This place is genuinely so atrocious I wish I could leave no stars. They are discriminatory and hateful with a true sense of egotistical pride. I ordered an iced coffee and there was some sort of black specs in my ice not to mention the overwhelming smell of spoiled milk. Even if I forgave the coffee, the ambiance of place is absolutely excruciatingly terrible. There is almost a sense of hate and resentment thick in the air like they do not want you or your service there. So while yall are ahead I would stop at Dutch bros or something. read more

I don't eat fast food often because of the poor quality. My experience at the Dunkin Donuts on western in Moore this morning reinforced my opinion of the fast food industry. I ordered the croissant sandwich with egg bacon and cheese and a side of hash browns. The breakfast sandwich came cold with a cold slice of cheese. It tasted about how it sounds. There were a whopping 6 hash brown rounds in my bag that were soggy and the seating tasted like Old Bay! Gross! I only tried them because I was starving and I'm still starving because I threw the meal out!!!! I'll stick to their donuts next time and they should too! read more

I'm almost embarrassed to admit this but I get Dunkin 3-5 times a week. After typing that, I think I need to check my bank statement for how much I really spend here. Geez! Their lattes are my favorite with 5 pumps of caramel. It's like caffeine liquid dessert!! They also serve breakfast ALL DAY. My favorite is the sausage egg and cheese crossaint, but the wraps are good also if you want something light. Let's not forget pretty much all the donuts are awesome, but the apple fritter and coffee rolls are exceptional. I find using the app to pre-order and walk in is the fastest. The drive thru can get backed up. This location is easy access from the highway and has friendly staff. Ok well after that, I'm parched and hungry. Wanna guess where I'm headed? read more

I love coming here because of the special drinks as well as the jelly donuts and cream filled donuts. The treats are so good that I came here nearly every day. They are pretty fast with making sure you get your order. The dining area is also clean and pretty roomy. read more

This Dunkin has room to improve. It looked like the drive through orders were flying by. We went inside to wait until Game HQ opened, and it took us much longer than the drive through customers. We waited and waited and waited. The front cashier was also tasked with making nearly all of the drink orders. Zoom, zoom, zooming outside. When we finally got out donuts, they were the consistently good and sugary sweet donuts of Dunkin. I just wish the service was better. read more

Tried the coconut milk strawberry dragon fruit drink today. Super gross. Tastes like I'm drinking perfume. I seriously do not taste any of these ingredients. Too floral. Not sure why. read more

Consistently the WORST Dunkin' Donuts every time we go our order is made wrong and we are given so much attitude because of it. The drive through is even worse about making the correct order. It is such a waste of time and patience coming to this particular Dunkin' Donuts. AVOID AT ALL COSTS It's amazing that every employee is rude, literally not one nice employee to serve a customer. So sad read more

Stopped by for donut holes for an office birthday. This was an after 5pm stop as I was in the area and don't have any donut shops by my home. Was surprised at the selection of not just holes, but all kinds of donuts available at that time of day. Did you know they have jelly filled donut holes? Me neither. I do now and they were awesome. Of course I got some and many at work were surprised about a jelly filled donut hole. They went pretty fast. read more

Visited on Memorial Day morning around 10:30am, place was busy and had a line of about 3 people ahead of us. They took around 10 minutes to order however I was persistent on ordering my donuts. We finally were up and I ordered the iced french vanilla coffee, bacon, egg and cheese bagel and a blueberry cobbler donut. The breakfast sandwich was ok nothing special just never tried it on a bagel, the iced coffee was pretty good however probably get the same thing at 7-11 for less and the blueberry cobbler was outstanding. I ordered half dozen for the trip home and needless to say they don't stay fresh long. Overall, I'll stick with Starbucks and Krispy Kreme in the future. read more

Today 1/16/2019 I ordered my last large iced coffee from this store. The inconsistency of the strength of the coffee has sent me away. When I order a large iced coffee with hazelnut, cream and a double turbo shot that's what I expect. I didn't make a mistake ordering. I'm tired of being served iced water with an overload of sweetener and no coffee. This store use to be very consistent on their coffee, my wife and I would drive daily out of our way to visit because of that but we will not return. I hope this store improves. It has been through several management changes but nothing has improved. Guess I'll start going back to Starbucks every morning. read more

I love that it is open 24hrs. The food and coffee are good, and while they don't make the doughnuts in house they are delivered throughout the day and the staff fill and top on site. Try their sandwiches, they are tasty especially when you pair it with some coffee. read more

As is typical with Dunkin on a Sunday in OKC, the line for donuts was long. In the midst of Covid - where businesses are tasked to protect their customers and employees - not one employee was wearing a mask, and there were about 7 employees crammed in the tiny space behind the counter. Plus, not one of the customers in line inside the building was wearing a mask, and the line was packed in tight - including older people and babies. The dining area was blocked off, forcing every pick-up customer into a confined area (which nobody seemed to mind, despite numbers of infected people rising every day in OKC). I know everyone has his or her opinion about Covid; but Dunkin posted a pledge on their official site stating that their employees would wear masks and comply with healthcare recommendations. If one asymptomatic employee shows up to work, the rest of the employees WILL contract Covid, because they take zero precautions. The service was good. The donut was good. The health practices could not have been worse. read more

