I always come through this DD'S and have not had an issue til today 06/21/2026 @9:10am. I placed my mobile order, went to the windows as I know to do to make the aware, but even after saying hello twice because I was there waiting patiently and the car behind me beeped, I pulled forward thinking that it was not functioning. The gentlemen in the drive thru asked for my order and I told him the order number when Taylor, I asked her name, comes to the window telling me 'how this works,' and I mentioned i was at the speaker and said hello twice, when she interrupted me and said she's the only one eith the headset so I should've waited. If rude was a person, that is her. She shouldn't be in this field if there is no customer service. The gentlemen apologized for her behavior and I told him he need not yo apologize for her ignorance. He was too sweet. I will be submitting a complaint to corporate. read more

I love this Dunkin! Always amazing coffee and food. The service is nice and quick and the staff are always very friendly! Every time I bring my pups they give them extra treats. The only thing I have in issue with is the parking lot. So tiny and very difficult to pull in. read more

Day after Valentine's Day, still serving heart shaped donuts - maybe a sign? - but I think these were left over from yesterday. Plus side - the guys this morning were super friendly, I went into the store since the line was long, got fast and friendly service. Review your order before you leave the store! I've written rave reviews on this Lorain OH store but regret having to post this one. Once before had an incorrect order (no cream in coffee), let it go. Today, I ordered 4 large coffees and 2 PLAIN bagels. When I got home, bagels were slathered with cream cheese which I despise. Please, Dunkin Staff, a little quality review goes a long way to help someone start their day off right. Let's do it right the first time! On a more positive note, coffee was excellent. No one wants to pay for something they didn't get. Bagels wound up in the trash. You can't undo cream cheese on a bagel :( read more

My total bill came to $13. I ordered a chai tea. 50 pack munchkin donuts. Very displeased with this location. My chai tea medium was only half full. When I brought it to the attention they said that is normal. The munchkin donuts were hard. I am very unhappy with Dunkin' Donuts today. Not sure I will be going back to this location. read more

This review is solely on the customer service. I have been coming here about 2 times a month for a year+ mainly for coffee, occasionally for an accompanying donut or sandwich. The customer service is always very good to exceptional. At first I thought it was just a fluke and didn't pay it much mind. Until one day I was behind an elderly couple w notable limitations, they were clearly regulars. I watched how the young staff patiently helped them through their ordering process making the couple feel completely relaxed. The other staff kept the business moving along smoothly. I witnessed staff that accommodates and welcomes people regardless of their age, ability and speed. I mostly walk-in and take-out, occasionally I've used the drive-thru and occasionally I sit down w my purchase. On each and every visit I have personally experienced and/or witnessed great customer service. I genuinely commend the staff and management for clearly prioritizing a culture of excellent customer service. (On a side note - YES, the parking lot is a HOT MESS!) read more

I normally like Dunkin Donuts as I am able to get snacks for my customers quickly. I cannot speak for the inside service here, but the drive thru business (even when you are the only customer sadly) was slowing than molasses for a dozen of donuts. I hate to complain, but people are often in a hurry so when you are not busy, there should not be an excuse for turtle speed service. The staff was too busy chit chatting when I rolled up to the window which is why I am writing this review even. If I want quick service, I will not be back here at this location, that is for sure! read more

Two times in a row I asked for a breakfast sandwich and got the wrong thing through the drive thru. Customer Service is terrible at this location. I first got these dough things soaked in syrup and the second was blueberry cake donuts when I ordered a breakfast sandwich. Too many other options than this place. Nope done with them. read more

This location is usually extremely busy with the line of cars spilling out into the street. Would not recommend submitting a mobile order because you may not be able to pick it up due to the large lines. Any time I've been able to get through, the service and quality was good. read more

I've been coming to this location for two years and it's hit or miss but today was the straw that broke my continuing business. I love my coffee black but with their UNSWEETENED hazelnut flavor (hot or iced) and for some reason they always disregard the sweetened part and add the swirled hazelnut which just makes it so ungodly sweet. Today when they handed me my coffee it looked lighter than my preferred coffee so I asked and I got two eye rolls from the ladies in the window at the drive through and a very aggressive "you wanted it no sugar or cream, that's what it is" and I drove away, mostly bewildered but alas, it was sweetened. I think I can see the difference between the coffee with nothing in it and the one with something in it. But the attitude I got was ridiculous especially when they were wrong. After years of begrudging business, I'll be going the extra distance to Starbucks. read more

I'm a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts, and this one is great EXCEPT that their coolata(?) machine is broken a lot. When it's broken they cannot make frozen coffee or frozen iced tea. I stopped going since I could only get what I wanted about 1/2 of the time. read more
