During a roadtrip from Phoenix to Vegas for a Beyonce concert, my friend and I decided to stop at Starbucks for matcha and water. To my disappointment, Starbucks was out of matcha but I really wanted one so we went to Dunkin. They thankfully had it so we ordered that and waited at the window. As I'm being handed back my card, the worker informs me that my hood is smoking and that it sounds like my coolant is burning. Sure enough, my coolant light comes on soon after. After we get our order, we park, assess the situation, call for help, and take action at the nearest Auto Zone. 3 hours later, we got everything fixed and were back on our way to Vegas. Shout out to the workers who were there on 7/25 around 5pm for providing helpful info, they deserve raises or some kind of recognition. Crisis = averted, life = saved, and, most importantly, matcha craving = satisfied. read more

Food was ok but the staff is super obnoxious, especially the guy with the beard. They talked to each other very loudly about their personal lives. Dude was shouting out his personal conversations like he was flirting with the female staff members. If you want to be loud and obnoxious, don't do it with customers in the dining area. No one else wants to hear about your personal life. read more

We stopped here on our way to California, for breakfast. Saw a hashbrown/egg/brisket scramble, so ordered it. It was mostly hashbrown, and a scant amount of egg/brisket. I couldn't really see the brisket, honestly. Cashier wasn't friendly, forgot to charge for our donuts, had to pay again. Donuts were the best thing. Won't go back. read more

Service sucks!!! Every time that I go to Dunkin' Donuts in Kingman, they never have the frosted strawberry the frosted chocolate. If you're out of them make more people come there all day long. And don't call the cake donuts glazed because nobody likes them and they're not glazed cake, donuts! Won't be back I will go to Safeway from this point forward, and I will also let my company that I work for don't buy from Dunkin' Donuts because they suck and their customer service sucks! Better than average for Dunkin! I'm addicted yo their coffee. I had my usual coffee with cream. First time there and it was fresh, hot and good! My granddaughter had the frozen hot chocolate. It had the chocolate drizzle in it as it should and was real good. She had her favorite chocolate covered donuts with sprinkles. They were fresh and very good. We didn't eat in as the pandemic makes it impossible. The restaurant was very clean and sanitized. The wait staff extremely friendly and accommodating. They know their menu. Prices were average for Arizona. Great location also! read more

The skinny girl with the nose ring is incredibly rude. From the moment I pulled up to the drive through to order (it was actually an online order I was picking up), she had an attitude, like she didn't wanna be at work. Pulled up to the window, and was greeted with a smug, I-hate-my-job face and tone, like I was an inconvenience for even showing up to order and god forbid she had to actually work. Then, while still there, I open the box to check that everything is correct, because that first impression, I had a hunch they jacked something up, and you guessed it, absolutely none of the donuts were what I ordered. When she was informed of the discrepancy, her explanation was that they were out of what I ordered so she just threw in random donuts. I can't make this up, I was stunned. Like, this chick was acting as if this was her last day on the job and was like ef-it. I asked why didn't you let me know you substituted all the donuts when you handed me the box and she snapped back saying, "you ordered this an hour ago, I forgot", super cocky, like basically telling me to ef-off... (it was actually 40 minutes ago, not an hour) and every time I tried to speak, she'd cut me off with some snarky remark, getting increasingly ruder. When I requested a refund, she straight up refused and said to take it up with the app. Needless to say, I ended up going to another nearby dunkin, complete night and day. Those guys were awesome (the one at Petro off the 40). They said that chick was totally wrong and could have refunded. They gave us corporates phone number and encouraged us to make a complaint. Hope the manager and franchisee at the Stockton Hill location clean house and up their hiring standards. I mean, look at all these bad reviews. Do they even care? lol wowzers. read more

Best iced coffee I've ever had at a DD or Starbucks. Friendly drive thru. My daughter enjoyed her munchkins and milk. The drive thru did charge me for 3 bagel bite orders (I asked for 2) but 3 was in bag, so at least the charge matched the items in bag. Still I'd gladly return. read more

