Well once you been to the one in Crystal River this one is very disappointing. Stop by to get the $2 medium ice coffee with extra cream & extra splenda and a shot of sugar free toasted coconut. Wow what a let down taste like coffee with cream and no sweetener. Ended up putting 5 packs of sweetener in and never tasted the coconut, service was substandard, one girl was rude and the other two was treating an older employee like crap. All this and took them 25 minutes to make 3 ice coffees, we were not happy at all. read more

I've been here, at this location, a number of times over the last six weeks. This establishment is clean and the employees, friendly. I went there this morning with my wife and I got charged for bacon on both of my cream cheese bagels but there was no bacon on either of them. My wife had ordered salted caramel cold foam which we were charged for yet didn't receive. read more

Omg. Went to this Dunkin and the behavior of some of the employees was so absurd it was like watching an snl sketch. They gave me half my order and then forgot about me while they listened to an enraged co-worker at the drive thru trash talk a bossy old lady who came in because her drive thru order was messed up. The they all stared at me after the co-worker was done trashing a customer in front of a customer. I reminded them that they forgot half my order and they admitted they were all too busy talking to remember. However, I did get a free donut out of the ordeal, but then got home and realized they gave me the wrong coffee. So I guess it all evened out anyways. I wish I had filmed them trash talking that customer, would have made for a good YouTube video and I probably could have helped that old Lady love her twilight years out nice and comfy after her lawsuit! read more

staff there doesn't respect new employees and have a very vulgar mouth. They do not like to train people. They carry attitudes when a mistake happens and everyone talks about everyone behind their backs. very rude place to be. some employees run outside to vape and smoke weed pens. This location is very conveniently located on SR-44 westbound. It is a standalone location and offers a drive-thru. This location also has a Baskin-Robbins attached. This only speaks to the food from Dunkin Donuts. The private parking lot as plenty of parking, including handicap. I prefer to go in versus using the drive-thru. The inside is clean and has 4 regular 4-seat tables and 2 high top tables. The order and payment counter is straight in as you walk through the door. I placed an order for a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese in an English muffin. It is nice that they take time to make this to order. It was hot and tasted fresh. I have had the donuts from this location before, and they have always tasted good. This next thing is not exclusive to this location, but every location I have been to over the past few years. I am slightly disappointed in the selection of donuts they carry during the day. It is not as wide a selection as in years past, plus they run out of flavors before the end if the day. Regardless of the above statement, I not had this issue here. So that is why I make a point to visit this location when the mood strikes. read more

It's a dunkin donuts ... how can you go wrong??? And especially in Citrus County (a bit off the beaten path) it is awesome that they opened one up!!! Work takes me to Citrus County about once a week and needing some coffee or breakfast when I arrive bright and early, Dunkin Donuts to save the day. As I said, it's a Dunkin Donuts so how bad can things be made wrong??? The servers are friendly and the service efficient. We have been sitting here over 20 monutes waiting on a bagel, a wake up wrap and hash browns that they asked us to pull foward for after getting our coffee. 3 other cars pulled in after is all got there food brought to them. My husband went inside to tell them our food still hasnt come. Then 2 minutes later they came out to ask what we were waiting on. I'm now going to be late for work. I will now have to leave earlier to go to lecanto first. As i was writting this they came out still without our hash browns and no cream cheese. This isnt brain surgery. This location has always been below satisfactory. But this takes the cake. read more

I love Dunkin and the service here is pretty good. I've had a few stale bagels and a few times when I didn't get napkins or a straw, but overall they are one of the better DD's in the area. I love the donuts and iced coffee. read more

My daughter graciously went to Dunkin donuts tonight for us. We have had a very difficult day so she made the 20 MILE round trip to cheer us all up. When she got there they were out of donuts, had only a few. Why have a 24 hour store if you are not going to bake donut'? The woman was also very rude when she made her announcement at their lack of variety, Guess the late shift is not as courteous and friendly as the morning shift. Very disappointed. She came home with only a few donuts instead of the dozen we wanted. read more

Went this morning to pick up donuts and when I finally got to eat one, I noticed part of the order was screwed up. And it's not the first time. Customers should check their purchases first before leaving. Now I understand why there is no tip jar at the counter. read more

I went through the drive thru tonight ordered 2 sandwiches and a coffee. When I got home I realized the bag had one stale donut in it, I paid $10.08 for a cup of coffee and a stale donut which I gave to my dog. I called dunkin donuts to let them know and received no apology or offer of compensation, after that I was hung up on by the rude female employee. The service and customer service at the dunkin donuts in Inverness is terrible. I will not be going back and will advise people in the community about my experience. read more
