my last trip to this location. I will not ever be going back! read more

On a road trip, we stopped here to start our day off. The line was long as expected because Dunkin is so good. Im upset Butter Pecan was discontinued, but I tried Mocha. Got to window and they gave hazelnut , i corrected them and then they took 2 seconds and handed me what looked like the hazelnut with chocolate sauce at the bottom. When I tried it, all the sugar particles and chocolate weren't mixed at all. I shook it, stirred with straw. Still stuck at the bottom. I also ordered the snackin bacon, which would have been good if it wasn't COLD. My experience was less than even with COVID being a thing. read more

The store always seems understaffed, under-supplied, and underpaid. There seems to be a really high turnover rate (i go once or twice a week), which means to me that working conditions are probably not very good. The franchise owner needs to get their head out their ass, hire more people for heavy traffic shifts, and then pay the employees better wages. That being said, I always make my orders on the App, and then I either pick up in store or pick up through the drive through, because that seems to have the highest success rate. They make mistakes often, but not as often as they get things right if I'm honest. I've always liked the people who worked there, i understand that they're doing their best with what they got. read more

I'm done giving my business to this place. Every time I go here, my order is messed up, they forget something I've ordered, or my coffee drinks are not made correctly and taste awful. Not to mention the mile long drive-thru line that takes ENTIRELY too long. The employees operate at the speed of smell (if you're lucky) and have absolutely no sense of urgency when there are 15 cars waiting in line. You will pull up to the menu to order and the drive-thru employee won't acknowledge you for 2-5 minutes and when you say "Hello?" they get an attitude with you, "ONE MOMENT" in the snottiest voice ever. As if YOU'RE the one messing up because they can't take 5 seconds to say "Thank you for choosing Dunkin'! I'll be with you in a moment!" The employees are a joke, which leads me to believe management and ownership is a joke as well. The entire establishment is a joke. I pray to god they read this too and pull their heads out of their asses and start operating as a normal business should. I will be making a phone call to corporate and filing a formal complaint. DO NOT GO HERE. Seriously. Avoid like the plague. Bean Box is a 5 minute (1.3 miles) drive from here and a MUCH better experience all around. Better coffee, better customer service, fair prices. I'm done giving my money to a company that doesn't give a damn about the consumer. Edit: Forgot to mention! Whoever orders their supplies is god awful at that too. How many times do I have to hear that they're out of whatever flavor I'm asking for? I swear it's like every other time. Again, do. Not. Go. Here. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE literally waited in like for 15 minutes after already ordering my coffee and i was second in line no one even came to the window for the car in front of me. I KNOW DAMN WELL IT DOES NOT TAKE 15 MINUTES TO MAKE A COFFEE!!!! 6 cars drove away behind us waiting in line because obviously that is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a singular coffee. once we got our coffee after waiting it wasn't even correct and tasted terrible fuck dunkin i'm never coming back to this location ever !!! read more

Today is the second time management had all the chairs put up & all the donuts put away well before closing time. This time I just walked away without ordering since they obviously didn't want to make another sale. It used to be good. read more

I've been in this location several times and it never gets better. First, the doughnut selection is awful. Twice, I've stopped in early evening for doughnuts for the next morning and there is literally no selection. Stopped for a lunch sandwich and it took a long time. Even in the morning the doughnut selection is not good. For a restaurant with a 24-hour window, there needs to be doughnuts in Dunkin' Donuts. And every time the staff doesn't seem to care. No doughnuts? Who cares? But obviously no one reads these reviews because nothing changes. All the reviews are bad. Be prepared to be disappointed. read more

I originally wanted a wake up wrap but the guy told me they don't know where their tortillas are. Like what??!! So I ordered my next usual thing. An English muffin sandwich bacon egg n cheese. When I reached my destination which was 2 mins away...I got settled at work and went to eat my sandwich and it was COLD!!! Not even remotely warm!!! I've never been to this Dunkin. Not normally The sandwiches are so hot I can't even grab it out of the bag for a few minutes. But not this one I grabbed it right away and it wasn't even remotely warm. The coffee was warm not even hot. I spent money to just waste it. I don't like our be anywhere near this location, I'm working here for a day. So disappointed. read more

I keep asking why Galesburg doesn't have a DD. If getting one would be like this they can stay away. This is the worst DD I have visited. There was 5 visible people working who never spoke to each other. It took us 20 minutes to get our sandwich. Customer behind us left for the same reason. I started counting, 6 sandwiches went out the drive thru while we stood and waited. When we asked if it was coming the worker said yes but did nothing. As we were leaving another customer was asking why there were 4 unclaimed drinks on the counter but not hers. read more

This dunkin is absolutely horrible! They never can get an order right, ill ask for caramel and they put chocolate. My drink never taste like a frozen caramel, it takes like a mocha. They are rude and not very attentive with what their doing. This place needs to be fixed asap if there was another dunkin in my area thats the one id be going to but unfortunately im stuck with this one. Doesnt even deserve one star, dont waste your time going here read more

My husband and I get Iced Coffees from this location at least 4-5 times a week.. The staff is SUPER Friendly.. They almost always give us a "Pup Cup" for our Labradors They know my husband well and chat with him when he comes in. This is probably the worst Dunkin' I've been to. No matter how I order, they get something wrong. The employees didn't have their masks on correctly, and I watched one of them itch her nose and not wash her hands. Yes, they did make me new food to correct the mistake, but when I saw her itching...I didn't want to eat it. read more

Terrible service and the staff are not wearing masks and don't seem to give two shits about it.

