Zero Stars - Completely Unacceptable Service I wish I could give zero stars. On 12/14/2025, I placed a mobile order and received confirmation that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, an employee was clearly visible inside, but they completely ignored both the drive-thru intercom and my knocking on the door. I called the store repeatedly--no answer. After waiting for AN ENTIRE HOUR with hungry kids heading to a sporting event, we had to leave empty-handed and find food elsewhere. To add insult to injury, we were charged the full amount for food we never received. For THREE DAYS following this incident, I attempted to reach the store by phone--not once did anyone answer. I submitted an online ticket, sent emails, and called Dunkin' customer service. Zero responses from anyone. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Customers deserve basic respect--answering phones, fulfilling confirmed orders, and providing refunds when service failures occur. I'm disappointed and frustrated, and I cannot recommend this location to anyone until serious changes are made to their operations and customer service. read more

This was SO slow. I waited 10 minutes for a wake up wrap. Even the order ahead people had to wait for their food.

mobile ordered 2 grilled cheeses and 2 drinks. the drinks were ready when i got in, the grilled cheeses were not. i mobile ordered 15 minutes before someone finally said they were out of sourdough. i work in food service and if we were out of something i would've said it right then the customer got to the store. read more

The girl who took our order didn't smile at all but our drinks were made quickly and they both tasted good. I got a small iced latte with almond milk and my boyfriend got some specialty concoction with lots of chocolate. It was super sweet which isn't something he normally goes for, but he enjoyed it. The "small" size I got was definitely larger than a small, so I'm not sure what happened there. I don't usually get Dunkin' Donuts but I was satisfied with this quick stop on our way through the area. Not the most pleasant service but fine for our needs. read more

I do not take any joy with writing a poor review, but in this case it is warranted. I ordered 2 donuts (dry, tasted day-old) via drive thru and paid via cash. They gave me change back as if I'd paid with a $10 instead of a $20. I called them when I noticed (20 minutes after) and the shift lead, Paris, took my name and number. Nobody ever contacted me. Today when I went there in person since no one had called, I was told since I didn't come in person that day, I was out of luck. Nobody ever told me that. I do not live close by. I'm stunned that Dunkin HQ allows this location to maintain its franchise. I've never been very impressed with food or drink here, and now I feel ripped off too. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Shady. I hope the manager enjoys an extra $10 in his pocket. read more

Visited this Dunkin location to get a bagel one morning. Staff was very helpful food was good.

This dunkin is part of a gas station, so doesn't have its own bathrooms. Bathrooms were dirty. Service was slow, and they got 3/4 of our drink orders wrong. Disappointing. We love Dunkin in NY, but this one will give Dunkin a bad name in MI. read more

This is the most expensive DD in Michigan .. they serve the exact same thing as every other one. Eveytime I visit this place u have a pad experience .. it's not the employees their great .. but the owners are exteremly greedy ..and I mean bad greedy. If you want to pay 25% more for the same thing as another DD they your good .. other then that visit another DD and save the Money ......oh I forgot to mention I asked for the normal mini plan donut treat for my dog that all DDs do when we visit together ...This store charged me .35¢ .. Their express machine is down. No sign no nothing. So you wait in a 6 car backup to find out you can't get what you want. the staff here is great! (Usually) But it is by far the worse establishment I have ever done business with. If I owned Dunkin' I would pull Their franchise and ban owenership from ever receiveing another. read more

Horrible service and food. I'm in there regularly and the employees never have a smile on their face, take forever to take your order, always takes forever to get your food/drinks and will be told their lobby is closed due to "short staff" when it's the same amount of people working as every other day. As far as the food I wouldn't recommend getting anything they have to cook as it's either still cold or raw. read more

I've been to this Dunkin location probably 25 times because it's the most convenient location. I have not had one experience here where they haven't messed up my order in some way. Either forgetting to give me something I paid for, putting something on my sandwich I asked to be omitted, putting half a cup of caramel in my drink when I ask for one pump, or giving me the swirl flavors when I ask for sugar free. One time I just got a black cold brew and it was lighter than iced tea... this place is honestly just the worst. It's a running joke now with my boyfriend and we'll place bets on how badly they'll mess up the order. read more

Waited 25 minutes for 2 iced coffees, 10 munchkins and one sandwich. When i asked if the food was being made when I finally got to the window (because I was going to cancel it) she said yes. I said okay I've been waiting for 20 minutes. She said "we have two people here. You should have went somewhere else.' Take her advice-go somewhere else. read more

This dunkin store doesn't not seem to be able to keep items they need to make the breakfast sandwiches. This is the second time we order from them through grub hub (will not do it again) they do not change their menu to indicate they are out of items for sandwiches, so you get have your order. Very unprofessional for them to tell the delivery driver to inform us and the phone number to the store is not accurate so you cannot call them. Worst experience ever getting food delivered. read more

The staff was so kind and attentive! They didn't have dark roast iced coffee, so they suggested adding an espresso shot. It was amazing!!

There is an older woman (late 40s-50s) that works there with pink hair. I ordered two chocolate glazed donuts. Get back to my office, check the bag, only to see two solid chocolate donuts. I drive all the way back and pull up to the intercom. Explained what happened in brevity and get asked to pull forward. I was then greeted by this living troll lady. She takes the bag, opens it, and says, "these are chocolate glazed donuts". The donuts you're asking for are called "chocolate frosted"...O-M-G. My bad! Since when did customer service become non-existent? Instead, I received a donut menu lesson from a middle school graduate. Someone that literally makes one tenth my salary. As she walked away to get the other donuts, I said, "You know what, how about you just give me a refund and your manager." There were two other ladies standing at the window that were apologizing on her behalf, trying to diffuse the situation. I got the vibe that she is the manager. Anyway, pink troll kept ignoring my request for a manager. Never will I EVER, come back to this location. Also, don't bother calling their phone number. The line is disconnected. Judging by all the other reviews, I gotta say that this place is heavily mismanaged and I almost feel bad for new hires and the good staff that works there. If the troll is in fact a manager..every patron that enters this Dunkin is screwed. So, if you want to get yelled at or schooled in donut anatomy, stop on by your local Saginaw St. Dunkin. read more

I worked here for a year and had the worst experience of my life. My last day was the corporate take over and things have only gotten worse. Because of their poor management and training the tills have been a little short because of improper counting. (This used to be done by the gas station staff). Corporates response to this was to take any and all tips from the staff for an undetermined amount of time. The manager, Raquel, has ignored all messages from the staff and does not care at all. Another manager literally said "Raquel is here for any questions" but she is nowhere to be found. In fact the store quite literally never has a manager working and when there is one they sit on their ass in the back and make the staff clean up their messes. Nothing in that store works. Ever. Especially the ovens, which is why your $50 food order takes forever. They underestimate truck orders to "save money " which is why they are ALWAYS out of everything and the poor teens that work there take the heat. Raquel should be fired for her god awful management and the Aaron (the owner) needs to step up. read more
