I am not from this area, but I work here. This is far best than any other one that I go to. The ladies that work in the afternoons are so kind, Proficient and patient with me, LOL. Even though they get so busy, they are always greeting me with a smile. They always understand what I am asking and I can understand them also. I can go on and on. The consulting firm that responds to emails about issues Teague Higgins Consulting out of Pennsylvania is worthless. I was essentially robbed. I ordered off the app and when I arrived 2 out of the 3 things I ordered was out of stock. The staff were rude and a bit ghetto. Didn't give me a refund so contacted DD and Teague Higgins responded saying they would give me a DD Gift card who would want that after the experience I had. Food is great. Service is pretty good as well. Drive through gets busy so sometimes you just have to walk in.

We went to this drive through and asked for 2 cold brews. We were told they were out of cold brew-- okay, no problem, we're not too good for regular iced coffee. But then they hand us what can only be described as a cup full of creamer and water. It was disgusting. For the first time in my life I felt compelled to go in and ask for something to be remade. They were SUPER nice and went to remake them straight away. I asked for mine black this time. This is what we got back. It looks like iced tea and tastes like dish water. Someone explain. This dunkin is the absolute worse there will be a 95 percent chance that when your leaving this location multiple things will be missing from your order because "they forgot". How in the world do I order 5 sandwiches and a couple hash browns and you forget to put 3 in the bag. So the first time I came here it was phenomenal! The coolatta was pretty good and the donut was just what I expected: rich and delicious! The female employees were on it and got us in and out in under five minutes. The place was clean and there was no line as everyone got served in a timely fashion. Today, however, was a different story. We tried to use the drive-thru and the male employee would not serve us over the intercom after we asked for a moment to decide on our order. We parked and headed inside, at which point another car drove up and promptly got assisted. What the hell. Inside, a group of people were waiting for their beverages. We waited a solid five minutes to be greeted and, when we asked to be rung up separately, the male employee made me wait while he finished the other drink before he took my order. Note: he was not alone in the store; the other employee (also male) didn't do squat to help out. Long story short, I get an iced coffee and it tastes absolutely terrible. It's bitter and funky and I toss nearly the entire thing out. What a waste of money. Next time, I'm looking out for the ladies before I decide to get my Dunkin on. read more

I only selected 1 star because it wouldn't allow me to use a zero. they are rude, don't listen to what you order, argumenative and the management is worse. I wouldn't recommend them for a dog. They need customer service training and new management as well. This has been a couple times visiting and there isn't another coffee shop nearby. I go to Dunkin' Donuts more than I like to admit, and I have to say, that this one by far is the worst one I've been to. Every time I go there, I wait at the speaker for at least five minutes until someone that obviously hates their job says "can I help you??" Mean while, a line is piling out of the parking lot. No offense to Indian people but if you are going to deal with mainly an American public learn how to communicate and speak English (all I saw that worked there). They sucked at making the flavored Coffees but the drive-thru is a nice thing to have at this location. The donuts were okay but not as fresh as I like them. Maybe it was my timing! This DD is the worst. THE worst. Employees that work there are extremely rude and if you can get one that actually speaks proper English, they have bad attitudes as well. I wish they would open another DD nearby or force a change of ownership at this one or something. It's that bad. Not only is customer service bad, they don't properly make what you order. They are reusing coffee grounds over and over again or something because the coffee tastes so incredibly bad and loses flavor after a few minutes (no, I'm not talking about being watered down). Also, to top everything else off, a large iced coffee costs $2.85 with tax everywhere else in Maryland, but this location charges $3.06 with tax. NE Dunkin is Hell on earth lmao. The worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I've given them a chance over 20 times at this point, and still they have yet to get my order right. If you ask for the liquid cane sugar in an iced drink, there's a 50-50 chance you'll get granulated sugar. If there's one car in front of you in the drive thru, expect to be there for 15 minutes minimum. There's also a 50-50 chance if you ask for a toasted bagel it'll come out charred(trust me on this). You just can't trust this place. Usually a waste of money. Also, I haven't went inside to order in a while but their alarm that alerts the workers when customers come in was broken for at least a month and I would have to wait at least 10 minutes before being helped. I am confused by the previous reviews on this Dunkin Donuts location. I have never had an issue communicating with employees and their ethnicity has nothing to do with the level of service they provide. This location is pretty average and does not stick out from other Dunkin Donuts. The lines generally move quickly and my order has always been filled properly. Ive given this joke of a coffee shop so many chances. Today was the last straw. Woman at the speaker was extremely rude and read back my order wrong twice before correcting it. After receiving what was supposed to be a simple caramel macchiato (she basically threw it at me at the window) I met a slimy bright green hot coffee? that smelt like cleaner. I think it was poison. I have gone to Dunkin everyday for the past 6 years. This by far is the worst location. They either mess up your order or take their sweet old time talking to other employees, the lines always wraps around the island complex. It's insane. I won't be going back here. When I walked in, the two employees were behind the counter, with one customer ahead of me. I was informed, when I placed my order, that an item on the menu was not carried there (which should cause it to be removed from the menu board). The store was dirty, with napkins and food debris left on the tables and floor. This was a bad experience for us. We had to ask repeatable times to understand the language barrier. The clerk stood in front of the donut display so it was difficult to know what donuts were available and asking him was no help because we couldn't understand his barely tolerated responses. We finally made our selection and the clerk who was also handling money grabbed a thin sheet of wax paper, plucked our donuts out and dropped them into the bag. And then ... gross!... He tossed the used thin sheet of wax paper in the bag on top of our donuts. Real sanitary..not. I guess it saves on their trash bill. This has got to be 1 of the worst Dunkin Donuts around! Drive through is for convenience and speed, but the only thing you'll get here is headache and delay!! You are asked your order, and I always ask for coffee, but when you pull up to the counter they ask you again! Where is the quickness of drive through?! When I get my order, which is only coffee with a flavor, it is 99% of the time WRONG! This is a specialty coffee place right?! I believe it to be the language barrier! Please place someone on the drive through that understands english fluently! And please have someone who understands english to make the order! Went there only once and that was enough. I ordered a steak and cheese bagel and another with bacon and egg. Both were horrible, worse than McD's! The bagel was dry, the egg and bacon tasted like it was worse than fastfood quality. The steak seemed like is was just microwaved from being frozen. Yuck. I won't go back, and nobody there even seemed to care about the quality of service or food served. Spent 11 dollars! Just go to BK instead, unless you really want a donut. Their customer service is still very very poor and they have little to zero respect for their customers. This was by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to and I consider myself a Dunkin fanatic. I know all the ins and outs and this one was awful. Rude employees. Didn't even get served for the first 15 minutes because no one was at the front counter. I asked if I could please be served the man named Mike told me to wait one minute in a thick heavy accent times that minute by 5. 5 more minutes of waiting until he finally walked over to serve me and my family. Couldn't even understand the man and he was being very rude overall bad attitude. Taking my order while taking a drive thru order. I ordered a medium iced caramel coffee with cream and it tastes awful it tastes like soy sauce. So bitter. The only good thing about my visit was the donuts... They don't make them there so that's the only thing they didn't mess up. Asked for whip cream on top of my friends daughter frozen hot chocolate told me it was a .50 cent charge when he didn't even ask us in the first place by my standards whip cream comes free on any frozen beverage and there is only an up charge for it on coffees.
