Horrible, slow, incompetent service. I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes for a simple lemonade and blueberry donut. When I finally got to the front , the incompetent cashier had no clue what my order was, asked me 3 times what I ordered, still said the order wrong, and informed me the donut they had said was available was out. I drove away, frustrated with the inablity of people to do their job. read more

Reading other reviews the common theme seems to be rude workers. I can't really say I've had the experience of rude workers so much as I've had a huge problem with my orders being consistently wrong. Very frustrating. You leave the lot and get down the road to find your order is not what you ordered. Sweet tea that is unsweetened. Ores unsweetened tea and get sweet tea. Get tea or coffee that tastes like blueberries in it. After some research I've identified that issue. They use a stir spoon for the car ahead of you thst wants blueberry added to their drink and then workers are too lazy to wash the utensil. Have been given wrong food items. Always out of lemons for the tea. Smh. I would not recommend this location. read more

Worst Dunkin' Donuts ever. Every time it's something. I should just learn my lesson and stop going there. Today I placed a mobile order for a bag of original ground coffee, there was an offer for a free medium frozen drink with any purchase. So I ordered a medium frozen caramel coffee. Simple, right? Nope. I go to pick up, and there is confusion - what order? They have no record of it. They then inform me that they cannot make any frozen drinks. I ask for iced caramel coffee instead. I'm given a bag of whole bean coffee, which I give back and tell her my order was for ground. She brings me a bag of ground decaf. I give it back and tell her my order was for ground original.nope. They can't give me that - only whole bean. Fine, I'll take it. Please put whip cream on the iced coffee. Nope, no whipped cream. Honestly!! What's the point of even doing a mobile order. At least the hash browns weren't burnt tasting. Oh wait, that's because I didn't order any!! read more

Went into this Dunkin yesterday morning for coffee. Noticed a large puddle of spilled coffee on the floor right between the register and pick up area. There was a yellow wet floor sign in the middle of it. Was there for about a half hour. No attempt was ever made to clean up the mess. Amazing they had time to go get the wet floor sign but not enough time to mop up the mess. Bad look for this store. read more

What can I say? It's Dunkin Donuts and you always know what you're getting. This location is across from the Shenango Valley Mall. Drive Thru Window available. I haven't been inside recently, I tend to hit the drive thru when I am in town so I can't currently comment on the appearance/cleanliness. That being said, I think it was remodeled not too long ago. read more

Generally we enjoy this place and service is usually pretty good. This time we waited a good while at the counter while several employees talked amongst themselves. We were never acknowledged so we left. Service was nonexistent on this trip. Stopped at Walts Golden Dawn grocery later and bought our donuts. read more

Worst service here. Drive through workers are so rude and always get my order wrong. The last two times I was there the woman who took my order kept cutting me off during my order and told me they were out of almost every flavor of coffee and donuts. I would have forgiven the terrible attitude if she hadn't put cream in my coffee when I ordered almond milk. I am allergic to dairy and had one of the worst stomach aches of my life. The people at this dunkin are awful. I ordered 2 coffees and a bagel. They gave me one of the coffees wrong and didn't give me a bagel. I came back and they corrected the coffee but it doesn't have a label so idk if it's decaf. This has happened about 15-20 times to me and people I know the past few months read more

We make frequent runs to Dunkin on midnight shift at my job. Midnight service is horrible! They never put the order in at the drivethru speaker. They enter it at the window and then have you repeat the order. There is only one person that actually does their job on this shift which is a midaged man. He tries to correct the orders and does provide good customer service! Only reason I would even give Dunkin 3 stars is because of the man that does his job on midnight shift! read more

Today I visited this dunkin and I was unsure of what I wanted so the cashier, Sonya, thoroughly described the drinks to me to make sure that I was getting what I would like best! When I made my decision she offered me and my grandma free samples of the other drink which were quite large for a sample. Then while waiting for our drinks an other worker offered me a free drink because it had been a mistake or something. It was great experience. I wish I lived closer to go there again! read more