Is this place managed by anyone? It's literally a gong show! I'm finally done. The woman at the window was so sour I thought she was going to turn into a lemon in front of me! No straw. Wrong sandwich. Actually not a sandwich, a bagel. Couldn't get back inside to exchange because the door was locked with another 40 minute wait? I just threw it out the window. Also, was asked if I wanted my $.89 back? Every time I go it's a new low. I won't be coming anymore it's bon voyage! This is the third consecutive lousy experience. I'll stick with McDonald's. At least I get a straw, smile & my change. read more

Employees tried telling me that lobby doesnt open til they do setup its 645am and they opened at 5am. Asked if they could put a sign in window so customers dont get rained on on the start of their day as it was pouring outside. They told me that my doordash app tells me when they open the doors and I told her its says 5am. She replied "I was told it did by another dasher" I showed her the app and asked her where it is she dismissed me and asked me to leave the store. I replied " that said what about your regular customers who have to walk in the rain just to find doors closed trying to avoid long thru" all I got was "take your order and go" customers are nothing of their concern read more

I order the same thing almost every morning and literally every time it tastes different. Employees sit in the back lot and blast music while the drive thru is backed up. Very un professional. The Internet in this place is atrocious. The customer service is not great either. The employees are a little slow and some times aloof. The only reason I didn't give this place 1 star is because the food, drink, and dining area are pretty decent. If this place doesn't pick up its customer service and Internet, they will never compete with Starbucks in this town. read more

the girl at the window was kinda rude and dismissive and was too sidetracked with talking to the other employees to even look at me while handing me my drinks & straws. didn't even say anything to me. also they charged me for a cup of water... a cup... of.... water... Every Time I stop by my visit takes forever. The staff has no organization and has no clue what they are doing. They don't know the menu and can't complete a single order properly. Almost every visit they don't have something I've ordered available because they've ran out and haven't baked more. There's a lot of potential for this location, it's very nice but the staff really needs to get it together and learn to work together, actually pay attention to orders, and put a hustle in their step when it comes to customer service. read more

This is absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts anywhere. Went on Sunday, Nov. 24. The guy taking the orders was friendly but not definitely not good at his job. Absolutely horrible at taking the drink orders. He was taking the orders the last time we were there, too. He's not any better a month later. My sister ordered and I saw on the screen he accidentally hit decaf. Got that fixed. Then I ordered the same thing she did. He had trouble with that, too. Then ordered the same thing but hot for my mom and he put it in as 2 drinks instead of 1. Then 1 hot and 1 cold. Then finally I explained very slowly that it was 2 iced drinks and the 1 hot drink and he got it. They were out of 2 out of the 4 winter special drinks. They were out of lids for all the hot latte's. They need to work harder on training the staff. They could take lessons from the Ottawa, IL Dunkin' Donuts because the Dunkin knows how to do it right. read more

Always out of bagels/donuts. Promote items on the menu that they don't even have yet. For example, the pumpkin donut has been on the menu for over a week, and they still don't have any. No where does it say "coming soon". Always running out of everything. read more

Employees clearly must not enjoy their job. I don't go there often, but when I am there, I am always disappointed by service and the product they are serving. More times than not, my order is not correct- like a simple unsweetened iced tea drink order. I recommend that you visit the McDonalds across the street for much better service. read more

I was looking forward to my dunkin treat this afternoon until I arrived at the window. I ordered a small coolatte and pulled to the window. "$2.14" says the cashier. I hand her my gift card and she rings it through and hands it back speechless. She proceeds to stand there with my coffee talking to her friend. Eventually opens the window and leans out sideways to hand me my drink while looking at her friend asking her "What kind of pizza do you want?". I thank the cashier who never looks at me or responds. I couldn't get her name because she took it upon herself to throw my receipt out. My drink had an alcohol-like taste and immediately went down my sink. Very sad dunkin day! read more

First time every going to a Dunkin Donuts. My son and I were excited for different reasons. I love coffee he loves donuts. Walking in I was very impressed with the stylish look. Once it was FINALLY our turn to order the girl at the counter was very confused. Had no idea what half the donuts were. Seemed like her first day so not her fault but there was no one to train her or help her through the rush that just continued to walk through the door. I ordered a coffee and hash browns which I could of just went to the end to collect without paying for cause they just asked what I was waiting for without asking for my receipt. The girls handling the drive through were also a hot mess. One of them had her son there and he was running around in the sitting area and she just kept yelling "sit down". I'm a single mom and I always have a place for my son to go when I work cause its unprofessional to bring him to work. I get things happen out of our control but come on a small child walking around throwing straws on the ground and needs a diaper change is not what customers need to deal with. read more
