Tonight around 8pm we went through the drive through. The young person that took our order came to the window apologizing. They'd accidentally made my coffee with the wrong milk. I am horribly allergic to cow milk. Here's the thing though, it takes so much integrity to admit you made a mistake in a world where you don't know if the other person is going to yell at you or berate you. July 2, sometimes after 8 PM, I wandered into the Dunkin Donuts @ 5208 Hwy 70 W Morehead City, NC 28557 I walked in. Two employees noticed me - one a tall college student look girl with light brown blonde hair, the other a fat woman who might have been a man. They were both looking at me in fear and disgust. Neither said "Welcome to Dunkin Donuts," or "How may we help you?" They kept staring in disgust until I told them I wanted to order 3 donut holes. THe tall college student looking blonde took my order, then said in a sarcastic tone, "Have a nice day!" I cannot help being diabled, and looking like a trainwreck, but why do people in these places discriminate against me as if I am the plague? read more

This location has outdoor seating, drive thru, WIFI and is open from 5am to 9pm. This Dunkin Donuts serves danishes, bagels, donuts, muffins, coffee and now oatmeal. The staff at this location was very slow. On this visit I ordered the chicken biscuit and I've had much better. The chicken was dry. Not good eating. Best Dunkin Donuts EV-VAR! I wouldn't normally review a Dunkin Donuts (who doesn't know what they're about?), but this particular location is a real standout. The restaurant is clean, well stocked, and run by the most pleasant people you have any right to expect behind the counter of a donut shop. It only took 2 days for Jasmine to recognize us as regulars and even though she wasn't there on the 3rd day the service was no less friendly. We didn't realize they closed at 9. Pulled up to the drive thru at 9 on the dot. There was another car in front of us. We ordered 2 hot chocolates and after the cashier Amanda T gave total and asked us to pull around, she didn't realize the mic was still on and said in a rude tone "we are closed now! " When I pulled up to the window, I asked if they closed at 9. She rudely said yes, I replied I'm sorry, thank you for taking our order. She scanned my phone for payment and walked off never replying. She stormed around the store looking absolutely miserable. Another guy came to the window and gave us our drinks. This place has some of the best sweet tea in town. Always fresh and ready. Along with donuts this shop has plenty of other breakfast sandwiches to get your day rolling. I go with 2 egg and cheese wraps. Hits the spot every time and easy on the wallet. Staff is very warm and friendly. Keep up the great job DD crew! read more

I have never taken (wasted ) my time to write a review for any business, just felt that this was my last attempt at going to DD. Worst service ever, unfriendly employees, poor training(which is a whole other complaint) ( I ALWAYS tip well and so the person waiting on me sees me putting the tip in the jar. )Mind you I love DD, will not even consider going to a SBs. Wonderful staff. Super friendly, energetic and never make you feel like an inconvenience. I have been getting coffee and the occasional breakfast here several times a week for years and the food/beverage is always consistent and quick. Sometimes the line can be long at peak times, and although I'm sure it can be stressful for employees, their customer service is always great. read more

This location is crap. I went through this morning just like everyone else. I ordered and when i got to the window i wanted to reload my card first and pay with that so i can get my points? Easy right? People do it at starbucks all the time. I got up and it was crazy. The poor boy in the window was at the mercy of this crazy older female manager. He said he did it wrong and I am patient I understand if your employees cant do it use it as a nice moment to teach him not have a damn attitude issue. She pointed out a sign to tell me im wrong when really she was. Dumbass. Yes the sign said you cannot pay for a dd gift card with a dd gift card. I was using a DEBIT card. Idiot. So in the end she leaned out and said ok well i cant get the money back in my drawer so you will pay 6.39. Woooow.
