More assortment at Walmart and if the help had looked any less bored I would have checked to make sure they were breathing. This place without a doubt will bury your food, I love dunkin and their drinks but every time I get their food...they burn it. I'm not sure what the problem is since there is a button on it that does the time for them...as a past dunkin worker I don't find it difficult. Also as a manager or owner of the store I would never let my employees repeatedly let burnt food go out my window. Yet I love their coffee and the do that very well. read more

I hate to give this place only 2 stars, but I'm very committed to honesty on here! I usually order the exact same thing every visit, no matter the location. But this time I decided to add in almond milk instead of the whole milk it comes with. First of all, I usually pay $2.60 for my usual. With almond milk it was over $3. Upcharge much? Whatever, that's not this specific locations fault, I will just take note for next time! No big deal! I get my coffee and there's barely any almond milk, it just tastes like watery coffee, barely even a hint of hazelnut. Coffee was on the bottom of the cup and got all over my white pants. Not great, but can deal. The ladies were already seemingly very annoyed with me and my friends order (we were very specific), but my friend urged me to ask for more almond milk since I'd paid an upcharge and barely got any. The lady at the window said it was fine, but when asked what was wrong by another associate, she rolled her eyes and said I wanted more almond milk. She handed it back to me and shut the window. I'm pretty tolerate when someone is rude to me, their problem not mine. But this visit was just blatantly bad based on poor attitude and customer service. The coffee wasn't very good either and I think it would have been better had it been made with a happier tone. Tried to rip me off! I ordered 2 large Vanilla Chai teas and they told me they would be $4.09 ea instead of the correct price of 2.19 ea. When I objected they said "Oh, the price has just gone up"! So I left, and then reordered using the Dunkin app and got them for the correct price. When I walked inside the store to pick them up I was again told the price had recently gone up, and that both the app price and the price on the menu board inside the store were wrong! read more

Not the standard Dunkin Tea. The temperature of the steeping water must have been too high. The tea was sour. The only other possibility is that it's day-old tea. read more

they are SO friendly here! When I am visiting my in laws I stop in every morning for my iced coffee. They always recognize me by the 2nd day! I'm greeted with a great smile and a "hello" as soon as I open the door. NEVER had bad service here. read more

Everytime I go, They manage to mess up my order in some way or another. I try to tell them what has happen nicely and they argue with me. After this past visit I will not be returning to this dunkin donuts location ever again. I ordered a blueberry bagel with cream cheese. Normally it's nicely toasted with the cream cheese already on and ready to eat. I was the only customer today. And they gave me a non toasted bagel and a side of cream cheese to put on myself. the knife broke while trying to spread this cream cheese on my barely warm bagel. read more