The store was busy. The team was doing a good job and being polite even with the stress and volume. The store manager was incredibly rude to several customers and disrespectful to his team. A customer asked for the managers name, and the store manager smirked and said "we are short staffed, you can't get me fired." He needs training and this store needs someone that will help the team succeed instead of abusing them. read more

We've given this location multiple opportunities for better service and each time it gets worse and worse. Burnt bread on grilled cheeses; out of donuts we ask for no matter the time of day; slow service. 6+ people in there at all times and yet it took almost 20 minutes today for 3 drinks. read more

Stopped by on my drive between Idaho and Arizona, since Starbucks was closed. Anyhow, I have to let everyone know what a bad experience I had. I walked in and it was a good 5 minutes before the (young) employee came out from the back and more than anything she seemed bothered by me. She was less than helpful when I asked for suggestions on my coffee order. read more

Service for me has always been prompt and easy. Donuts are fresh (obviously the earlier the better). Not sure about all the ranting and low reviews but I think the coffee, drinks and donuts are great. The drive-thru is pretty rough. For the longest time the drive-thru was only really safe for 4x4 vehicles due to the excessive potholes, nearly impossible turns and broken entry signs. I think people keep hitting the sign and damaging the drive thru due to poor building craftsmanship read more

Wow, if I could give this place zero stars I would. They charged me wrong and then wouldn't give me a refund for their mistake. I used to get Dunkin every day in New England what a shame they can't all have the same standards and customer service. read more

This is the worst location I have ever been to. The employees speak to each other very poorly. There is no organization, it appears no one is in charge. Corporate should really send someone down there to make things right. I've always loved Dunkin but this place is an absolute JOKE. The worst customer service. This store will end up failing. read more

30 minutes to get one donut and a small coffee. 4 people working the drive thru and only one that was working the register and making drinks. I finally had to ask the woman standing at the drive thru screen for my coffee. She looked to be in charge. She gave no thank you or sorry or any comment at all. Customer service is obviously not taught during on-boarding new employees. read more

The staff is super rude and the food is an absolute mess. Just sloppy assembled sandwiches with sponge bread. Everything has a weird (soapy?) flavor, no way to describe it. Amazing service! The cashier was very nice and upbeat which made our morning great! And the donuts they selected for our dozen was fantastic! You've made a new daily customer, and everyone should come here! 11:30 am 08/02/2020 read more

I told them I'd never been to Dunkin so give me a second to process their menu. I needed to order a dozen donuts which she stood in front of so I couldn't see. I had to repeat my order multiple times. But when I was speaking clearly to her face and raised my voice (perhaps she couldn't hear) she got upset with me. I asked about prices and she clarified. My total should've been $16.99 plus tax and it came up to nearly $22! I said $10.99 plus $6 is $16.99 plus tax. She replied "it is". I said tax is not nearly $5 dollars. She goes "it's correct". I replied again that she must've wrung it up wrong. She said "no I didn't". I asked to see a manager. Who then TWO of them had to come up because they thought I was the one being an ass and was wrong according to this idiot of girl who was cashiering. Then the fixed it for her and whispered to her that she had it wrong. NO ONE APOLOGIZED TO ME FOR TREATING NE LIKE I WAS THE DUMBASS WHO DIDN'T WANT TO PAY MORE THAN I SHOULD. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT QUALITY FOOD AND QUALITY SERVICE. This girl had to be 19 or 20 and couldn't do 5th grade math in her head and there was nothing wrong with her other than she was too ignorant to even contemplate if she COULD be wrong. read more

Was there Thursday morning and witnessed a worker throwing out an elderly couple because the husband helped his disabled wife in to the womens restroom, he did not actually go into the bathroom. This is a great Dunkin' Donuts. The food was really good, the staff was excellent, and the store was clean. Pretty impressive all around.

We ordered for pickup through the app. The barista has her mask on her chin and she was not wearing gloves, so we asked her to cancel the order. She refused, and when we asked to talk to the manager, she said the manager is not available. Definitely will contact customer service. We are in the middle of a deadly pandemic.
