Definitely not a favorite of mine but wanted to give them some kudos when due. Donuts seemed more fresh today, coffee was made right, and people were friendly. Got through the drive thru quickly. Yes, if it's packed, park and walk because the bad parking lot experience will set the tone for your visit. It always stinks after sitting in drive thru line for 20 minutes to get donuts, get home, and realize 75% of box is wrong. Went over the order three times. The knock comes into play considering having to turn into the location off of Mayfield Road, which is a hassle of a task in and of itself. Usually when I see that an establishment is rated unfavorably here on yelp, I still try to have an open mind because sometimes we all have a bad or off day right?! Well, unfortunately I feel that everything is spot on here. From the moment you arrive, even the entry/parking lot situation is annoying and difficult. The drive thru during peak times, although convenient, does not have enough space and is backed up onto Mayfield Rd in both directions. Also, the drive thru line blocks any patrons who rather skip the drive thru, park, and simply walk inside. Not welcoming or convenient, especially when your just trying to stop in for an average of 5 min. I chose the drive thru option which did move relatively quick. I ordered a few breakfast sandwiches which were croissants with egg, cheese, and sausage; hash brown bites, and regular coffees. The breakfast sandwiches were just ok - and I'll admit my expectations were not high as it is a drive thru "fast food" style place. The hash brown bites were terrible.... either they were old and covered in freezer burn when they cooked them or their fryer oil is badly in need of changing. It's hard to describe the flavor but it was total yuck. The coffee was simply that, coffee, which was fine. The service was not bad and not good either, just run of the mill. All in all, nothing really stands out here or draws me back for a return visit. I'd rather park and walk in somewhere else that's more convenient and more worthy of my taste buds time. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is clean and the staff are generally nice. I've had a few runnins with one of the staff members, but that will be a story for a different day. Anyways, I really like that they are open 24 hours, it is very convenient. They tend to make their drinks pretty well as far as Dunkin' Donuts go. They have never ever messed up my matcha drink or iced caramel macchiato so that's pretty good. You and I hadn't been spending as much time together lately as I would have liked, but I haven't had you at a reasonable distance in over a year. Now you're just down the street from my workplace! I know I don't visit you every day, but when I do, you are quick as lightning, even when your drive-thru is jam-packed. Your donuts are fresh and the frosting is super shiny! (Ew?) I like your muffins and you have a wide variety of flavors, even in the evening. Your people are friendly. My only complaint: your parking lot is wack. When it's crowded it's a total mob scene. I once avoided the drive-thru because it was so long, but then by the time I came back to my car, I had to wait anyway because I was blocked in. There's no way to get around the back of the lot without waiting in the drive-thru. So that part sucks. But I still love you! Not much to say about Dunkin donuts but this is probably not one of the better locations. There food is not freshly made and ranges from poor to mediocre at best. I do like their regular coffee and it is conveniently located for me so I still end up there pretty regularly. The drive thru line goes pretty quickly and service is usually decent enough so I'll give them that, however several times that I have wanted to order something they were out if it and have messed my order up a few times. The parking is absolutely terrible and poorly designed and is constantly jammed up on the weekends. Unfortunately there are not too many independently owned coffee and donut shops in the Mayfield area so it does fill a need I suppose. read more

Super long lines and moderately friendly employees...by moderately friendly I think they may have said hello before "what would you want?". We made our order easy - a chocolate cake donut and hot coffee with two creams (the hubbers) - and a medium iced dark roast one cream two Splenda with a Boston creme donut for me. I have no shame I like my food. Now we were on a schedule so we took it to go or else we could have avoided the next part...brace yourselves...Deep breath...they put the donuts FROSTING DOWN! I have been coming to this Dunkin donuts religiously for the last two years. My favorite guy works from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. I frequent this place so much that he knows my order in and out. I always get the 2 for 5 croissant bacon egg and cheese and order two hash browns with a medium iced caramel macchiato. This Dunkin donuts is so good they won't let me leave without verifying my order! Always friendly staff my only complaint would be when they run out of my croissants. Dunkin Donuts staff is always busy, working hard & very friendly. I've been a daily customer here for more than 15 years. They make amazing lattes & donuts always fresh! Not the greatest place, I wouldn't get anything from them again. Their bagels are always dry, like they have been sitting out for a week or so.
