You're making coffee and warming breakfast sandwiches. What on earth takes them so long. Then, you finally reach the window and your coffee is this disgusting creamy color. Like a splash of coffee in a cup of cream. I almost parked my car and went inside to complain but I would have been late for work. This establishment was opened in 2020 and has been a disaster all five years that it's been in operation. He informed me they are "drive thru only" which isn't always the case with this location nor was there a sign posted. He said I can't just come knocking on his door and window like that and told me if I wanted my drink fixed that I could go back through the drive thru "if I would like". I wasn't asking much, in the grand scheme of things. Just wanted the drink that I had ordered & paid for, to be made correctly. He was extremely rude & should not be in a customer service position at all. I do not recommend this location.
