Amazing. Waited 20 min for an egg wrap. 3 people in the store. Literally five workers screwing around and then were mean and rude when I asked how much longer. One girl was so rude that two people in line left. read more

Run of the mill Dunkin'. Like most of them, there was a drive thru, which we used to get an iced coffee. My husband likes it with cream, one sugar and the order was made quickly and correctly. The mobile app has many offers that can be great deals if you have the time to search for them. Dunkin' is a staple in the Rhode Island area.... read more

Dunkin' - Menu. Drive through - Donuts Near Me - Narragansett, Rhode Island

i usually love this dunkin, i have been going here almost every day for over 10 years. however, for the past two weeks, every time i have tried to come here something is always wrong. despite the employees always repeating my order back to me multiple times my coffee has been made completely incorrectly every day this week. my go-to order is a large iced with extra cream and extra caramel and an everything bagel toasted with extra veggie cream cheese. i know that this order is possible because i've been getting it for years and it was always perfect until these past few weeks. My coffee never has enough cream or caramel and today my bagel had plain cream cheese that barely covered the bagel instead of the extra that i requested and paid for. i don't think i will be able to waste any more time or money going to this dunkin even though it's the only one near my house. read more

terrible service terrible employment bosses and staff are incredible rude very slow wait

Not my typical Dunkin, but felt like a treat on my way home from finishing my Invisalign treatment. Service was a little faster than I was expecting and relatively easy in and out. read more

Went thru drive-thru about 30 min ago. Ordered 4 items. Only 1 item was correct. WTH. I could see if I had a large order but they can't even handle 4 items!! read more

Where do I begin..? Can I give this place zero stars?? I mean, you can look at the attachments and put the pieces together. These people are incompetent and it trickles down from somewhere. There is a lack of care, the food is trash and clearly the employees could give a rats ass. Simple as that. Because of their foolery, I had to place two orders. Both were incomplete and guess what-- Doordash kept the money I spent on the rubbish these people call "food". Don't risk it y'all. Not worth it. read more

Terrible! You place a mobile walk in order and the doors are locked! The drive thru line is 15 cars deep. I see my food sitting there, which will now be cold and crap. Thanks for nothing. Absolutely the worst! read more

Dunkin' - Cold foam gone.. - Donuts Near Me - Narragansett, Rhode Island

Have went to this Dunkin many times. Often they mess up my order. This time my egg and cheese english muffin had a funny taste so I checked it. This disgusting green color ripples throughout the egg...I'm assuming it's gone bad. Horrible. read more

The blond girl working in the drive-through window was a complete bitch. Asked me if I had everything in a bitchy tone while holding the straw she still hadn't given me for my coffee. Threw all my food orders at me and initially gave me someone else's order read more

30 minutes to go through drive through for a coffee , and the machine was broken when I got to order. Don't know what's the reason but this is not convenient for anyone, will not come back to this location again read more

Apparently "this week" they decided to start upcharging for a cup of tap water with an order (and not a small fee, either). Worse, the staff, who self-described themselves as starting this week, were incredibly rude and entitled during the encounter. Our family has gone to this Dunkin' *DAILY* for years. We have tried to overlook off days with poor food and/or sericve, but this new change in combination with the transient and rude staff is enough to lose our business. This is clearly a money grabbing tactic implemented at the height of tourist season. Starbucks, Panera, and the local small business do not participate in predatory practice, and would prefer to patronize those establishments. read more

Worst possible service ever my wife bought a coffee 2 hashbrowns and a cream cheese bagel then we were sitting I. The dining area and asked to leave when I was waiting for my captain to bring me my paycheck. We were told that there was a 10 minute limit in the dining area even though there were absolutely no other patrons in the store. I would avoid this store at all costs read more

terrible service. Employees done make bathroom available even if youre buying something bc they're lazy

This Dunkin is a trap for anyone using the phone order process. If you're going to order using your phone expect a 15 minute wait because the line with cars goes around the building twice I've made the mistake of ordering it from home and then pulling up and realizing that had I not ordered it from home I would've driven right past the place because the line was so long unless they hire more staff avoid this at all costs your only option at that point is to kiss your money goodbye and go to someplace that operates more efficiently it's only April it's going to get worse as the summer goes on good luck toAnyone who frequents the store. read more

I am only giving one star because you have to to leave a review. I write this as I am leaving the store now ! We went through the drive through wasn't even greeted he just said what can I get you. No hello or welcome to DD,nothing !!! Then after saying our order 3 times we decided to go in and upon walking in we hear the staff talking about us and how we "made up names of drinks" How unprofessional and lack of respect and common courtesy at this store !!!!! I will never come back to this location. All Managers leaving at 3:00 pm and leaving people at the store that can't carry on an intelligent conversation with a customer is bad for business! read more

I have tried giving this location plenty of chances. However. When you order food with bacon for example and is given crumbs. Then an another occasion the woman at the drive thru continued to say she couldn't hear me. All the while not lowering The radio they had cranked. And then I asked for a food item and I was denied saying they were closing soon. I have actually filed a complaint to corporate and the district manager just told me that they were understaffed. I'm sorry after a while staffing can't be the excuse for poor service. what does Service have to do with the worker refusing to lower the radio so she could actually hear someone. Looks like Starbucks will be getting my business again now that they have re-opened. Thank God! read more

If this Dunkin wasn't so convenient to stop at on my way to work , I probably wouldn't go. Actually, some days I go a longer way just to go to a different one. They usually get my order right , as long as there are no drinks. But the reason I gave this two stars is the people working the drive thru. They never say hello, or good morning or anything you SHOULD say when working in customer service. It's not just one specific person, it's anyone I have ever encountered at the drive thru. They just tell me my total and hand me my Food, they don't even say thank you or have a nice day. I don't even bother saying hi anymore, I just hand my card over. If you don't wanna work with people, get another job, plain and simple. I will just pay the extra few dollars and stick with Starbucks, at least they are friendly there. read more

