The office I work out of is near this location, we visit it daily! Remember this is the Last coffee shop you pass when going to Atlantic Beach and the First coffee stop when you leave the beach. Just had my order delivered and my whole order is WRONG. I have dietary restrictions and can't have eggs as they are and requested NO EGG on my sandwich. MY SANDWICH HAS EGG AND THE BACON IS UNDER COOKED! Now I'm now exactly surprised since this particular Dunkin Lobby door is ALWAYS locked so customers are unable to get in to order or even grab their 'to-go' orders. There are a couple of nice people that work in this Dunkin, but not a lot. The staff is rude, the orders are mostly wrong, and the inside is open only sometimes. It's not difficult to repeat the order to the customer, and it would surely save a lot of trouble and poor reviews. I always feel like a burden when I come here, like they always sound so annoyed! This was the worst experience I have ever had at any business. When I walked in, they did not even acknowledge me so I ordered on the kiosk. Then, one of the workers said they were out of the syrup needed for my drink, and the other coworker says "Did you hear that?" in a very disrespectful tone. While this was happening, a little girl comes in with her parents asking to use the bathroom, and the workers did nothing to get the key to unlock a bathroom for her. She was sobbing and eventually they had to leave because they wouldn't let her in. All of these bad reviews are what made me review this Dunkin' today. I have no complaints other than my latte being a little watered down, but I do order with almond milk rather than whole so it is already more thin in the first place. My friend and I placed a mobile order and it was ready when we got there. We did a drive through grab and go and it we had no problems. I don't know why people complain about their order not being ready when they get there when there is literally an online order service made to avoid that. The lady who gave me my drinks was very nice and I loved her nails :) Since this place is open 24/7 we will most likely be back! read more

I will never go to this location again. I have given the benefit of the doubt to this place more than enough times and never had a good experience. I should not have to wait 5 minutes AT the drive thru window just to order and then wait another 15 minutes with one car ahead of me for coffee. My daughter and I just went in to get an iced coffee and frozen chocolate. We were greeted and helped rather quickly but the entire time we were in there waiting for our drinks (waited about 15min) the older lady that worked there couldn't stop taking about how illegal immigrants should be sent back and just on and on, my daughter is 9 and was devastated at the way this lady was talking! Politics should not be discussed as loud or even at all when the next customer that could walk in could be of a different nationality. They did not use separate scoopers for the ice cream. I got cookies and cream and it had remnants of mint a peanut butter. This raises concern for anyone with food allergies. Not only do they use the same scoopers the service was awful. We were ordering for 20 minutes because they couldn't remember our order. My mom, my friend, and I stopped at the drive thru here on the way to the aquarium, which we were trying to get to by 3:00, and it was about 2:30 at the time and they took freaking FOREVER TO MAKE THREE LATTES!!!! First we noticed that the sanitation rating was 86.5 (and I'm writing this right after we left so who knows if we're gonna get poisoned or something but anyway they took forever and we even witnessed other people in the line parking and going inside bc they took so long. Once we finally got our coffee, my mom handed them a $20 (the total was $10) and they forgot to give her her change!!! She had to go back inside, and by the time we left, we were delayed by 20 mins and we might not even go to the aquarium since it's so expensive and we wouldn't even be there for a while. For some reason, I've experienced the worst service from about 80 percent of dunkin donuts I've ever been to.. This place was no exception to the majority of my poor experiences. Drive thru person couldn't hear me and kept saying "whaaaat?" and admitted to being disorganized and having no idea what my order was.. the service was slow. I went twice in two days and waited 30 minutes for my food. The people in front of me had a small order and it still took a long time. No one answered the drive through, and when I pulled up to the window and tried to order, they were out of almost every bring I wanted. Will not go back, do not recommend. Food isn't bad, although I asked for sweet tea and was given half and half. Not a good Dunkin Donuts, and I'm upset to say I normally have good service at other Dunkins, but this one was horrible. Absolutely the worst. My wife and I make it a morning routine to stop for coffee every morning while we vacation here with family for two weeks each summer, always at this location. Twice in one week this year they have tried to charge me WAY more than what I ordered should cost ($13 for 2 medium smoothies at $3.99 each plus tax? Should only be $8 and change!) When I tried to explain to the person at the register it was a mistake they got defensive and said I was wrong. Twice in one week! How many other people are they cheating?! I have been living in the area for quite a while now and I used to go to the dunkin' down the street, but the service here is so much better. I don't know what they do differently then before but they get my order right every time now when I come in unlike the location down the road.