The one on North May Ave is certainly better. Quality control at this location is super inconsistent and due to its location right off the high way, it's always super busy. The lines are really long there, especially compared to the many other breakfast-serving places on this street- next time I need breakfast and am in that area, I'll def be going to somewhere else instead. I also found what I think may have been a dead bug on my French Crueller, but when I tried to wipe at whatever it was to see, it just was smushed so it may have been a bug, may have been different food, idk- didn't eat it either way. Wonderful quality control there, Dunkin Donuts (eye roll) Also, they don't tell you the price when you order thru drive thru until you get up to the window- what about people who need to dig for change? Very frustrating that they don't just tell it to you when you place the order. read more

With 3 children in my household, we have visited 3-4 times since they opened. The staff seems brand-new so I'll give them some slack, but the workers have acted disorganized & confused when we are there. Ordering a simple iced coffee was difficult! Today's trip was what prompted a review - 2 out of 6 doughnuts in a half-dozen box, one looked as if a bite was taken out, and the other tasted days old & stale! We will give it another shot next time we go out for a doughnut. The lemon-filled is to die for, also love their Valentine's day variety! read more

Never got help, waited for 5 minutes and never got service. There was 5 people behind the counter, they should be embarrassed that customers are walking out. A lady in front of my group walked out and we waited a while after her before we gave up too. No customers = no money to pay overhead= no bueno. read more

I love Dunkin' Donuts and I will keep going because it's in the same lot as my work. However, this is probably the worst location I have ever been too. It always takes forever, whether it's morning or afternoon. I even ordered was able to drive straight up and sat at the window for a good while before being handed my coffee. It shouldn't take this long for a cup of coffee. I'm patient if you say something's going on and it's taking a while I won't be upset, but sitting there seeing everyone talking and laughing makes you think that maybe they aren't all doing their jobs. I also can't have milk and on several occasions have been given milk when I ordered almond milk. They even repeat back almond milk, I get my coffee take a sip and it's regular milk/cream. If you are able to I would try a different coffee place or the location in Moore. read more

Terrible service and didn't know anything about any of the different coffees or anything about their new advertised oat milk. When I ask she just looked at me. Most definitely won't be back!! read more

So my husband & I are huge fans of the favored iced lattes. On the weekends we like to get one as we head out on our errands. This morning the one in Moore was packed so we decided to stop at the one on 89th & Western. When we got to the window to pay & receive our drinks the workler named Aaron handed us our drinks. My husband told him they were suppose to both be large....he walks away gets a large cup dumps it in & adds more ice (now when we ordered we ask for lite ice). He hands them to us again & my husband ask him which one was which. One turned out to be the wrong drink & the worker named Aaron tells my husband "I got you" my husband responded with apparently you don't since my order is screwed up. Aaron then tells my husband to calm down brother...really I'm not your brother. Finally the wimpy shift supervisor comes over to refund over money & charge us again. So you really think I want your drinks after they were remade....don't think so. So we ask the wimpy shift supervisor for a refund & tell her that she needs to work on her employees attitude & customer service. She proceeds by waving us off....really. I will never go there again & will make sure everyone hears about the horrible customer service. read more

I tried going to this location again today. They are difficult. I was not allowed to buy a side of bacon because I ordered the special they offered me as I was ordering. I left after skiing why I wasn't allowed to buy a side of bacon. They even brought a second person to tell me it wasn't allowed. Whatever.. I'm done with them. read more

I absolutely love Dunkin Donuts.. But I absolutely am appalled by the customer service at this location. Night shift is worse than the morning shift. Night shift has NEVER gotten my order correct even after repeating it back. I went in tonight in hopes to score a good coffee drink and a bacon & egg breakfast bagel. I ended up with a egg and sausage bagel even after specifically requesting and double checking the order for bacon. I also recorded a small iced coffee that was so watered down I could have literally gotten a glass of water at home, added a lil milk, and received the same result. The staff is short and unfriendly. They need new employees there. read more

Bright an cheery atmosphere nice staff great coffee nice breakfast sandwich menu. Then there are those donuts

Very friendly and clean. However, when a customer orders a bagel with cream cheese why on earth would he/she want to be served a bagel with cream cheese on the side and a plastic knife? It's mind blowing that people would expect a customer to break out their bagel and start spreading their cream cheese while commuting in traffic to work. read more

I love Dunkin' Donuts so much! I am from the northeast and they are on every corner over there. I went thru the drive through jus now and only had three singles in my car. The price was 2.30 or something like that. I told the girl at the window she could just keep the change. She said "ok" then handed me my coffee and had the change in her hand and said "soo you don't want this 70 cents" as if it was sooo rude of me to leave her the change. I was giving you all I had girl! A thank you have a nice day would've been nicer. But, my coffee is delicious and I love having you close by. read more
