We hopped off the freeway to grab a black coffee and an iced coffee. This is the worst serviced DD I have even been to. There were three employees. One gentleman that was making the food and absolutely oblivious to the multiple people standing in line waiting to order and waiting in the drive through. Another young man assuming he was knew as he kept asking the food making associate questions. The third was a young girl that had very long hair that was not contained and wearing slippers. She was trying to run the drive through and mobile order pick up. She was also running the orders outside in her slippers and then going back in to work the drive through window. People came in and also left due to the wait. We finally got out two very simple drinks. The vanilla iced coffee was so strong and the black coffee sat so long it was barely warm by the time we got it. DD someone needs to get to this store and complete some major training. read more

This is a convenient stop attached to a gas station in front of walmart. We ordered online and picked up in the drive through. Everything in the order was correct- the food was fine and the drinks were tasty and no errors there. Service was friendly. We did not go in so can't speak to the area inside. I got a decaf iced caramel latte and they got it right- an order that somehow typically gets made wrong. It was very tasty. Nice convenient stop and did what we needed! read more

This was our first time ever being to a dunkin coffee, we are from Seattle and we only have Starbucks. Our service was beyond disgusting. I ordered a 16 oz white chocolate mocha, she told me the sizes are in from of me (small, medium and large) I said ok how many ounces are in a small. She said 16. ... so exactly what I just ordered. She was so rude, rolling her eyes, snapping at us with ever word she says. She was a young brunette with long hair. Absolutely disgusting food. Ordered an egg and cheese English muffin sandwich and two orders of hashbrowns. Muffin wasn't toasted and the hashbrows were burnt. Entire meal ended up in the trash. read more

Three of us ordered food and drinks from here. Service was good and quick. Staff were attentive as not to mass up our order. They double checked every thing. Easy access not too far from highway and enough parking. I am happy this Dunkin did not disappoint! read more

It's a dunkin donuts attached to a gas station. It's clean and kinda trendy in it's decor with plenty of seating. The barista was efficient. Pricing is ok for a blended drink. This is closer to a 3.5 star rating but I had to round up. It's a convenient location right next to the walmart superstore in menomonie. Easy to get in and out of there and they even have a drive through (which I didn't see anyone using). Tried the blended iced mocha the other day. That was pretty tasty. read more

So this is a place attached to a convenience store. You know the place. Somewhere where you get your gas, snacks, soda, juice, coffee, whatever. But DD has that place on lockdown and what I mean is that the convenience store attached to this joint doesn't sell coffee. That means no coffee bar with assorted creamers and other embellishments one uses to enhance their coffee. I personally like those little things I can add to my Joe. Nope. What you get here is a simple cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee, which don't get me wrong, it's what this guy usually wants. My issue is that they even put the cream in it for you. I prefer to control my own cream. Don't get me wrong, the coffee was good, or as the review indicates, "A-OK". I just wish...I don't know. I wish I could pour my own cream. read more

My friend was was already having a bad day and we wanted to cheer her up with some coffee and donuts. Dunkin employees made her day even worse. Service was incredibly rude. During an order in the drive through they cut us off saying they "normally only do two orders in the drive through." We only had three orders. We apologized and canceled our third order, even though it was more business for them to have a third order. Then once we got to the window they gave us the wrong food and when we tried to correct the girl she told us that's what we ordered. We politely said there must have been a miscommunication and she made it seem like we were ignorantly in the wrong. We drop it, not getting what we ordered, to then find the donut we didn't even want in the first place was upside down in the bag and our coffee was on 3/4 full. We went to go get ice coffee for the happy hour they advertise it's 2 dollars per ice coffee we told the worker we wanted to pay separately she said we could do that than she overcharged us and refused to give correct change my husband tried to explain it to her but she said she had to do what the register said and refused to correct it than another worker comes up and defends her even though he was just explaining it and told him he could never go back there my husband would like to talk to the owner because this seems unfair because he didn't do anything but explain what was happening. The coffee was okay but not usual Dunkin quality coffee. Went to Raw Deal after and tossed this coffee out. I saw (and heard) three women waiting for breakfast sandwiches. They were waiting a long time... customers ahead of us, us (and our order took a while) and even the customers after us and they still didn't have their OJ (I mean it's in a bottle) or sandwiches. 2 stars because the coffee was good. The guy working there was apparently overwhelmed. It was slow service, which for a gas station doesn't sit well. 2 people ahead of me. 1st got coffee, the second 6 donuts. I ordered a mocha. He took my order then proceeded to help the person behind me. I almost walked out, finally said, could you make my coffee. 23 minutes after getting in line I walked out with my coffee. Not great. The management is so poor. they hire people, have them go in for their first day, just to fire them because they don't have as open of a schedule as they wanted. i went in for my interview, no one even acknowledged me, i went to shake the managers hand, and she just looked at me with an annoyed and disgusted look. they left me just standing there while they played on their phones, and started my interview 15 minutes late due to that. the management is extremely close minded and rude, and complain about not having enough people working, yet refuse to keep anyone on the staff. i wouldn't even recommend spending money there because they make every drink seem like a hassle, and they do nothing but act unprofessional and annoyed. this establishment should have been shut down a long time ago. very sad and disappointing. so close minded and the exact opposite of "flexible". They complain about having to work there, and they dont even ask about the people they are hiring, they are just simply looking to get their shifts covered. read more

I've been going to this Menomonie Wisconsin location since they opened. Probably 3-4 times a week, I pick up donuts , coffee, hot sandwiches , latte etc. I went to use my punch coupon card and was told they changed their policy and you can only get a plain coffee now. Normally I love this place, but today I was put off. I asked for a breakfast sandwich, their oven wasn't working, no big deal at all I understand. Then I ordered two doughnuts, I paid, then I was handed my doughnuts. The guys told me "we didn't have one of the ones you wanted, so we put a strawberry one in there instead."
