Come on DD. You can do so much better. I ordered a hot fudge sundae made with Jamocha Almond Fudge. Nope. They did not have this popular flavor. So, I switched to Pralines and cream. Hang on ; Here's the best part. The employee yells put to another employee "how do I ring this up?" She does what she is told, collects my payment through the app. Next up, I'm presented with a scoop of ice cream with chocolate syrup on it. No nuts, no cherry. That's a sundae? No whipped cream. I added a photo to show what I received. read more

Dunkin' - This is my hot fudge sundae at Dunkin Donuts in Palm Harbor. - Donuts Near Me - Palm Harbor, Florida

Store is clean. Social distancing is encouraged. Masks are worn by the staff, who are quick, friendly and efficient. This is my 3rd visit this year, and each time was good. I walk in to pick up my drinks, and my orders have been done correctly. I like this store and its staff! I especially enjoyed my visit in July. For that visit, I picked up my free birthday drink. Last Wednesday I picked up my free Wednesday coffee. I'll be back tomorrow. Love the perks! read more

Dunkin' - Iced green tea matcha. If this is "less ice," then I'll ask for none next time! - Donuts Near Me - Palm Harbor, Florida

I love Dunkin it's my favorite place to get coffee and I will say a lot of Dunkin's mess up my order half the time but I come to this Dunkin all the time and I order on the dunkin app and everything is always perfect my coffee is perfect my food is warm and they always have the doughnut I want when most of the stores are always somehow out of vanilla dip doughnuts. I've told the workers before that their super friendly and they always do an amazing job in person but I just wanted to go on here and say this is the best Dunkin in the Tampa Bay Area read more

America's go to donuts and coffee is Dunkin' Donuts :) I randomly decided to stop at this location for an ice coffee and they had some freshly made blueberry munchkins which I love I ordered a couple an they gave my a whole box full because they had more than enough for the evening, so not to be wasteful they get their extras to costumers. That's super nice I really hate wasting food and the fact that they rather give it away than throw away the food is the reason I gave this location 5 stars!! Also there is free WiFi and This is the placement was very clean. read more

This was the absolute WORST Duncan Donut I've ever been to. The donut I got was stale, I ordered a hot latte and it took 10 minutes to get it (no one else had an outstanding order) and it was cold. I had to catch a flight so I had to leave my coffee because it was cold and I did want that. They owe me a medium latte. This was the absolutely worst experience I've ever had a a DD. Never EVER go to this place. read more

I won't be returning. I walked in after observing the drive-thru wasn't moving. When I went in, I was 4th in line. I waited over a half hour for two breakfast sandwiches and a bagel. While waiting, I observed the crew behind the counter looked like a bunch of bumbling unorganized people not seeming to know what to do next. When I returned home 5 minutes after finally getting my order, I discovered the food wasn't hot. The bagels were cold in the middle. Everything about this place was bad. read more

Sad ... the drive thru was out to the street so I waited for this sad sandwich and for a sprinkle donut !? There must be a sprinkle shortage ... always regret going to this Dunkin' read more

This is the second time that my husband and I have gone through to pick up an order that was ALREADY PLACED, (this time SIX DOZEN donuts were ordered) and we waited in line for TWENTY MINUTES only to be told that they were OUT OF DONUTS?! How, at 8am, are you OUT OF DONUTS?! Never again. We will take our business elsewhere! read more

They didn't get one thing right on my order. Ordered a dirty chai, they tried to give me a matcha chai. Ordered a hot peppermint mocha, they gave me an iced. Ordered a bagel with veggie cream cheese, I got plain. Oh, and they had only ONE glazed donut. How do you have ONE of the most common donut sold?? Drive on past this location, don't waste your money here. read more

It was sweet how the lady said she wanted to make my drinks right but the whole experience was trash. I asked for an iced coffee with four cream four sugar which was ALL cream. I asked for cold brew with almond milk and Stevia and got black coffee with no sweetener. Also they didn't let me know my stuff was ready so I literally waited 20 minutes for garbage. read more

Dunkin' - Garbage Iced Coffee - Donuts Near Me - Palm Harbor, Florida

This Dunkin' Donuts is constantly locking their doors during business hours without any notice. Despite mobile ordering, customers still have to get their order through the drive thru. I understand lack of staff as one possible issue, but the drive thru is not even a smooth process. When you are in the store you quickly realize that the people don't know what they are doing. read more

