The only negative thing I have to say, is that I had assumed because they had loose-leaf tea, the tea would be served in a teapot. Instead my tea was served in a to-go cup. That was disappointing, as I was hoping to sip out of a tea cup. I know, completely fussy, but wanted to mention it in case anyone else had the same assumption that I did.
