Waited for food forever. Seemed like the manager was trying but really disorganized. Needs a redo too. Seats are ripped.

Genuinely the best dunkin I have been to! I have a Mass resident and came here on vacation. If I could take this Dunkin and staff back home I would in a heartbeat. I came all 9 days on vacation and staff was always super friendly and food/drinks were better than home! Give the staff a raise! The store is absolutely disgusting. The bathroom had a roll of toilet paper on the ground and the holders were empty. The service was slow. I saw roaches crawling on the donut case and when I said something to the Rebecca she just laughed. Service here is slow. It's a hit or miss sometimes, once in a while they do mess up the order. food is good.

This place was beautiful inside and wonderful quality food. The people working are very sweet and friendly. I think the people who reviewed poorly were more upset at having to wait on other customers because people like this place so it is busier sometimes! I'm so disappointed with this Dunkin' service. I love their donuts so much and what happened I would only expect from a crappy street donut place. So to explain when we go there they didn't even have a walkway meaning we had to walk through some muddy grass ground then to a couple of stepping stones to the door. Like how? Anyways, so we can't get in bc the lobby is closed. So, we sit in the drive through for 30+ minutes and I ask for two donuts and they are like we don't have anymore. So i have to get donuts that I barely like. Once we get up to pay, I ask if their sure their so no kore strawberry frosted and the lady huffs, rolls her eyes and says, "nope." and when we like okay thanks she smacked her lips and said "$5.48" we payed got our donuts and she didn't even say have a nice day. read more

Came here with my boyfriend this morning and the girl in the grey zip up behind the counter didn't seem too thrilled to be there. I ordered an Iced Latte with French Vanilla and Almond milk, and she forgot to add the almond milk. I ordered a strawberry frosted sprinkle donut and then my boyfriend asked to get half a dozen and she got distracted and put two in there even though I only asked for one. I received the worst bagel a few months ago and spoke with a district manager who assured me it was due to new staff. She offered me a free bagel and when I redeemed the coupon that bagel was perfect. I went back last Saturday to the drive thru and ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a large coffee. When I got to work and opened the bag I was met with a soggy bread thing that barely resembled a bagel. I pitched it in the trash. To make it even worse, the coffee tasted like dirty water. When I received the coffee it was lukewarm and there was more oat milk than coffee. I asked for hot chocolate. They said and I quote: "We can't make hot chocolate. I just bailed on the drive-through line after moving one spot in 15 minutes. The parking lot is a mess, the service is incredibly slow. Do not waste your time stopping here. Ok so I went to dunkin today with my friends. I ordered a Carmel macchiato and it took a while for it to come out. Then my friend who arrived before me at dunkin ordered hot chocolate small and it didn't come out mine came out first and I arrived late and ordered after her. Her sister ordered a chai tea ... they didn't know how to make it it took almost 35 minutes to make they didn't make my macchiato right they didn't add any Carmel so I went up to complain and they made me open the top of my drink and they put Carmel in it didn't taste the same and there was barely any Carmel left in the cup Unacceptable . read more

Terrible. This location has always been terrible. I thought, MAYBE with Covid and they just had the drive thru open it might get better. Nope, not even close. Late in the afternoon I went to get a cup of coffee. I was the third care in line when I pulled up to the speaker. I was asked to wait and no one came back on line for almost five minutes. If your looking for a quiet clean place for a cup of coffee or other beverage this is your spot. Drive thru was very busy. We ordered inside. Ordered 2 dozen doughnuts. Some of the worst I have ever had. What should have been glazed were only dusted with granulated sugar. Vert little filling in Boston Cream ,or White Headlight, Apple fritter was over cooked and tough and chewey. Chocolate glazed had none,zip nothing glazed just dry doughnut. Would not recommend this place for doughnuts. Staff at the counter was friendly and efficent. My husband ordered Croissants,we only waited 5-7 minutes,quick service and they were fresh and tasty.We left a tip because the service was great. If you want coffee,or another drink they are good at it. Just disappointed that the doughnuts were not even good by any standard. read more

This store is obviously open but the door into the lobby remains locked. A personnel finally appears and comes out to smoke. She goes on to state she's waiting on staff that's due before she can open the lobby. There's at least 6 visible staff noted behind the counter. I was told by the manager she couldn't serve me because my shirt jokingly said "I'm done peopling" my sister ordered a caramel craze latte exactly how it comes. It took 3 employees including the manager to ring it up. It was full of cream and had no espresso flavor. My friend ordered a sugar free coffee and this took about 10 mins to ring up. When I asked her why it was taking so long, she snapped at me that the servers were in training and I had to be patient. Very unprofessional. I ordered 15 minutes before my arrival and when I got inside i had to wait another 35 minutes. I get it if it's busy (which it was) but if i'm watching people who ordered inside get their stuff in 5 minutes (before me) and people in the drive thru getting their food as they pull up, then I had a problem. And I was very nice when approaching to ask about my order and all i got was a "can you just be patient it will be fixed at some point" and a "it's not my problem". There was only one sweet girl that finally after seeing me there for 30 minutes ask what my name was and made my drink immediately. But then she asked the other workers about my food and they pushed her away and said "it doesn't matter it will come out at some point". They were very unprofessional and rude. Save your time and find another place to eat or get coffee. On a positive note, the food and coffee was great. very delicious. Just not the wait and the controllable attitudes I was given. Terrible service. Asked for an old fashion donut and would they put chocolate frosting on it. I was given a paper bag with the donuts thrown in the bag all gross and mixed together. I asked them to please give me the donuts in a box so they would not be a total mess. They must have taken the donuts out of the paper bag and threw them in a box. They were a total mess. All broken and impossible to be eaten without getting chocolate all over your clothing. I had to ask for napkins. I threw the box in the garbage. Are you kidding me.
