HORRIBLE! NEVER COMING AGAIN. Rude customer service. These people are LOSING GOOD BUSINESS by being RACIST. My friend and I tried ordering iced lattes with our T-Mobile Tuesday coupons. They looked us up and down and told us they can only take one of them. If we had went in separately, they wouldn't have been able to refuse. repost I am not one to post Facebook status's but I genuinely feel like this needs to be heard. Never once I have felt uncomfortable or discriminated against because I wear the hijab. Today an unfortunate incident has happened to me at the Dunkin' Donuts on Harlem. (15615 S. Harlem Ave Orland Park, 60462) I walk in around 10 A.M this morning, began to become situated. I noticed my table was dirty, something normal to do is clean is off right? So I approach one of the Dunkin' workers I politely asked "do you have anything I can use to clean off my table?" she looks at the man behind her, and he begins to shake his head side to side repeatedly saying "no" with the most disgusting facial expression. Mind this, I asked if I can have something to clean off the table, not for an employee to do it. Then, an older nice lady wiped down the table, I thanked her for that. Then she called over the young man to dry it off. He walks from around the counter to my table where I was standing still shaking his head side to side. I told him that I was okay with wiping down my own table. After he was finished, I thanked him. He goes back behind the counter, and mouths me "go buy something." He then pulls out his phone and points it at me, obviously taking a picture/snap-chatting me. I start to get bothered/feel uncomfortable. He then begins to clean up other tables near me continuing to mouth, and speaking loud "go buy something" harassing me. Keep in mind I just sat down barley got out my books, I am one to do something step by step. I lost count from the amount of times this EMPLOYEE told me to go buy something. So, I ignored this--I came to Dunkin' to study I didn't want any problems. Plus this Dunkin' is near my house, I always study there. Next, the same employee comes near me, holding up his phone to his ear pretending to talk on the phone-- saying "she should get the f*** out of here" "she needs to f*cking leave". At this point I am very confused, he had so much built up anger towards me...because I nicely asked if I can have something to wipe down my table. That employee then steps out of the store, I'm assuming for a smoke. Then, I go up to the counter and order my usual coffee--after getting organized and all my books are out. I sat back down until my coffee gets made. I then see the owner of the store, if you've been to this location you know how he looks. He is a short Indian guy, kind of balding. Anyway, I asked him if I can pull him aside and talk to him about an incident that has happened to me. I told him that I was very upset. So the owner and I go inside the double doors of the Dunkin' Donuts just so no one else near us gets bothered. I told him what happened as a customer you would think the owner would be sincere about the situation. This owner did not only single me out as a human, but didn't listen to what I had to say. He repeatedly said "you people come into my Dunkin', use my WiFi, use my bathroom, and not buy anything." I asked him nicely if he can understand and respect that I am coming to him about this situation because I am a regular customer there. He singled me out as a hijabie just because other hijabies go there. I told him that he migrated here from India to make a better life for his family and that he should understand what it feels like to be discriminated. I felt like this man was not mature enough to have a conversation so I went back inside, grabbed my things. While the lady at the counter was waving that my coffee was ready, I told her to keep the coffee and my money. As I left the Dunkin' the owner gets into his Tesla and drives off. I will never buy or enter that store ever again in my life. I have contacted corporate and BBB. Lets just say I didn't want to buy coffee, and I just came in to work on something. Since when does going into a store have become that you have to buy something or you have to leave? I can't enter the mall without looking? Share if possible, I would love to spread the word on what happened to me. read more

HORRIBLE!!! The people that work there have the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Not only have I experienced multiple times where they yell at me through the speaker, but I have experienced it through the window as well. They always mess up my drinks and when I offer to pay for another remake, they get frustrated and start calling their managers. I have told the people I know not to go there, and I myself will never go there ever again. read more

If I could give no stars that's exactly what I would do!!! They're racist and they don't have good customer service at all!!!! I wanted a medium ice coffee without the ice and was told I couldn't get after they made the first one watery!!!! Excuse me I thought I was the paying customer!!! On top of that the manager comes to the window and tell me that I cannot have my drink made as I like it what the what!!! Didn't ask for any extras so what was the problem!!!! The location is dort of bad here. Turning left onto Harlem Ave to get out of here is a pain and you have to go to the light that is a few businesses down, (which takes forever to turn green on your side). Other that that, this is my absolute favorite Dunkin' Donuts. They are so kind and welcoming here, and the man who works in the morning is so polite and is the main reason I keep coming back to this location. Great customer service. read more

