I had a terrible experience today. The man that is bald with a long beard absolutely needs to be fired. I went there this morning on my way to school, never having problems before and I used to work here for two years in high school. My card was not going through but I was already given my food. He then wanted to take the food back after the card wouldn't go through. I work at Starbucks now (a million times better) and am very aware that's not how it works. You don't give a customer their items until after they paid. If you mess up and they can't pay, that's on you. He got extremely aggressive with me and I left after he said "not my fault you don't have money". That is completely unacceptable to tell someone, especially in customer service. One star for the hard-working employees because they have no control over the cost-cutting measures that management decides on. But - every time we've been to this Dunkin' has been flavorless and expensive. We got the $6 meal deal (med iced coffee, hash browns, bacon/egg/cheese bagel) and it somehow was burnt and bland at the same time. How do you get no salt at all from bacon or an everything bagel? Again, the employees are killin' it, but I implore management to please do better. We won't be returning and heading up the road to Brewed Awakenings from now on. read more

I am appalled at the utter lack of professionalism the OWNER of this company has. Asif sat in the lobby and made two of his hardest working employees cry in front of a FULL LOBBY. not to mention these are the same employees ive watched work day in and day out (even overnights) lately to pass inspections and make this ungrateful, unprofessional piece of work of a boss happy. i hope they both quit, and find a boss who appreciates the countless hours I see them covering for others-making this poor excuse of a man more money. disgusting how you can degrade your employees in front of customers-especially the hardest working employees you have. read more

Line for drive through can be long at times. But drive through is fast and efficient. Never have had a problem with my order.

How is it possible that this place can still be so incredibly slow and not have management fix it. Everything is premade or heat and serve. 22 min in a drive thru to get 1 simple macchiato. And it's like this all the time. No other Dukin anywhere is this slow and we go all over many states. read more

I don't know how corporate hasn't came in and tried to save this place but it's terrible service they close the lobby when they're too busy there's probably not enough employees because the drive thru is always packed. Plan on spending at least 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee in the drive thru and lobby and don't try to do a mobile order and pick it up because they don't offer it. This place needs a "manager-over." Poor management bleeds out of every employee. I went in with a simple order: a bagel (not toasted) a couple of donuts, and a large coffee. They screwed up the order by toasting the bagel. After they asked me twice, and I said "no, I don't want it toasted." At least the donuts were fresh. read more

I went in for a coffee. Normally I consider Dunkin donuts to serve really Great quality regular hot coffee. This day I ordered a coffee, The girl working the register "Emily" was very rude. 1st she acted as if I was bothered her to get me a large coffee with easy cream, no sugar. Then when she went to give me change back she basically threw my money on the counter. I sipped my coffee it seemed a little cold. When I asked her for a fresh pot or another kind that was hotter. She replied " i just brewed that one you have so you just have to deal with it." I was too mad-i left with my coffee on the counter. I will never go to This Dunkin Donuts ever again. I'd rather goto Brewed Awakenings down the street or Java Jills in Minooka. read more

Afternoon $1 drinks are a good deal... Stopped for breakfast on a saturday morning. Munchkins were like day old donuts... Since they are trucked in and not made in store anymore, the donuts have gone down hill.... Today they tried to hand me the wrong coffee twice, made me park then came up and tried saying I didn't pay after already giving me my food and reciept. Best dunkin donuts ive been too. Afternoon crew is the best. They do actually try to remember your drinks if your a frequent customer. I walked in once and the man said instantly " large ice coffee 6 liquid sugar 5 cream 5 caramel " i was like damm he had that on locked down! Pretty awesome dude.They also keep thing's flowing working fast to keep less foot traffic in store getting customers orders out fast. Also they are all super friendly and funny . First off, we were ordering and already we were given attitude by the drive thru person. Second off, we were given our two coffees and then were told to pull up. We pulled up waited for 20 minutes, waiting for our 2 donuts. Third off, we went inside and got our 2 donuts. We open the bag and the two donuts were smushed together no napkins. And say what if the person eating one of the donuts was allergic. Now we would have payed for donuts that we can't eat. What great service this is. read more