Worst experience at a Dunkin Donuts. Waited in drive thru line for almost 5 min before someone took our order and they were extremely rude. Not up to the Dunkin Donut standard. Very disappointing. read more

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon at 3pm, stood there for 10 minutes while 2 staff ignored us as they were serving the drive thru customers, the benches were a mess - unwashed pots and containers everywhere. There was only 2 donut flavors in the shelves. Walked out. read more

Worst Dunkin' Donuts I've been too! The people that work at this place always seem so miserable and have 0 customer service skills. These people should try and act like human beings that at least show that they care to have a job. Also I think it's a little absurd that they charge .27 cents for a cub of ice water! The person that owns this franchise must be very proud. read more

This has been the main Dunkin' that we visit due to its convenience. However, from now on I will go out of my way to avoid it. My husband had mentioned to me before how it had gone down hill recently, but I hadn't experienced it for myself until today. The service was rude and disorganized. The person behind the counter actually said a few choice words about me walking through the door. When I got home I discovered that my donut was stale. It was 9:45 in the morning. How is a donut stale at 9:45 in the morning? read more

I was not happy with this visit to Dunkin. I was on my way to the Airport when the husbeast and I stopped. I get it, they were busy, but they messed EVERYTHING up. I ordered a combo, and while I got a combo, it wasn't the one I wanted. I wanted a Bacon/egg/cheese on bagel, but I got a sausage/egg/cheese on a croissant. Not that it wasn't tasty, but if I'd wanted that, I would have ordered it. The combo comes with hash rounds, and I can never eat them, because frankly they never feel/taste cooked through. And my coffee.. *sigh* No, just no. I'm not sure if it's because the ratio of their caramel to coffee was off or something else was, but it just wasn't satisfying. They missed my husband's order for a large coffee but at LEAST they got his order for his sandwich right. He didn't want to waste any more time there, else we would have said something to the window. read more

The iced coffee was fine. The service was disorganized, harried, full of apologies. I will only stop here as a last resort. read more

Ever watch a team work together and feel extremely uncomfortable for those that have to deal with a sour peer? Our visit through the drive thru at about 11:50 a today was that experience. The guy making the bagels basically kept tossing the bags of food into the counter next to the girl at the window. No smiles, no verbal interaction... kind of felt like we the customer and also his peers were interrupting his day and making him work. Sure hope he is not a manager. I feel bad for the girl at the window and the guy who looked like her support there. Cream cheese on the bagel was not spread well and there was no napkin in the bag. Speaker volume at drive thru also needs to be increased. read more

Since the remodel the service has been great. Maybe a little slow since it's understaffed but the orders are always right and everyone is really friendly. Idk if it's under new ownership or what but it's improved so much! read more

This is the worse Dunkin Donuts in our are. They have " Non Caring- No sense of urgency" employees working there. I stopped there today and ordered a half dozen donuts and the clerk said we are out of half dozen boxes. I said ok, I ordered three Chocolate frosted. two cream filled, one blueberry chip and a medium coffee. Here's what I received four chocolate frosted, three blueberry, three cream filled and two cinnamon and was charged $ 9.99 plus coffee ( $ 2.19 )... I said , I only wanted a half dozen donuts and the clerk said I am sorry we're out of half dozen boxes than walked away .... I took my one dollar tip out the tip cup and started out than thought there may be a problem there stopped and put the dollar back in the cup. I won't be returning to that Dunkin store. It's located at ........ 33240 US Highway 19 Palm Harbor. read more

Absolute worst service I've ever experienced! Four of us walked in and stood at the counter to order for 5 minutes, I asked if we could order one of three employees that had yet to acknowledge us yet told (I think) Judy to assist us. Judy said in a minute, so we waited another 3 minutes. Another customer walked in, 'Judy' stopped what she was doing and made a coffee then handed it to the man. The four of us walked out without ever being acknowledged by 3 employees. Ridiculous! read more

The WORST DD. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being late, wrong items in your order, and playing on your phone to pass the long sit time. One person working at the morning peak. This place needs help. Not a DD as expected. Just pass this place! read more

