When the drive thru is backed up, I don't worry if I gave them enough time. When it's not, I hate hearing "we just got this" when I ordered it 3-4 minutes prior. I'm in the drive thru, I shouldn't have to wait longer than if I just ordered at the speaker (this is NOT a reflection on the employees, they didn't redesign how/what order the drinks are made in). I like coming here because most of the employees recognize me as a regular and know I also get 4 pup cups! We do have a favorite barista, Trish! I've never had bad service, sometimes the wait has been ridiculously long, but 90% of the time it's because they are ridiculously busy.

They had a length selection of flavors, plus specialty concoctions and fixed my iced lavender breve with a quarter sweet to exact standards! When we asked about it, they just said they had no more stock. I asked about the one in the display, but the manager said she could not give us that one with no explanation. When my son tried to exchange the toy they gave him for something else, like an ice cream cone (which they let you do at Chick-fil-A), the manager just dismissed him rudely and walked away with no attempt to offer anything for the incorrect order. I was very disappointed in the way the situation was handled. Adding to the fact that the dining room was not kept clean, I do not recommend this McDonald's at all.
