I was in town for four days and came here twice. I did not use the drive thru. Each time, there was a spot right out front. I was welcomed in by pleasant staff. The were working hard to get orders out in a timely manner. The first time I came in it was "free shot Friday," so I got an extra shot in my latte. Both times I ordered a hot, 20oz latte with one Truvia. Both times they were made well and got my day going. The second time I was in, I also got a juice for my husband and breakfast sandwiches for both of us. We both had the ham and cheese on an asiago bagel. That hit the spot! Biggby staff asking for a tip as I am mid handing them my card is quite unprofessional and atrocious to be running a business, especially at a drive-through. I am extremely dissatisfied and pissed off because I can not have caffeine aka ZIP! I asked for no zip in a blast drink...I know what's the point of getting biggby if i can't have caffeine? Well before i started my new medication i was able to have it. Now that i can't I still want the boba drinks... just with out the ZIP! Well they still put it in, how do i know? I feel my heart racing like I'm anxious. That is how I know. It's messing with my body and I'm extremely pissed because the barista had a problem that I wanted my drink fixed because she gave me a dragon fruit blast and I asked for it to be the blood moon (mango) which is orange. I'm sure there was no zip in the first one so when I asked for it to be fixed they put zip in it and forgot well I'm sorry that's a failure to attention to detail. The staff is phenomenal!! I do have my favorites!! The problem with ALL the Biggby locations is they are pricing themselves out of business!! THEY RAISED THEIR PRICES AGAIN!!!!! My super latte costs $7.83!! That is crazy for a large coffee. I would be better off buying my own espresso machine with as much coffee as I buy. Maybe if we all stopped going there they might lower their prices, lol, who am I kidding. At least I made you laugh!! read more

Still the worse Biggby in the area. When you order a bragel, it's either so overcooked that's the cheese and cream cheese is gone, or it's still cold. Drinks are never full either. Use Biggby at the point instead. Worth the drive! read more

This was my favorite BIGGBY, as consistent coffee flavors are extremely hard to come by at other BIGGBY's. I'm not sure what changed here, maybe some baristas changed. However( the last two times I've visited my coffee has tasted like watered down espresso and minimal flavor. read more

I truly do not understand why you will not fill my travel mug. I understand covid absolutely but here's why I don't understand why you don't... first you sell the travel mug but I can't use one to reduce waste. Second you are so concerned about Covid yet none of your employees wear masks so you certainly don't care about infection. Third you could do what Starbucks does which is have a mug to use and hold the travel mug that way you don't touch it. I love to buy local but I cannot stand waste and completely disconnected logic. Disappointed that a coffee shop like this only has *sweetened* non-dairy/non-soy products; Their coconut milk has a sweetener added to it. That sounds nitpicky, but I expected a chain that is this expensive to carry something without added sweeteners. read more

The staff members here are always so kind and friendly every time I walk in here, or use their drivethru. Big smiles and approachable demeanors. I just drink coffee black, so I couldn't tell you how other drinks are...but I am all about good customer service, and will always buy my coffee here for a welcoming smile to start my day (when I'm in the area)! :) read more

This is a general review of the Bigby's and not this particular one (i'm posting this to the ones I used to visit. First let me say I was a faithful bigby supporter as I live in Michigan and the chain is from here I thought of it as the best "local franchise" vs "other guy". In fact, my usual drink is an americano (espresso and water) and it was actually more expensive than Starbucks! but I still went to bigbys to help local guy but... RECENTLY: they changed and dramatically increased prices! So now 3 shots of expresso and water are $4+!!!! Starbucks is only 3.15 (including tax). Slight increase I can understand but this is crazy especially since startbucks tastes better and is less money... it's a no brainer. If you want to paid way overpriced espresso then this is the place for you. read more

This Biggby and the one in Grand Ledge are owned by the same owner and use an espresso machine that has a different "flavor profile" (Biggby terminology) than other franchises. This coffee tastes like water, even after adding an additional shot. You can tell the caffeine is there but the drink itself is just very poor and very, very thin. I've been to most Biggby's in MI, OH and there's a huge discrepancy in the quality of drink at this location - I avoid this one at all costs unless I'm too short on time and then I'm disappointed every single time. Today is no exception. Do the comparison yourself and see what you think. I hope corporate gets this note - because I hear others complain as well.
