Unfortunately, the boston cream donut tasted like the chemical smell you smell from a nail salon. It felt like I was eating that smell. The sour cream donut, also great looking, had the perfect texture and the right amount of powdered sugar dusted on top. That one tasted like old fryer oil. I'm super disappointed. I wanted to love this place, but I didn't take more than 2 bites of either donut and I don't know that I'll rush back.

This is the third time I've been to this Dunkin and they are clearly not paying attention or simply don't care. The first time I went a friend treated me, I ordered an iced coffee, it was disgustingly sweet. I didn't ask for any sweetener. Second time, I went and ordered the Dunkin hot midnight (their darkest roast) and I ordered it black. It was too hot to drink upon receiving it. But when I got home, I had a sip and it was full of sugar. Then today, I ordered a hot midnight coffee. The barista said "midnight black" back to me, I said "yes black." The screen confirmation said hot midnight black. I get home, first thing I notice is that my coffee cup isn't very hot to the touch. Second, I took a sip and it is not Dunkin midnight. You can tell from the taste and even the color of it. So not only is it not the right coffee I asked for, it's warm. I live 3 mins away from this Dunkin so there's no way it cooled down that quickly. And like I mentioned before the cup wasnt hot to the touch. I thought maybe they got newer, better insulated cups. At this point, there is nothing that can rectify the situation. I'm going back to my original location. The only reason I went to this location is because they have a drive thru, my main Dunkin does not. I should have known my order would be bad. I pulled up and it looked like a bunch of college kids goofing around inside the building. Nothing wrong with having a good time at work and bonding with your crew, but it's at the expense of customer satisfaction. I unfortunately will not be going to the store again, despite how convenient it is. I'd rather be inconvenienced and get exactly what I ordered than spend my money (in this economy) on something I can't even enjoy. There's too many Dunkin stores along DuPont and Pulaski for a location to be making these types of mistakes. We have a large selection of Dunkins to go to and if this one doesn't improve, people will go to the other locations as well. Needs new management and oversight. Best of luck to ya.
