This Dunkin right here is my go to Dunkin. I go all the time. Most of the workers already know me here. The service here is top tier, I absolutely love them. There are two workers here I'd like to shine the light on(I'll add edit this once I know their names)but they're the absolute sweetest women ever. Came through the drive through once with my little sister and the older woman in the drive through was talking to her and even gave her a Dunkin sticker, every-time we see her she's a great bundle of joy. Now with the other worker she always goes out of her way for us, with a few extra munchkins or even replacing or pulling a couple of strings, we always return out favors back to her, she's a great worker. The food here is good I always get the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant with the hash-browns and a medium iced caramel coffee(that was before they took the 6$ meal deal out) but it always came out hot, crispy and delicious. And I've never had a problem with the drinks I've ordered from here. Everything down to even their donuts and holiday drinks are delicious. read more

An adult needs come fix this store. All the employees are on their phones and they act like the customers are bothering them. The place itself is a hot mess, Dirty and unkept. Perhaps the problem is they believe they only have to do their jobs for people that tip them well. I wasn't the biggest fan of the Candy Bar Latte, but the location itself is really nice. They had a cute little Halloween display and the place felt pretty clean. The workers were also super nice. We ordered 10 munchkins, but because they only had a few left after our order, they just added some extra in. read more

I've been coming to this location for over a decade. They have been great but recently I've noticed a decline in their food. They burnt my croissant sandwich, my bagel minis were cold and not good at all and the coffee tastes like sugary sock water. Now to top it all off, they have entered into the ridiculous tipping culture where we are expected to tip for them doing their jobs for no "service"!?!! I went through the drive thru! Its pouring rain at the moment, when I drove up to the window to order so I dont get soaked, the worker at the window refused to take our order, Made me turn around and order again at the intercom just for them to take even longer to bring out my order. I visited this Dunkin' Donuts while I was finished getting my nails done. I got a French vanilla coffee and three donuts. The donuts are always fresh here and the staff is nice. The inside is always so clean and it looks brand new. I can appreciate that they definitely take pride in the cleanliness of this establishment. They always have a great selection of donuts and the donuts are not stale. I especially like the seasonal offerings, such as the pumpkin doughnut. Being from the Northeast, New Jersey to be precise, I grew up with Dunkin' Donuts. More so, being from the Northeast, I fully understand the seriousness of the Dunkin' run and appreciate the simple wonder of what Dunkin' Donuts genuinely represents. You can't go wrong with their donuts and their coffee has a fervent and dedicated fan base. The loyalty that some people have towards this iconic donut and coffee chain far exceeds that of many and their sports teams. So the next question is if Dunkin' Donuts deserve this loyalty and the many accolades? Well, at least for me, the answer is a resounding yes. It is my opinion that Dunkin' Donuts far exceed the other similar businesses that try to capture this market. Unlike Starbucks, their coffee will not give you sticker shock nor make you have to decide whether to buy that coffee or pay your rent on that particular month. Their donuts are great and they have a great selection. You should be able to find something for everyone. In addition to their donuts, I also like their bagels. My go to is their everything bagel with cream cheese. This location is close to Curry Ford on Alafaya Trail in a strip mall. Parking can be a little tight, but honestly, should not be a problem. Service has always been good and I honestly have never had an issue here. All in all, I definitely recommend here. Donuts, coffee, bagels with cream cheese and even hot chocolate. Oh, look at their breakfast options, too. You cannot go wrong with this location. Five stars. read more