Very limited selection, stale donuts, and terrible service. Today we spent over 25 minutes waiting for 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches in the drive-thru and then were charged the wrong amount. When I checked the receipt and pointed out that the total was wrong and that the sign on the window said if a customer "receives an inaccurate receipt the order is free" the employee spent another 5 minutes calling a manager at home and then refused to honor their guarantee. This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to, and we will NEVER go back. read more

The shift that works in the evenings is ridiculously rude. One evening we asked for milk and sugar in our coffee and the wench behind the counter responded with "cool". They never repeat orders in the drive-through or say the price. I'm beginning to think they're all inbred relatives with limited speach capabilities and a few extra chromosomes. It's also the only dunkins I've ever been to where they microwave the bagels when you order a bagel sandwich (and I've been to a lot considering I spent 25+ years in New England and have made 2 cross country road trips). Made a three hour drive home and wanted a coffee and a doughnut. However, this 24 hour Dunkin Donuts does not sell doughnuts after 11:30pm.

I go here several times per week, and this location is hit or miss. Some of the best cups of coffee I've ever had from a Dunkin Donuts have come from this location. However, the staff tends to get very disorganized, primarily during busy mornings. Oddly enough, when they staff heavy for the morning rush, it's almost like none of them know how to work together, and many just end up standing around while only one or two work. I usually get better coffee/service later in the evening on my way to work when business is a little slower. Still, even with setbacks, I can't ignore the good quality of the coffee or the fact that the 6-piece hash browns usually means 10-piece. read more

3pm, drive thru, yelled at by manager, told Id be upcharged for my 3rd med. iced coffee cuz ordering more than 2 clogs up her drive thru. I went inside, manager said its common courtesy to only order 2 coffees in drive thru, with an attitude. I got my 3 iced coffees for 99 cents each, without receiving a discount or apology. These employees don't seem to know what's going on. I ask them for a frozen drink, and it's not frozen. It tastes like milk.. Really sweet milk. Not what I ordered. I ask them for a hot drink, and it's hardly warm. I ask for a toasted bagel, she doesn't toast it. This isn't the first time I've had issues with them not knowing how to make a frozen drink. But the hot one, really? And she put it in a plastic cup with a straw... Hot drinks should be in coffee cups. I knew it wasn't going to be hot when she handed it to me. I went to this DD to buy breakfast for a group last weekend. I WILL NOT GO BACK. The cashier over-charged us for a "box of joe" and a dozen bagels and told us - incorrectly - that the order came with cream cheese. When I was told (after I paid) that it didn't come with cream cheese, I figured I'd bring up that I was charged the wrong amount for my order so I could pay for the cream cheese and get refunded for the overcharge. The person who tried to help me swiped my card TWICE for more wrong amounts instead of refunding me and then refunded me the wrong amount TWICE. All of this was without my consent as I was never given receipts. I didn't realize this until the next day, so I called about the issue and was told the incorrect amounts would be gone within 24 hours. They weren't, and I left several messages for managers and the owner to try to resolve the issue directly. Now, a week later, they haven't even attempted to contact me, so I've proceeded with my bank and will be reporting them to Corporate. Too bad it had to go this way... read more

Used to be great service. Now they always forget something in my coffee like the sugar and creams. It shouldn't take 10 to 15min to get a couple of coffees. Staff is always nice. I just picked up a coffee and it makes me want to vomit. It tastes like I'm drinking spoiled milk. read more

Worst dunkin donuts ever. Rude employees and they can't seem to get a simple coffee order right. I can't drink caffeine so I have to order decaf wherever I go. I always specifically ask them to please make sure it's decaf when I order and then again when I receive my coffee. I have on numerous occasions received regular coffee from here and was physically ill because of the side effects that caffeine gives me. I have called and talked to the manager about this and he offered me free donuts. I don't want free donuts, or free coffee. I just want what I order, every time. Apparently that's too much to ask for. This past Saturday was the last straw. I will never again give dunkin donuts my business which is unfortunate for them because between my husband and I we spend about $40-50 a week there. I will take my business to Brewed Awakenings and pay a little more to get what I order and support a local business. read more
