As a lifelong and frequent Dunkin' Donuts customer this location is atrocious- the glazed blueberry donut looked like an old fashioned no glaze whatsoever to which the guy behind the counter said "Yeah it's a glazed donut it's just dry" like what?!, my bacon egg and cheese was dry as the desert despite me paying for chipotle aioli for it. The two workers there were wildly unprofessional, yell-talking to each other across the store, and didn't offer to exchange anything at all. I ordered a latte and and an iced coffee after waiting for almost 20 minutes, when I got to the window the lady handed me two drinks, the iced coffee was made well but the latte looked horrible so I told her that it doesn't look like it was made correctly so she went to remake the drink and check machine and then said the machine is broken. So how did she make me a latte in the first place, was trying to give me a drink I didn't order and act like it was right when the machine was broken the whole time, and the manager Michael wasn't at the store so who knows when it will get fixed. read more

I went inside the other day, stood behind the counter for 5 minutes, it was like as if I was a ghost or invisible, 3 employees were more interested in gossiping about their lives than customer care, they never once looked at me, not said a word until I asked one of them if I could get service. No, I did not provoke the employee, I understand how it is to work in the food industry, or at least around food, prepping and making it. However, everyone that lives here in the keys always has this poor attitude and acts all entitled. Yes, I am a resident here. Meaning if I order here again, I risk getting my food tampered with. I'm a VERY SOON TO BE mother. I went here to get a dozen donuts for Mother's Day, since in 2 or so weeks, I will be having my son. This particular employee yelled at me, almost touched all of my donuts with gloveless hands (which looked unwashed, might I add). He also ripped off my receipt and refused to give it back to me. Although covid has certainly made an impact on many businesses and we've rolled with it, service is what makes the difference. This particular DD is currently drive thru or online only. This gas station offers octane free gas (necessary for most boat engines) so drive thru with a boat or large truck isn't very conducive but they've realized this, and work with customers in such situations. Again like most people who commented already, if there was a negative star rating this place is well deserving of it. It being the only Dunkin within proximity had me quite joyful until I arrived and met the staff who turned my outstanding day around quick. After a quick Google search, google and yelp advised me this Dunkin closes at 9PM. I figured after a long day of fishing I needed some coffee to keep me up before I decided to hit the sheets. I pulled up at exactly 8:13 PM, walked into the front door and was not not even greeted by one of their employees. There were 2 ladies working at the time, 1 younger in her approximate 20's and then the nasty old hag who spoke to me as if I had the education level of a 12 year old. It took around 6-7 minutes of me standing at the counter before either one of the employees acknowledged the fact I even existed. At 8:20 PM the older lady approached the counter with a nasty grin on her face and ask in these exact words "what's it you want". Not to mention they had already packed all the donuts away and were about to head for the hills. Um, coffee would be outstanding, can I have a medium iced latte? She responded quite quickly with a "No sorry, I don't make coffee at this time". As an avid Dunkin' Donuts fan, I know a latte is a simple press of a machine. You don't have to "brew it yourself", nor is there any effort into making it. As she replied with a NO, I ask why is it that you can't make my coffee? She replied back with "I'm out of here soon and I ain't making no coffee, I got one pot of hot coffee but it been here awhile and I ain't making no more". As I sat and pondered what she just said, I rebuttled back with "Miss, I order Dunkin all the time and you don't have to brew a latte, you simple put the cup under the machine, press the button, mix in milk and ice and it's ready to go". As if I was stupid, she again replied with "You obviously don't know how coffee is made, I have to make it and I ain't making no hot coffee". Again I replied with "Ma'am I'm not asking for hot coffee, I'm asking for an iced latte, the machine makes it and all you do is mix ice and milk". She then replied, "Yes I know the machine makes it and I know how to make a latte, but all I got is a pot of hot coffee that's been sittin for a while, I ain't making more coffee I'm out of here in 10 minutes". Ah gotcha, so your store closes at 9PM, but you pack up and leave by 8:30PM, makes sense, I'm sorry for the confusion. As I sat and starred at this good for nothing pile of worthless flesh behind the counter, I couldn't help but wonder how this kind of individual works at any kind of establishment. Clearly from the rest of the reviews about this place I should have known better. Stay clear of this place, it will ruin your day and anger you at the ignorance that exist within the walls of this Dunkin'. I will definitely be contacting the corporate office and advising them that the employees and owner trash the Dunkin name. read more

Service is so much better now than there is new management! What a relief! I love Dunkin' but this location was by far the worst before they recently changed managers and staff. Now they are on point and the drive-thru has been open weekday mornings and they have been on top of their game and very nice and polite! This is by far the worst Dunkin donuts ever. This experience was bad from the beginning! Arrived at this dunking donuts inside a gas station. With four people Infront of us it took us fifteen minutes to get to the front and make our order. When we got there had to repeat my order three times and even point out where the donut was located because she had no idea what a blueberry donut looks like or couldn't read. So after waiting another ten minutes for my two sandwhiches and coffee they made my wrong coffee and they later told me after I paid that they didn't have flatbread to make my sandwhich. We went with a group of friends and I ordered first after I ordered my friends tried ordering sandwhiches and were told they couldn't make the sandwich after asking why ours was made they said they're not prepared to make sandwhiches mind you its 7:30 am how are you not prepared.
