I usually mobile order just because it's easier. However, with the way corporate changed how they are processed, it can be a pain. When the drive thru is backed up, I don't worry if I gave them enough time. When it's not, I hate hearing "we just got this" when I ordered it 3-4 minutes prior. I'm in the drive thru, I shouldn't have to wait longer than if I just ordered at the speaker (this is NOT a reflection on the employees, they didn't redesign how/what order the drinks are made in). I like coming here because most of the employees recognize me as a regular and know I also get 4 pup cups! We do have a favorite barista, Trish! I've never had bad service, sometimes the wait has been ridiculously long, but 90% of the time it's because they are ridiculously busy. read more

This is far and away the worst starbucks ever. I go when I visit home, and it, very rarely, is ready in 15 minutes. It's usually 40+. I've had to get a refund so many times. A cake pop was a chocolate crossiant once .... idk it's just a mess in there. One lady is super rude. She yelled at everyone in the entire store one day lol. I think everyone in town pretty much hates coming here but we really like starbucks so we keep going ‍ Pro tip... use the starbucks app and order at least 30 mins before you come. This location could use some retooling if their workflow. The wait is somewhere in the neighborhood of 15 minutes. The person working the cash register (and there's only one to cover a line that's now 10 deep) is also helping make food. I stop here routinely when I'm driving down 85. It hasn't been this long if a wait before. Not sure that I'll risk the delay of stopping here again in the future. Suggestions: 1. Keep one person at the cash register without them doing anything other than transactions. 2. Have a separate line for coffee only. 3. Expedite simple orders, like black coffee or Nitros, where all that's required is pulling a handle and filling a cup. Wait has just gone to 20 minutes. If you're a Starbucks manager and are reading this, you might want to stop in on a Sunday around noon and see what you think. Wish I could be more positive. read more

Maybe I just missed my daily Starbucks the day before but while I'm on vacation I was really craving my usual. I had no idea this was the only one for miles. I placed my order online for three drinks, not knowing I was literally right down the street. We pulled in almost immediately after ordering and we didn't have to wait long at all. Two of the drinks were good but the third drink, a Frappuccino, was like a sno cone consistency- and it was too hard to drink. I don't know if someone got the recipe wrong or what but I didn't order it with any modifications other than no whip. The shop is fine. The baristas not so much. Victoria or Rachel (it's unclear what her name was) clearly didn't want to deal with me when my Starbucks card on my iPhone didn't work. I asked a few questions about if the card expired or how they worked since I hadn't used it in over a year and still got short answers as if I wasn't worth the time for the explanation. I've been hesitant to post a review for a while now because I love Starbucks - I love the drinks, the secret menu items, the new recipes that Tik Tok makes me try - but I hate this location. If you live in LaGrange, it's the only Starbucks in a 30-40mi radius. The next closest locations are in Newnan or Columbus, both a 30-35min drive. Here are the issues: 1. Every single time I come to this location, I wait in the drive thru line for at least 15-20min. I don't know if the people that work the drive thru are just really slow, inefficient or maybe over worked and doing too many other things but it's a struggle. There have been many times I don't even stop for a coffee (even though I want to) because I know I don't have the time to wait in line that long. Also, due to the pandemic the lobby was closed for a while so you could only do drive thru. Now that the lobby is open again and I've tried to do the mobile order ahead of time. I thought, this will fix the issue! I'll order my drink on the app, pay for it ahead of time and just walk in and scoop up my drink with no wait or hassle. Wrong. I've tried that as well and I still wait over 10min for my drink. When I've gone in to pick up mobile orders or just gone in because I couldn't wait in a 20min drive thru line, there are 15-20 people packed inside the lobby waiting for their drinks or waiting to order at the register. 2. It's a fair estimate that about 50% of the time I order a drink (I have about 3-4 favorites I like to order) this location is out of an ingredient for the drink. They are routinely out of White Mocha, Brown Sugar Syrup, or Caramel Sauce (to name a few). Even obscure items that you would think not many people order (oatmilk). So every time I pull up to the drive thru or walk in to order, I hold my breath and wait for the barista to tell me they are out of something in my order. 3. This particular location seems to have a high amount of turn over with the employees as well. Not sure why, but you rarely see the same people working there for very long. So you get the feeling that you're always dealing with new people who don't know the menu well or who are still learning the ropes. Like I said in the beginning, I love me some Starbucks so this is by no means a Starbucks bashing review. But just be warned if you're coming to this location: Don't be in a hurry to go anywhere, you should have least 15-20min to wait in line, have a back-up order ready just in case they tell you they're out of something in your order and be prepared to explain the recipe to whoever is taking the order. Chances are they're new and still learning the drinks/menu. Or just goto the Newnan or Columbus Starbucks and call it a day. Hope this was helpful! read more

Thank goodness for Starbucks! Nothing starts your day off better then being able to get in and out of a place with your favorite coffee in hand. And when your day consists of training auditors - you REALLY need a great cup of coffee in the morning. This location is clean and the service is fast! Pricing is typical and parking is limited, but I had no trouble finding a spot close to the front door. To get to the difficult-to-find drive thru, enter at the signal light that heads into the large Home Depot parking lot then immediately turn west; this drive thru is not well marked. Nice friendly staff offering consistent Starbucks beverages. I'm a fan of the delicious mouth-watering Sausage Breakfast Sandwich with a hot Caramel Macchiato first thing in the morning. What's not to love about Starbucks? Even when they are busy, the staff is always accommodating and efficient. The location is ideal, coffee is fresh and the menu offers a variety of options for those strange creatures that don't drink coffee. Clearly something is off if you're in Starbucks and don't drink coffee but if you fall into that category, frappuccinos, various teas, hot chocolate, sodas, ciders and other options are available to you guys. Not their fault, but I drove past the speaker, then got boxed in. It took ten minutes to help the two cars in front of me, but I was stuck. I explained it to the young person behind the window and she smiled very politely and asked me to go around again. That was it - no other option. I love starbucks, I have always stopped by on the weekends I work (which is every other weekend) Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. With that being said, this morning there was a young female and a young male working. Ive never seen either one of them. The RUDIEST two people. I wanted my drink iced, they made it hot. I told them I ordered iced, but I dont mind taking it. well I couldnt even get all of that out of my mouth before the male rolled his eyes and made another drink. when he gave me the iced on he slammed the drive thru window shut.
