I fcking hate this store! I reluctantly went in there to take my very old mother out. One of the employees kids were there, screaming, banging on the glass and acting like animals. I get that their mother is working but if I wanted to be annoyed by ahole kids I would have had some. I ordered a hot machiatto, got an iced machiatto - which was dumped down the sink instead of given to someone - maybe me for the inconvenience. I ordered an cold brew with no ice. "I can't do no ice, I have to put some ice in". No - you don't. If that's a policy it's effing stupid. It's cold brew! If I don't want effing ice I shouldn't get effing ice! We went outside because of the screaming brats but the fans weren't on. This place sucks. Never again. DD should take the franchise away but they don't give a fck either. read more

This is the single worst Dunkin Donuts business I have ever frequented... systemically, the operation is fine but it is literally the most consistently worst food, drinks and service out of any restaurant that I have ever been exposed to... I am a local in the area and have watched as this business has fallen into merely pushing out inedible food to people who ordered... the bagels will definitely break a tooth, the donuts are stale and the cooked food is usually either burned or cold. As you can see the majority of reviews are 1 star, The worst DD store I have ever been in. After wafting for 20 minutes for a bagel we decided to ask the owner what is taking so long. He began yelling if you dont like it go somewhere else ! We asked for our money back and went on our way. The owner was rude and should not be allowed to operate a DD store. I went here 3 days in a row while vacationing in Marco Island. Always a long line, but I must say it is the most well run Dunkin I have ever been to. Lots of staff and very well organized. Five stars for service, but still just a Dunkin. read more

This was the worst service i've ever received in my whole life. They messed up my order so I went back in to get it fixed and they were supposed to close 5 mins later. The one lady acted DUMBFOUNDED and the other sighed and said the f word several times inferring that they were closing and it was a horrible hassle to remake me the food that i PAID FOR. She was shoving trash cans and being very rude after continuing to say the f word out loud. Then OUT LOUD she was complaining about how she had a package she had to go pick up at a certain time and now she couldn't because they had to remake my food. However, as I was typing the first part of this she was standing outside smoking a cigarette and right after that I watched her go back to working, so clearly she wasn't in a rush. End of story, I've never been so disrespected in such a way and i will NEVER be returning to this Dunkin'. RIDICULOUS. This doesn't even deserve one star. coming in for breakfast, my friend and I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese muffin. When our order came in we had gotten a regular sausage muffin. While this would have been fine, my friend specifically can not eat beef hence why we ordered a turkey sausage to split. We went back to ask them to correct the order yet we were given back the same sausage muffin. I'm extremely happy dunkin has found its way onto Marco island. It's great to have a better option for quality coffee compared to the perpetually packed Starbucks. My only complaint is I can't seem to get outta there in less than 10 minutes. Even if I'm the only one in line. This location feels like its being run by some high schoolers. Which it probably is. Every time I come in its a new wait. Can't find anyone to take our order, ran out of coffee, machines are not ringing up properly. Great coffee but the waits are getting frustrating. read more

This is our 6th year coming to marco for vacation and I've avoided this location because I had nothing but horrible service and iced tea. Thank you for changing all that a year ago! This may be the worst Dunkin Donuts in the U.S. I gave my order four times to the cashier and she still did not get in right - the moment she would punch it in the register she could not remember anything I said. With another clerk's help i was finally able to get the six donuts I ordered, but not until I was asked to pay more. My coffee never did come - a simple coffee - the work flow required me to go stand in line at the end of the counter for this. Previous reviews seemed outdated....Great coffee and breakfast sandwich!! Clean location and even though there was a line, they got everyone's coffee and drinks served promptly! My husband said his drink was a tad on the sweet side so just make sure you relay to them the amount of sweetener you want and I'm sure they'd do it how you want as our cashier had been cool and patient while we ordered. There is also a nice outdoor seating area as well as some indoor tables. read more