Zoom Zoom Zoom I could go on and on plane about how the drive thru is too short and cars back up into the frontage road. However, the gals that run this place are lightning fast and have my large iced 99 cent coffee with coconut, cream, and five Splenda sitting ready to hand out the window the moment I drive up. They swipe my credit card in hand me a receipt in what seems like under 2 seconds. I got to give these folks mad props for never having put sugar in my coffee. when I asked for Splenda. as a diabetic this is always a disaster and seems to happen often at other locations. I have an office nearby this place with an awesome selection of keurig cups. However with 99 cent drinks after 3 p.m. I'm going to be stopping by here often. read more

Very efficient drive through, always a line but never waiting longer than 5 minutes. Staff is always very friendly. Inside is always clean. They have a patio table outdoors. read more

This is an average Dunkin' Donuts with okay service. We have ordered only donuts from this location and been satisfied. Usual times of our pickup are from 5-6am. The store usually has a few cars in the drive thru but the inside is slow. Low wait times during these hours. read more

So stop in to grab a quick coffee and was going to buy a Cubs cup price marked at 9.99 and rings up 13.99 . So instead of honoring the price demands to charge me the 13.99.... you guys mislabeled it you should honor it....don't worry won't be back .... to many other Dunkin donuts for that..... read more

POISONED!!!!!!!........... My friend and i have come here at least once a week for the past four years, and now after this EXPERIENCE we will never come back again!!!! my friend and i came in on 1/3/17 and ordered a large and a medium carmel iced coffee like usual, but this time we went through the drive thru (but that was the only thing that was different from our usual routine). About 30-45 minutes afterwards i began to feel very hot, and saliva began drip from my mouth uncontrollably luckily i was not driving at the time i was actually in the back seat of my friends car, but i wasn't the only VICTIM!!! Once we arrived at my friends house she than got the chance to try her coffee. about 25 minutes after the last sip she began to experience similar side affects!! She began to feel dizzy, and saliva began to ooze from her lips. About 10 minutes later she than began to forget where she was than that side affect was followed by a harsh lifeless fall to the ground!!! I began to panic!!!!!! What was going on!!!! I didn't have enough energy at that moment to help myself, how could i help my friend get the help she truly needed at that time!!!! As i was going through this "panic attack" i began to hear a faint call for my name i looked around and their she was crawling around the kitchen floor like a lifeless maggot with saliva covering her face. I could hear her whimpers, but there was nothing I could do, I could barley stand up!!!! After about four hours of shear touter the side effects began to lighten . Two days later I than began to fully recover. after this experience I felt it was my civic duty to report this experience to the Dunkin Donuts main office. My review was instantly read and than about 30 minutes later the headquarters got back to me. The lady emailed me saying that "they had reached out to the store and recommend that they get in contact with me". I was very happy to hear about this great cooperation and i figured that they would probably be contacting me within 24 hrs so i saved what i had left of the two coffees. But once a week past and i still hadn't heard from the store i began to lose hope and i threw out the coffee. than on january 13th i got a voice mail from the head manger saying that they would replace my coffees. The next day i than got a chance to call the store to talk to the store manger to attempt to go over what exactly happened to my friend and i, but the store manger i could tell didn't at all care about what i had to say. When i asked her about there hand cleaning procedures here at the location she couldn't give me a direct or detailed response instead she immediately responded with " we take care of everything I'm sure you got sick from something else and your just blaming it on us"!!!!!!! I couldn't believe she said that to me!! but without reaction i kindly let her know that instead of replacing are coffees and risking this happening to us again we would prefer a dozen donuts, but she told me that was way more than what are coffee's cost ($3.00 more) and she didn't feel that was a fair refund for are inconvenience. so i than replied by asking if she felt a half a dozen would be fair? and she did say they could do that. So immediately came over and i asked for the manger and as i was talking with her i could tell she was disgusted by me and had no interest in talking to me at all for absolutely no reason. So i simply grabbed my donuts and left. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! read more

Absolutely the WORST customer service at any DD that I've ever been to! In the drive thru, I asked for a cold brew without ice. The woman told me they have to add ice. I told her no they didn't, and that no ice is an option for this drink if I were to order it on the DD app. She told me "then order it on the app". What?! I said you mean to tell me that I can get no ice if I place a mobile order but from you ice is required? Ridiculous! She says "maam, I will give you no ice but there will be an additional charge". OMG...now I've heard it all. Told her to forget it. This is not the 1st time I've had a problem at this location for the same reason, so I avoid it whenever possible. Staff is generally rude and belligerent, and rarely say anything like "thank you" at the window. There are 2 other DD locations on this same street..1 to the north and 1 to the south a short distance...my advice is keep driving to one of these others...this franchise doesn't deserve the business! read more

