    The world's worst bagel!
    Debbie K.

I received the worst bagel a few months ago and spoke with a district manager who assured me it was due to new staff. She offered me a free bagel and when I redeemed the coupon that bagel was perfect. I went back last Saturday to the drive thru and ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a large coffee. When I got to work and opened the bag I was met with a soggy bread thing that barely resembled a bagel. I pitched it in the trash. To make it even worse, the coffee tasted like dirty water. I spoke with the DM again and she cut me off saying something about a new bagel machine!??? I'm done with this DD, bad food and excuses!

Horrible service and understaffed. Order was incorrect and staff argumentative. Lucky no competition on the island

Waited for food forever. Seemed like the manager was trying but really disorganized. Needs a redo too. Seats are ripped.

Tables and window sills are filthy. Bench seats are torn. It makes you think about food handling safety practices.

Restaurant is dirty and decor is shabby and unkept. Really surprised Dunkin Donuts does not have a higher standard for their store owners.

Kids loved the donuts. Pretty good coffee. Expensive. Staff wasn't very friendly. Acted like they hate their job.

If you know, you know. The pastries here are absolutely worth the detour--and honestly, wherever I see a Paris Baguette, I do pull over. That includes locations I've visited in Northern California, North Brunswick, New Jersey, Atlanta, Georgia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and even the one here in Charlotte down in Pineville. It's a bit of a drive for me, but when I'm in that area, I always make a point to stop in and pick up a couple of their delicious croissant-donut pastries and marzipan or almond croissants. That's the beauty of this bakery--it's a chain, yes, but the consistency is what keeps me coming back. I have yet to be disappointed. Of course, I had to stop at this Hilton Head location--and I didn't come empty-handed. Food connects people, and bringing pastries to your host is always a winning move. I picked up three different varieties of their famous croissant-donut style pastries (similar to the well-known cronut): * Chocolate * Tiramisu * Mango And I added two large almond croissants that were beautifully filled, flaky, and indulgent. Everything looked fresh, full, and irresistible. The setup inside is easy and efficient. It's self-serve: you grab a tray, line it with parchment, use the tongs, and select whatever catches your eye--from baguettes to cakes to coffee drinks. Checkout was quick, Apple Pay was accepted, and the whole experience felt smooth and well organized. The space was clean, friendly, and inviting, with plenty of outdoor seating. Bottom line: Whenever you see a Paris Baguette on your radar, pull over. It's dependable, delicious, and perfect for picking up pastries to share--or to treat yourself. For me, it's one of those rare places that delivers the same quality every single time, no matter the city--and that kind of consistency is something I truly appreciate as a traveler and lifelong foodie.

It was pretty busy with people grabbing ice cream, snacks, and souvenirs, which gave it such a fun vacation vibe. They have a self-serve soft serve ice cream station along with a huge candy section where you can fill a bag with however much you want. Honestly, they seem to have just about anything you could need during your trip. My husband ended up buying a Hilton Head T-shirt, and I found the cutest oyster shell ornament for our Christmas tree. While checking out, I looked over by the ice cream section and spotted the viral chicken wing ice cream that's apparently made in Charleston, South Carolina. I got way too excited because I've seen it all over social media but had never found it in person before, so of course I had to buy it. Thankfully, it did not disappoint. They also have a front patio area where you can sit and enjoy your snacks, plus extra racks of clothing outside if you're souvenir shopping. Overall, this place has a little bit of everything and is definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.
