I usually come here randomly when something catches my eye like the new watermelon kiwi green tea refresher. That thing is the bomb! Last weekend I bought one each day. Then I looked at the sugar content and decided to start making my own at home. I took off one star because of the lack of customization with sweetness. It's really good and I would love to buy them again if they made them unsweetened and the customer could pick what sweetener they wanted instead of not having about 32 grams of sugar per drink. I don't drink their coffee anymore. I just think the coffee has gone downhill and tastes gross. The matcha is really good here too, so that's why I kept the rating at 4 stars. It's very convenient to order through the app and pick my drinks up at the drive thru. The app has deals too. I've been inside the store a couple times and it was clean, but the music was too loud. If you try to study in there bring noise canceling headphones. read more

These guys are amazeballs! August is my favorite barista. Everyone there knows my order, and they all greet me by name. There are some very dedicated hard workers here. They pay attention to details. The place is always clean. I saw them scrubbing the lobby walls the other day. They had moved tables, and displays too. This is my favorite Dunkin! They all deserve raises! I love this location. The parking can be an issue but once inside, it's a nice clean space. They always have a great selection of fresh doughnuts. Customer service ...cashier friendly and patient as I selected from the various options. I left a nice tip because the patience was appreciated, you know how you can sometimes feel rush. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this Dunkin location has been going downhill for the last couple of months. Wait times are always long, even when there's only one or two cars at the window. And the coffee has not been up to par. I'm having to go home and doctor my order from today. Not sure if employees need to be better trained or maybe just a bad day- today. But either way, do better please. I've been coming to this one for years and it's always been my fave- til today. read more

Carmel macchiato was ok. The Newcastle location makes it better. Service was ok, they messed up order but not a big deal it was made right swiftly. The only reason for the 3 stars is because the company needs better Togo packaging. It's that time of the month and I was craving chocolate. Instead I have a paper bag with chocolate covered inside. The Boston cream was on the bottom and I had to pry off which caused me squeeze all the cream out. The donuts barely have chocolate on them. See the pics of this mess. read more

Tried a caramel iced coffee after my sister received a free coffee coupon in the mail. Honestly, we were relieved that it was free because it wasn't great. My sister found it way too sweet that she took one sip and was done. Even though I like my coffee sweet, this was overwhelmingly so. When we got home, I added more coffee and ice to try and make it better. We weren't big fans. read more

have been there several times after work and no available donuts... i was told by the gentlemen in the drive thru that they have issues at this location nd not getting enough product .. etc.. this is not what i want to hear several times a week when i stop to get donuts.. I asked him for his corporate number to make sure they are aware of all the issues he stated to me and he told me sorry look it up on line ... smh... The donuts that i did receive were stale and not fresh at all.. The staff after 11 pm is careless and just don't care to serve you or help with your order. I was told on several occasions to come back after one am..??? are you serious.. ? Would suggest the location in Del City has been there for years and atleast they have no issues serving there customers. read more

I have never left a review for any business ever!! But I felt the need to leave one for this business because of the way I was treated this morning. I have been a regular customer, at least 3 times a week, for a while now. This morning I placed a mobile order to be picked up inside the store before I went to work. Placed the order as usual, went to walk in the store to pick it up, and both doors were locked. This was 45 minutes after the store was to open their doors at 5 am. I saw workers behind the counter so I knocked on the door. No one acknowledged me. Knowing my order was to be ready at the counter, I knocked louder....no acknowledgement. I then got louder, thinking no one heard me. Finally a lady, I think the manager came to the door and said, "what do you need? You're going to break the glass hitting the door like that!" I said, " I have an order that I was supposed to pick up in store" she then told me that there weren't enough people to open the lobby so the didn't open the door. The app allowed me to place the in store pick up order and there was no sign on the door saying they weren't opening that particular day. As a retail manager myself, I know that I shouldn't have been talked to that way. The manager was rude. There should have been an apology and maybe my food brought to the door, not an accusation that I was trying to break their door. They lost a loyal customer. read more

We just went through the drive-thru and the worker took our payment, then with the SAME gloves, she grabs the donuts and puts them into the box. This would be disgusting on a regular day. With COVID-19 concerns, you would think they would use their brain and understand what hygiene means. My spouse wouldn't let me say anything so we went home and threw away our entire order. I go for the Sausage Egg and Cheese Croissant which is pretty good but I haven't liked anything else I've tried all that much. Definitely skip the hash browns. They're greasy, mushy, oddly seasoned, and just nasty. Ice cream is mostly good, not really worth the much higher cost over Braum's however. I do prefer these waffle cones to any others I've had. Service was meh.. inside lobby area was pretty dirty when I visited. My daughter actually stained her pants from some kind of red substance left on the chair she sat in. Overall, I probably won't stop here often, just occasionally drive through for that croissant. read more
