Rather than beginning the drinks, one barista continued taking everyone's orders before anything was made. There were two baristas visible the entire time, but the second didn't start making drinks until the first had finished taking the full line of orders. It made the wait much longer than it seemed necessary. To make matters worse, my matcha wasn't mixed properly--it was full of chunks, I included a picture, making it unpleasant to drink. After waiting that long, I expected much better. Unfortunately, this hasn't been a one-time experience. Every visit seems to involve an unusually long wait for a drink that's average at best. It's especially disappointing because when this location first opened, the drinks and service were consistently good. I kept hoping each occasional returning visit would be better, but today's experience was enough for me to decide not to come back.