Worst service ever!! The employees are so rude and disrespectful. My mom went to buy two iced coffees and they didn't give her a cup holder, when she was driving one of the coffees fell and spilled all over her new car. She went back to buy another one and told them what happened and the employee there was so rude and treated her in such a mean way. Not going there anymore. read more

If you like Dunkin' Donuts, you'll love this location. I'm not a fan in general, but was meeting a friend for tea. They gave me caffeinated tea when I asked for decaf... but apologized and made me a new tea when I brought it to their attention. read more

The lines here are long for the drive through so I usually go inside the employees are friendly. The donuts are fresh and the breakfast tea is piping hot. My kids love going here for a special treat. read more

I've been coming to this location for years and I must say that there is one older women who works at this location and she is so lovely and always make my lattes to perfection, however, there is one fool that I've had MULTIPLE issues with when he's in charge of my order. The thin man with the glasses needs to be fired because he NEVER follows directions and he's so stingy with my espresso. Sir, I'm paying $5 for an espresso drink NOT MILK!!! Another time I went and caught him sticking his dirty bare fingers in my latte IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC trying to fish something out which I found repulsive. He acted like there were no issues and tried to make it out like I was lying WHEN I WATCHED HIM DO IT!! I demanded someone else to remake my drink and he didn't seem too happy about that. I've had it with him and it's completely turned me off from coming back anymore. Such a shame considering I spend so much money here, but when they have that POS working he almost always ruins my orders and I just find him so dirty and unhygienic. Never again. read more

Terrible service. No communication between employees. No organization from customer to customer. We were charged for a dozen donuts because the woman started the previous order but didn't finish it and stared with us. I ordered a caramel mocha iced coffee, I just got caramel because she didn't understand both. And the guy making the food and "calling out" the orders was simply tossing the bag on the counter and shouting unclear "hey's" it what the order actually is. This incident happened on Sunday. It is now Wednesday night and I can't stop thinking about it. My husband and I went in to place our order since the drive thru was about 12 cars deep. No problem. We order a coffee and two turkey cheddar and bacon on ciabatta roll sandwiches and he grabs a Sprite. So we pay and start sipping our drinks near the food prep area. Besides the pure chaos and disorder going on with the two "cooks"... In short, the young man preparing our sandwiches burnt the roll for one of our sandwiches. Instead of simply tossing it and throwing a new roll into the toaster, he takes the bread knife and proceeds to scrape the burnt bread off. And all the scrapings are falling onto the microwave warmed turkey. He gets a look and hand motion from the other girl and realizes the turkey has burnt crumbs all over it and tries to BLOW the crumbs off. This dude's mouth is inches away from the turkey and blowing on it. No. Just no!! I spoke up and asked him to start over. He looked sheepish since he didn't realize we were watching him. 15 minutes later, we walk out with our crappy DD sandwiches. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. read more

I give this store a one star rating only because I like the coffee! They stink when it comes to customer service. There are three more dunking donut shops close by that I recommend you go to before this place. I just picked up a dark roast coffee from the drive thru & it was cold! I couldn't believe it cause this is the second time in a week that this has happened. This morning my hubby and I stopped at this dunk in donuts on Harlem in Orland park. Usually we drink coffee at home and eat breakfast. My hubby got some lab work at ingalls care center. He has to fast for test. Afterwards we thought we would treat ourselves to dunk in donuts coffees. We go through drive thru. Hubby got a blueberry muffin, I got a sesame seeds bagel with cream cheese. We pulled over to eat, I took a bite off my bagel it is totally stale. So I returned with bagel and asked for them to credit my account for bagel because it is stale. Two girls in front go to back and get a man, I'm assuming manager. I repeat myself to him about my bagel being stale. He says he don't believe me, lol. He starts arguing with me in front of everyone. I am in shock, I've never returned anything to dunk in donuts before but bagel was stale. Dunk in donuts used to be good. It is sad. I won't ever be going back to this Dunkin Donuts again. I don't like being called a liar about a stale bagel. Terrible customer service! By the way my hubby was upset that this happened and we didn't drink our coffees and he didn't eat blueberry muffin.