Came here while waiting on an oil change, do not regret my decision. My girlfriend tried the Dunkalatte and she's a fan, I got the caramel craze latte and it tastes like it should be kept away until Christmas, an aggressive amount of nutmeg. This place is dirty and they messed up my order. If you go inside, it will seem like they don't wipe things down. Sure, the main things like tables and countertops get wiped down, but other things like napkin holders and receipt terminals looked like they haven't been cleaned in months. I ordered a blueberry muffin and was given it in a sealed bag, only to get home and see I was given a blueberry doughnut but charged for the muffin which is nearly twice the price. I was in today buying a dozen donuts with my son, and just wanted to give a shout out to the staff there and the leadership. The lady at the cash register was great. As we were getting our donuts another customer came and was berating the manager for a non-perfect coffee that was made. He acted respectfully and kind when I would've wanted to take that hot coffee and just splash it in her lap. We all know the donuts so this about the location. It's a big store with plenty of seating. Many if not all the seats have an outlet. A perfect place to hang out and do some work or leisure. It's not Sbucks comfy but good enough. They even have a small meeting room. Service has always been great. Using the app to preorder and pickup is super easy. They have a drivethru and the line moves pretty quick. The parking lot can get crazy and it can be difficult getting in and out at rush hour. But not too bad in the morning. Good location. All of them are getting smaller. Like they are trying to get the most money and are not concern about the quality. I saw something odd on the bottom of my donut when I went to pick it up out of the box and eat it. I did some searching on google for image matches and found out there was a cockroach leg stuck to my donut. Between the stale donuts and rude service, this definitely puts it over the top. One of the very few Dunkin' Donuts that has a drive-through option. If you do see a line in the drive-through, do not fret. They move the line very quickly. They have the option to pay with their app. I highly suggest you download their app, you collect coins for free drinks. Their coffee and donuts are always great. Thank you for making an already rough morning worse! Never mind that it took a few tries to get the order made in the first place - sure, we can blame the masks & plexi for PART of That problem. The cappuccino was sour tasting. The mocha, despite the requests for additional pumps of chocolate tasted gross and bitter. AND THEN you forgot one of the items on the ticket, requiring a trip all the way back to your store. And then you can't be bothered to place the Boston creme right side up?! The food and drinks are up to par at this location. They had a long line outside so I went in to get my order, and I'm so glad I did. Orlando runs on Dunkin! On the weekends and during peak morning hours the drive thru line at this Dunkin' is very long. It's quicker to go inside for your order than to wait in the drive thru line. I haven't tried mobile ordering from their app but will try it soon. The service here is fairly quick and friendly. A lot of seating at this location. Coffee here is good and consistent. However depending on how busy they get the hot food is hit or miss. Sometimes sandwiches aren't fully warmed up. I've had the egg and cheese wraps and the cheese isn't melted all the way and is still cold. Use the Dunkin' app to pay and accumulate points for free beverages. Every 200 points is a free drink. First time you enroll you get 200 points. For every dollar you spend you get 5 points. If you come to dunkin often points add up quick! read more

This is the only good Dunkin in the area. I come several times a week. Sure they've completely messed up my order a few times and left me frustrated and at a loss...but by Dunkin standards, this is a great one. I'm not one that frequents Dunkin' Donuts. Maybe since I'm not a donut fan. Don't get me wrong, I like and enjoy donuts. I just don't usually crave them or go out of my way to get a donut. With that being said, I've been here a few times and although I've had their donuts, most of the times, I'm there for quick coffee stop. Dunkin' Donuts has decent inexpensive coffee that does the trick. This particular store get packed during the morning. Especially considering the fact that it has a mega convenient drive-thru window. However, I've never been through their drive-thru (since it's always packed) and I usually park and go inside to pick up my order. Staff is very friendly, attentive, make great small talk (that does not bother you, even if you are in a hurry) and this is probably one of the cleanest Dunkin Donuts I've ever seen. I come to this dunkin donuts frequently for a begal and chi tea latte. The customer service is great and the lady in the drive through is always extremely friendly. They also always have great coupons in the mail. I took away three stars bc they do not offer a small for the chi tea latte... But never fill the medium cup up all the way. I just went this morning... Paid for a medium sized chi tea latte.. And the cup is barely half way full! I am very irritated since I didn't notice until I got home. This Dunkin' Donuts reminds me why I pay extra and go to Starbucks. But unfortunately Starbucks doesn't carry donuts and that's what my daughter requested. I went to this one at 12 in the afternoon. With one car in their drive thru I went inside so my daughter could choose. I was ignored for 5 minutes. Multiple employees saw me and not one acknowledged me. At one point a worker boxed some donuts on the counter In front me and continued to ignore me. I finally had to ask if they were open. I may be a coffee snob but I love me some DD coffee! I come here weekly when I just need a regular cup of Joe or just have that craving. I always get my usual, either a large or extra-large coffee with cream and sugar. Never fails. I have tried some of their sandwiches and seasonal flavors. I don't always grab food but when I do I get the sausage egg and cheese croissant, which is okay. Nothing mind blowing about it and my favorite coffee flavor is currently not in season, Pistachio, and I hope they bring it back! The employees are super nice and always pleasant and helpful. Coffee is almost always great! They do tend to get a little busy in the morning in the drive thru but they do a great job getting customers in and out! However, I'm not a fan of the whole shopping center design and its parking and drive thru set up. I couldn't believe they wanted to charge me 20 cents for a cup of hot water! This of the first time I've ever been charged for any hot water at a coffee place. My daughter wanted to try the "Frozen Hot Chocolate" just because it seems a bit of an oxymoron. So, on the way to a school event, we stopped in with my wife. My wife and I split the Chicken and Waffle "sandwich" and my daughter got her drink. My wife opted for a Mocha "Coolada" and I just got an Iced Decaf, fixed precisely the way I like! The sandwich was quite small; and, the chicken tasted good; and, so did the waffle. They just didn't taste that good together; if that makes sense. The waffle is a little too light; and, not quite sweet; but, with a cloying vanilla taste. The chicken is mildly spiced; and, had it been more assertive, may have worked better. The Frozen Hot Chocolate is DELICIOUS! And, I know we'll be back for more of that. She didn't want to like it; but, she did - and, so did I! read more