... While I was in there for 5 minutes, I witnessed them break two health code violations. Enough said. If two incidents happened within 5 minutes, I can't imagine what goes on there in a course of a day. Gross. read more

As DD's go,and I go to a lot of them when in R.I., this place is only ok. The service is mixed at best and the mixture of my favorite "ice coffee-regular" is inconsistant, especially the amount of sweetener used. Without a doubt, the worst Dunkin' experience I've ever had. As someone who considers themselves somewhat of a Dunkin' connoisseur, I have been left terribly frustrated at this location's blatant incompetency on countless occasions. Certain consistency's present across the vast majority of Dunkin Donuts' are nowhere to be found. If you're ever stuck in the unfortunate predicament where you have to visit this Dunkin', here are a list of things you can, and should, expect to encounter. 1. Your coffee is not going to be made correctly. 2. If you try to inform the staff of the fact that they've made a mistake, you will he greeted with hostility and a distinct lack of respect. 3. If you want caramel or vanilla in your coffee, too bad. 4. Employees will be arguing with each other as you are trying to give your order, pay for your order, or pick up your order. In summary, avoid this dunkin at all costs. read more

Looks like I'm not alone in that I would NOT go to this Dunkin' if it wasn't the closest one to my work commute. This used to be my favorite location but they have really gone downhill in the last year. They never get my order right anymore and no one ever seems to know what is going on, someone even forgot to charge me. Something needs to change because this is ridiculous. read more

As someone who used to work at a Dunkin for four years, I am appalled at the quality of this one. They are one of the most incompetent stores I've ever encountered. They are always miserable, untidy, and my order is almost NEVER right. They are incredibly unprofessional and if it wasn't for the convenience of their location, I would never go here. Unbelievable. read more

Today they can't deal with customers coming into the lobby. So stick a sign on the door that says "not today" SMH

Incredibly rude. Kept yelling to get out as opposed to asking like a human being, yet allowed 4 on the go orders to go in. 3 on the go people were in to say how their order was wrong. The SLOWEST dunkin i've ever been to. The line is only so long because they seemingly cannot get orders out. read more

I'd award 0 stars if I could for how slow this place is. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. For the past 3 years. Thought they're massive renovation would help but nope it's even worse. It's coffee and donuts. Prepare to wait 20-30 minutes in a line that stretches around the building and out to the road. Service is terrible. People are rude. Coffee sometimes it's so burnt it's sour. SMH Dunkin' smh. read more

I went on Christmas for first time use of $0.87 coffee after the Patriot's won! Drive thru line was a quick in and out. I've been so happy with how this dunkin has been performing. I was going every day and enjoying my experience with my coffee. I decided to get the 2 for 2 egg and cheese wake up wraps to start my morning because I was absolutely starving. I open the bag and the wrapped seemed warm but not hot. I take a bite.... disgusted. Water was dripping out of the wrap and it was ICE COLD and basically frozen. I spit it out and the other wrap was the same exact way. I am disgusted and I was dry heaving the rest of the car ride to school. How hard it is to cook a TEENY TINY egg and cheese? Does your customer's health mean nothing to you? I will not be returning to this dunkin ever again because I can't even think about a wake up wrap without gagging. Shame on you. read more

Literally the slowest Dunkin' Donuts I have ever had the unpleasure of using, if my husband didn't like Dunkin' Donuts coffee I would never use this Dunkin' Donuts ever again, you'd think they would have a sense of urgency in the morning especially, or not for nothing put a few more crew members on in the morning, to make coffees faster etc read more

Stopped in at the drive through this morning on my way out of town. My brother and I ordered a muffin, bacon egg croissant, and two coffees. By the time we got 10 feet from the order box to the service window the food was already bagged up and ready to go. All food was hot, freshly prepared, and exactly what we ordered. I have never been to a Dunkin Donuts before that was so fast and efficient. They really must have revamped since these 2013 reviews! read more

Zero, for the young kid working there behind the counter. Slow, unorganized, no personality or politeness. One coffee and two donuts, 15 minutes later I was able to leave. For the two people in line and me, all of us couldn't believe this experience. Someone remarked we have to be on TV. The drive up line was doing just perfect. The kicker, two friends showed up and the kid starts screwing around as we all watched waiting for our orders. No way will I ever go back. The owner of this location has to be nuts hiring people like this. Wash room, that's another experience that could be an episode for naked and afraid! read more

There's a reason this DD has 1.5 stars. We waited in the drive-thru line for ten minutes today. When our order was screwed up they wanted us to drive around and wait again. All we needed was our pretzel twist that we ordered, and they wanted us to drive around and wait again. The girl at the window should be fired for her rudeness. Ridiculous. read more

We visited this location 7/6/17 around 9:30 am. This was the worst experience at a Dunkin' Donuts ever. 6 people behind the counter and no one knowing what was going on with only 3 people in line. Messy with empty donut trays and the liners sticking out all over. One employee kept wiping his nose on his shirt while handling food and coffee. We chose not to order food there. The coffee tasted dirty and bitter as if the pots really needed to be washed. Overall just terrible. read more

RAWR!!!!!!!!!!!! I left grouchily from this Dunkin Donuts. I wanted an iced tea and the girl working there told me that DD's iced tea is seasonal and they don't have it in October. I have a slight love affair with DD's iced tea (plain and unsweetened, please!) and I get it regularly -- and year round. So I'm mad that this location didn't have it. I got a Diet Pepsi instead. read more
