How is it possible to ruin a donut experience? Just have almost no donuts and those need to be bad donuts.

You need better management and more coffee training. Coffee and service are horrible. Donuts are great

Short version: This place sucks! Long version: I went to this DD location because it was on my way to work. The parking is terrible. It's adjoined to Which Wich, so that both share the same small and tight parking lot. The drive thru was packed so I walked inside. I stood there for a solid 2 minutes before anyone came to the register. I could hear two employees chit chatting behind the coffee maker. When she finally looked around the corner I still wasn't acknowledged, rather she continued her convo for a few more seconds then came over to assist. While taking my order the convo started up again about Fast and Furious: Hobbs and Shaw and continued the entire time I was at the register. The cashier was not knowledgeable about their products and acted as if I was an interrupting when I asked my question. Also they overlooked my drink order so I had to wait another 5 minutes or so after receiving my food to get my drink. Of course my food was cold by the time I got to work. Do better DD, it's too many other DD locations to deal with your terrible service. read more

This has got to be the worst DD I have ever been to in my life. I hate that it is ran by a particular set of individuals who consistently give themselves a bad rep with poor customer service and handling of food. My bacon , egg, cheese croissant was the worst. Undercooked , non-melted cheese and not even lukewarm egg was clearly an indication that they wanted to give me food poisoning . My coffee was requested to be prepared with caramel swirl. Instead I was met with disgusting French vanilla that gives me instant bubble guts. Please do better with your handling of food, listening to customer request and your overall customer service. Do not consider this place at all! You're better off going to the nearest gas station. No other drink will get the crap taste out of your mouth. Customer service was crap! Went this morning for coffee let's just say the coffee was Luke warm for starters (ordered a vanilla cappuccino btw) it came unsweetened, half full and so bitter couldn't even drink it. I also order the avocado toast which was good and a mango/lemonade refresher also good. But come Dunkin' y'all are known for coffee do better. read more

Since when can't you order 6 drinks in the drive thru? I was told to wait in the drive thru (since I couldn't get out) and then to park because I had "too many" drinks to order. I thought that was the point of the drive thru so I wouldn't have to carry 6 drinks and 5 orders of food back to the car. Inside, the lady proceeded to charge me for the wrong things and make up for it with some extra hashbrowns..gee thanks. Someone else in my office said they tried the same thing with them before. I will never stop here again I go to get my usual frozen coffee and sandwich they discontinued all the holiday drinks so I ask what do yall have since everything I I named was discontinued she rudely ran off all the regular flavors in a rushing manner so I get my frozen coffee and she ask sugar and cream I knew it was wrong then so I get to the window and pay and they hand me a regular coffee not frozen I tell the guy it's suppose to be frozen of course she said I didn't tell her that but was talking over me the whole time to even hear it so he fixed it then give me a medium I asked for a large he tells me the medium is a large I'm a regular there I'm not dumb so I tell him it's not a large he goes to fix it like now I'm at the point I don't want it I will never stop there ever again read more

The food is ok, but the service not great. I had a conference call so naturally a cafe` would be a spot to sit. I have my children so a quiet space for them to watch videos while I complete my call is what I had in mind. The Pop Music so loud we could hardly talk over it. The staff seems uninterested in interacting with any of their customers. The location of this DD makes it appealing, but the staff and overall level of service detours everyone. I promised I'd leave another review once they got their act together. Well, they did. There are a couple caveats, though. 1. You might have to wait a minute for your coffee to be made fresh. Not so much of an issue as they go through a lot of it. 2. Instead of serving stale donuts all day, they just run out of a lot of the good varieties, and don't make more. 3. The management never got in touch about any of my complaints. I'm hoping they heard them, though. They're in an absolutely prime location, and open late (midnight), and that helps a lot. read more

Unfortunately 3 stars due to customer service. The last 3 times I've been here I have stood at the cashier for around 5 minutes with no getting so much as a "We will be with you soon." I ordered a latte through my mobile app. When I got to the store, there was a sign on the door that read lattes were not available. The only other option offered me was a frozen drink. I didn't want a frozen drink at 7:30 AM. I asked for a refund and was told by the manager that I had to call customer service to get my money back. I do not appreciate having to chase down my refund when I did not get services I paid for. I would not recommend this location. I only gave it one star because I have to. read more

I work downtown and have been to this location several times. I don't like sweetener in my lattes, and consistently keep getting sugar added each time, even though I ask for only milk. Additionally they've tried to serve me iced coffee when I've ordered hot, given me sausage instead of bacon on a breakfast sandwich, etc. My order never seems to be right and the service is incredibly slow. Well, if paying $2.50 for a doughnut is your thing...this is the place for you. For me...at that price, the pastry better be the best I've ever had or it needs to change my life. Tried to get my free birthday drink, but I guess it took too long to pull up the app because it turned out to be down for maintenance (there was no one else waiting). Drive thru worker was very rude. Called to speak to manager and the same drive thru attendant berated me, called me a crackhead (I was vaping) on speakerphone, told me and my wife to go back to rehab (I guess for vaping?), that she doesn't care about my birthday, accused me of lying, and generally exhibited the qualities of a highly unhappy misanthrope who uses a donut shop to exact revenge on the society that has spurned her. I gave this location a lot of wait time to work out the kinks in their service. They're a relatively new location, and I'd assume training new staff. I've been going there instead of driving all the way to Tom Hill basically since it opened. I've been drinking dunkin donuts coffee since I was 15 and have gotten the exact same thing every.single.time. However, every time I visit this location they have to remake my coffee. It is a relatively simple order, medium iced, one cream two sugars with the french vanilla shot. I specifically say shot and yet every time I receive my coffee I am given the swirl and my coffee ends up being remade. I think I'll resort to driving over to Tom Hill from now on. read more
