We went to the opening of the Kingman, AZ Bosa Donut store on 8/7/2026. Long line. Our experience was feeling rushed to order. Extra donut was added to our order without us knowing until the register. The woman at the register spoke broken English and was a bit rude. If this business is to succeed, it will need English speakers at the drive thru and the register. You will begin to lose business once you start selling day old donuts and are rude to customers. During a roadtrip from Phoenix to Vegas for a Beyonce concert, my friend and I decided to stop at Starbucks for matcha and water. To my disappointment, Starbucks was out of matcha but I really wanted one so we went to Dunkin. They thankfully had it so we ordered that and waited at the window. As I'm being handed back my card, the worker informs me that my hood is smoking and that it sounds like my coolant is burning. Sure enough, my coolant light comes on soon after. After we get our order, we park, assess the situation, call for help, and take action at the nearest Auto Zone. 3 hours later, we got everything fixed and were back on our way to Vegas. Shout out to the workers who were there on 7/25 around 5pm for providing helpful info, they deserve raises or some kind of recognition. The skinny girl with the nose ring is incredibly rude. From the moment I pulled up to the drive through to order (it was actually an online order I was picking up), she had an attitude, like she didn't wanna be at work. Pulled up to the window, and was greeted with a smug, I-hate-my-job face and tone, like I was an inconvenience for even showing up to order and god forbid she had to actually work. Then, while still there, I open the box to check that everything is correct, because that first impression, I had a hunch they jacked something up, and you guessed it, absolutely none of the donuts were what I ordered. When she was informed of the discrepancy, her explanation was that they were out of what I ordered so she just threw in random donuts. I can't make this up, I was stunned. Like, this chick was acting as if this was her last day on the job and was like ef-it. I asked why didn't you let me know you substituted all the donuts when you handed me the box and she snapped back saying, "you ordered this an hour ago, I forgot", super cocky, like basically telling me to ef-off... (it was actually 40 minutes ago, not an hour) and every time I tried to speak, she'd cut me off with some snarky remark, getting increasingly ruder. When I requested a refund, she straight up refused and said to take it up with the app. Needless to say, I ended up going to another nearby dunkin, complete night and day. Those guys were awesome (the one at Petro off the 40). They said that chick was totally wrong and could have refunded. They gave us corporates phone number and encouraged us to make a complaint. Better than average for Dunkin! I'm addicted yo their coffee. I had my usual coffee with cream. First time there and it was fresh, hot and good! My granddaughter had the frozen hot chocolate. It had the chocolate drizzle in it as it should and was real good. She had her favorite chocolate covered donuts with sprinkles. They were fresh and very good. We didn't eat in as the pandemic makes it impossible. The restaurant was very clean and sanitized. The wait staff extremely friendly and accommodating. They know their menu. Service for me has always been prompt and easy. Donuts are fresh (obviously the earlier the better). Not sure about all the ranting and low reviews but I think the coffee, drinks and donuts are great. The drive-thru is pretty rough. For the longest time the drive-thru was only really safe for 4x4 vehicles due to the excessive potholes, nearly impossible turns and broken entry signs. I told them I'd never been to Dunkin so give me a second to process their menu. I needed to order a dozen donuts which she stood in front of so I couldn't see. I had to repeat my order multiple times. But when I was speaking clearly to her face and raised my voice (perhaps she couldn't hear) she got upset with me. I asked about prices and she clarified. My total should've been $16.99 plus tax and it came up to nearly $22! I said $10.99 plus $6 is $16.99 plus tax. She replied "it is". I said tax is not nearly $5 dollars. She goes "it's correct". I replied again that she must've wrung it up wrong. She said "no I didn't". I asked to see a manager.
