This was the closest Dunkin' Donuts to our airbnb while we were spending some time in Lincoln NE with friends. We vistited twice during our stay... Donuts and breakfast sandwiches were fresh. Coffee was made to order. I can't speak for drive through service, but we didn't have any issues either time we went in the store. Parking is decent and service was good. Typical visits to Dunkin' Donuts. Not really any different than my visits to the ones we have in Des Moines IA. Sometimes with brands consistency is key and DD does a great job of being consistent. Good and bad. Case in point... Don't order the lattes at DD unless you like milk. They ALL put in WAY too much milk. Regular DD customers know this and we've adapted... Ask for a large black coffee with French Vanilla...or whatever flavor you like...if you are adventurous ask for a splash of milk. Don't ask for the latte. There were many things about this visit that negatively impacted our experience. We entered our order on the kiosk; order was 7 donuts, hot chocolate, hot chai latte, and hot macchiato. Time: from order payment, it took about 10-15 minutes to get all our items. There were about 5 other people inside the store. Food Quality: The donuts were what we expected, slightly dry and slightly overpriced. The only real let down was the Pumpkin donut, not a good flavor. Drink Quality: The drinks were a huge disappointment. Chai latte had a strange off-taste and was so bad we didn't finish it. Hot chocolate was very bland--described as "watered down"--and looked like it hadn't been mixed fully. The hot chocolate was also not finished because of the quality. Macchiato didn't have any big issues, and was finished. Store condition: Store temperature was so low that we had to put our jackets on. Outside was sunny and ~68F, we ended up sitting outside since the inside seating was so cold. Napkin holder was empty, and I couldn't find any other dispensers. Front register was filthy, looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. Register equipment was in disarray, broken and toppled over. Employees: For the most part, the employees were the bright spot of our visit. Despite the long wait, everyone I interacted with was polite and accommodating. On employee appeared to have very visible dandruff, it looked like they perhaps hadn't washed their hair in a while. I didn't receive a receipt at time of payment, so I went back in to ask for a copy. First employee was pleasant and accommodating, and apologized since they didn't know exactly how to do it. They said they'd need to get the manager. Manager approached and got up to speed on the request, then seemed off-put while stating, "It'll take me several minutes." She poked at the display for a minute or so, then went to get another employee from the back. Employee 3 tapped about 4 times and had a receipt printed out in about 20 seconds. Overall, this was a disappointing visit and if I could get the $23 dollars back I would. Despite the pleasant interactions with the non-managerial staff, the visit was overshadowed by long wait times, low-quality drinks, and dirty, unwelcoming store and atmosphere. We won't be visiting this location again. read more

First impressions, I walk in and get firmly instructed to put on my mask, I comply. Three people working the store, lady who rang me up acted as if I was inconveniencing her. Bagel sandwich had very little bacon in it, so very thin. The bagel looked funny, not traditional looking, no quality control. Quick and neat. A really long drive thru that can accommodate a lot of cars. A fairly large dining space, but could use some more parking slots. One of two Dunkins in town. The coffee is cheap and delicious. The cups are just cheap. You can count on minor spillage unless you drink a few gulps immediately. I'm not a donut guy, but their bagel sandwiches are decent. I stopped by on a Monday morning and it was absolutely dead. The guy behind the counter said Monday's are usually slow. I find this counter intuitive. HORRIBLE SERVICE I put my mobile order in at 6:30, didn't get it until 6:55. There was one person making drinks and two other people just standing there. Then the one guy making drinks left for a few minutes and nobody was working on the long list of drinks they had. When I did finally get my iced latte there wasn't even coffee in it. Just milk and syrup. I get the struggles with being short-staffed and whatnot but this was just poor service. Go get your coffee anywhere else but here. read more

I really wish this place ran more smoothly, because I love Dunkin' and this location is super convenient. I have gone through the drive thru multiple times, and mobile ordering several times as well. Usually I place a mobile order and pick it up via drive thru, but this time I went inside because the line was so long. There was already someone else waiting for a mobile drink, and my order (placed 15 min prior) wasn't ready yet. I understand a morning rush, and waited my turn, but it was a ridiculously long wait. 20 minutes long, to be exact. Next time I will definitely go through the drive thru, even with a mobile order, because they prioritize those orders. read more

I've only used the drive thru at this location, and so far I haven't experienced any issues. I've only had my order messed up once, and that was just miscommunication through the drive thru speaker, which I'm sure happens when it's windy. However, as soon as I was at the window and was handed the wrong item, they were quick to fix it. All the workers I've interacted have been pleasant in the mornings, which I appreciate even when they're getting swamped by a morning rush of other folks like myself who are heading to work. The one thing that does bug me is whoever is in charge of putting the sprinkles on the sprinkle donuts does not do a good job. Usually I want the donut I'm getting to match what it looks like on the board right before you order, but every time I get one there's maybe 30 sprinkles on it tops. I'm now sticking to the munchkins if I feel a donut craving coming on. If and when I go into the lobby I'll update my review to reflect what I see and experience. read more

Like the name, they make donuts. Been here a couple of times and the donuts are just ok. Nothing that's going to knock your socks off but certainly not awful. Pros: Drive thru is great. Order up what you want and be on your way. Nobody else in town has drive-thru donuts so that's great. Standard selection of basic donuts with a hole. Coffee is actually pretty good. Cons. Size is a bit smaller then other donut places. Selection is poor. Hyvee has more choices then this place. No fritter or Cinnamon roll or chocolate long john with white or jelly fill etc. Just the basics would be fine if they blew me out of the water with their glazed or cake and they dont. I think Lamar ' s donuts are much better in quality, taste and size. A Lamar donut is twice the size of these for only a few cents more. read more

I have had my annoyances about this place charging me a premium for an eclair donut. No I'm not friends with anyone here but I am all about the hustle. And I was given a very good deal and excellent service. I will be returning again to tip the guy person who waited on me, and yes I'm tipping only him. Not that he cares about 5 dollars but the fact that he was nice. I would have been just as content with a discount. And yes I'll keep coming back, not for free stuff but for good service. The attendant was accommodating to me juggling two children, the store was clean and organized, and the donuts could not be beaten (of course with Dunkin)! First of all the entire restaurant was filthy dirty at 2:30 in the afternoon all of the tables needed to be wiped down the napkin dispensers were empty the serving counter was disgusting. I'd never been to a Dunkin Donuts and thought I'd give it a try because my son and I wanted to get a sweet snack. Pros: they serve breakfast for dinner and staff was polite. Cons: out of eggs and plain bagels. Tater Tots were overcooked. They were upon until 9pm, but had all of the chairs on top of the tables by 7pm -not very inviting if viewed from the outside because it makes a passerby think the business is closed. I stopped in here this summer early one morning. I appreciated that they were open early and had wi-fi, so I could use my computer to do some work. The place needed cleaning. The floor and chairs were a bit dirty. I was able to get a couple of donuts and spend some time working. While I like donuts, Dunkin' donuts never seem super fresh to me. Their dense, rather than airy, and tend a bit toward the dry side. I do love the fact that they sell a donut with their chocolate cream inside. Those are the best, in my opinion. This location also has a drive-thru if you know what you want and are in a hurry. I'm not a coffee drinker, but many have told me that Dunkin' Donuts' coffee is the best. read more

Tried Dunkin' donuts for the first time, about noon on Saturday, August 31. Order was incorrect, receiving iced drinks instead of hot. Accepted the iced drinks. Returned Monday, Labor Day about 1pm. Order was not ready at the window, I was asked if the drinks were hot or iced. Told them again they are hot, then was left waiting for over 3 minutes, one drink (a large) was not even half full.
