They don't just call out or scream your name like Starbucks, they say your name and then hand it to you. They remember your face when you order. It's very personal this way. They do things the way it used to be done back in the day. Cookie trays and pastries, always stocked and presented with precision and attention to detail. The staff will always make eye contact and greet you as you enter and are happy to assist. They have a few tables and chairs set up for people to pop in for a few minutes and enjoy their feel for Italy. They offer a self-serve coffee station set up, but if you really want next level, order yourself a latte.

The other patrons were all very friendly and the vibe felt like we were all at a mutual friend's house. I highly recommend this spot. When I first sipped it I felt like the caramel had a slightly tingy flavor but it went away after the first sip and I still felt like the drink was good. The peanut butter mousse cake was so good, it had a lot of peanut butter flavor which I love. I had a good experience here the staff was friendly and helpful and it was also a nice weather day so I was able to sit in their outdoor seating and hang out and enjoy the weather.