This store among any other Dunkin ( dare I say nationwide that I've been to) is the absolute consistent worst. A revolving door of staff never create consistency in service, no matter the time of day the drive through takes 12-16mins for a simple coffee and nobody seems to even want to work there. They are continually out of staple items like old fashioned donuts and bagels. I end up driving ten more mins to the causeway Dunkin. ...fun side note- while typing this and waiting forever my food in the store was thrown at me over the pickup counter and they forgot my coffee. Ordered a coffee and sandwich. Got one out of the two. Par for the course here. read more

They never have any donuts. Today is a saturday at 12 and they had nothing. Ive also gone on other days at 3 pm and they have none. Ive never seen a DD that never has any donuts. We order in the app and get there and they end up replacing our donuts with something else we didnt want. read more

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts! The owner doesn't care about staffing or the place would be run better. The inside is always closed. Drive thru is always backed up. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have complained all the way up to corporate, but it doesn't do any good. The owner doesn't care. One time we actually did go inside and there was a minimal selection of donuts. I feel badly for the staff. Owner should give this store up if he can't manage it. read more

I am so upset. The employee in Curlew and US Highway store was coughing and sneezing over my open teas and all over the store without wearing a mask. He was the only employee at that time. I asked him if he was sick and he said "I have a flu and I need to work." WHY WHY wasn't he wearing a mask? I am very prone to diseases even by breathing another person's air. Now I will get sick. i've tried giving them so many chances and i'm just fed up. always rude employees but a single manager, they don't make donuts they are supposed to have and sell/advertise on their app for their specific location, i have worked at dunkin previously and they teach you what to do and the employees there NEVER do what they are supposed to from cleaning to simply stirring drinks. i should not have to pay almost $4 for a coffee to not even be able to drink it until i get home due to it not being stirred at all not even the milk. always a long wait as well i waited almost 30 minutes at one point and was late for work due to the lack of employees. i included pictures and my camera does not do justice on the coffee i received it was not appetizing at all and not to mention less ice means LESS ICE not more ice when i got it to how dunkin's light ice level is my drink was a quarter gone. read more

Literally the worst Dunkin to go to. I would give it 0 stars if I could. We come here only because it's the closest one to our house. The service is ALWAYS horrible, they consistently rush when we're ordering, they take forever, and they 9 times out of 10, mess up our order. This place really needs new management or something. If you decide to go here, good luck. read more

If I could give zero stars I would, this was the worst experience at a Dunkin' I have ever had, the staff was rude and the wait was unbelievable. It took 10 minutes to even place our order then another 20 just to get the three drinks we had. As a former barista this is just horrible, it should not take this long to get drinks out to paying customers. And one drink we ordered was made incorrectly and tasted horrible. read more

This DD is not the best location. There should be a standard recipe for iced coffee. It's never made the same way twice. Consistency, people! Also, this particular location doesn't have picante sauce for their burritos. I asked them again, thinking they misunderstood me and the guy was like, uh we don't carry that. Really? Other Dunkins do. read more

This place has become like a place I visited in a third world country. It is always dirty. The straw and napkin area is rarely replenished. The workers either don't know how to work the register or are fooling around. My order is rarely correct. The bread for sandwiches is usually out by 11:00 am. I ask for little ice snd the cup is full of ice. Request for mocha is iffy at best. This used to be my go to spot. But with over flowing trash cans and poor service, I will have to go another place. Tried this place again and the cash register person could not work the register snd get the order correct. Then she went to talk to someone and couldn't even remember what I had requested. So I left. read more

Service here is the worst I've experienced. Staff is rude and disrespectful. One guy was making my sundae while another staff, Aaron, walked by and says that looks nasty! Why? Most recent experience here is this, already posted a bad review but it was taken down. Would not recommend this place at all. I was fine with my ice cream sandwich being hard as a rock because the ovens were off so they couldn't warm up my cookies. Had to repeat the type of ice cream to the guy and still managed to put the wrong one in. I am a Starbucks employee, I like Dunkin' Donuts coffee more some days but the experience really is what makes it. Really bad one here each and every time. No more chances here. 0 stars should be an option. read more

This place has gone down hill because of the incompetent staff management hires. I sat at the speaker for over 5 min and no one could figure out how to speak over the mic and say, "May I take your order please?" I drove off and went to Starbucks where service is always great and quality is superior. read more
