Do not go!!! This place is not just the worst dunkin donuts but it is the worst chain joint I have ever been too. Their small menu could be seen through if they made up for it with good food and service but it is just the worst. None of the workers here want to be there this is evident because the lady working the counter slammed my drink on the counter and rolled her eyes because she got my order wrong. Then I ordered a 2 glazed donuts and a chocolate glazed donut with a coffee coolatta. The donuts were old and stale and the coffe e coolatta (my favorite part of d and d) was warm and didn't even have the crushed ice its suppose to have. And how much did this garbage cost? 6.76!! Wow for that price you think you could at least get the coffee right. I will never go to a dunkin donuts again based on this experience. read more

I have been going to this DD for years, it really seems to be going down hill. The young man who waited on me was very nice, quick and attentive however 2 women employees came through and pushed themselves in between the young man and the counter, blocking him from assisting me. As for product, for the 3rd time I have ordered powder sugar covered lemon filled donuts only to get home and find there was no filling in them. Had the worst experience at Dunkin' in Havelock this morning. Mr. Taylor was nice enough to surprise me with a macchiato. First one had a lot of coffee grounds in it and not a lot of milk in it. Second one was all cream and barely any coffee. I had enough so I went up there myself. Lady at the counter, Emily, knew who I was because I come in and get the same thing every time. I told it wasn't right and she cut me off during my explanation saying she made it herself and it was right. She proceeded to argue with me like I didn't know what my coffee tastes like. She gave me an eye roll and walked off with the drink I brought back. She remade it and stood there to make sure it was "right to me" and I was scared to say it wasn't. It was finally right but she was very intimidating and rude. I've never had this experience at this location with my girls. I love the girls at Dunkin but idk about this newer chick. I'm not one to complain and I'm not doing this to get anything free but wow. I really don't want to go back to this location. read more

I wouldn't generally review a fast food joint unless I really thought it was necessary. My husband and I came through here after a couple of hours at the beach for a quick sandwich...we were hungry, our 22 month old was snoring away in the backseat and it was lunchtime so every place was relatively busy. Dunkin only had like 2 people in he drive-thru and this was basically the only place left before we would have needed to turn around. My husband turns in and we jut said "what the heck, let's try." Don't ever order a lunch sandwich...the flatbread was plain and blah and the turkey, bacon and cheddar might have been tasty but the bread was hard as a rock! The only good thing on this lunch was the chocolate milkshake we got to share...best one I've had in a long time! So come for ice cream and shakes and donuts, leave the lunch food for some place else. read more

i normally have a lot of patience with people, i too work in the service industry, but i have never seen employees be rude to people for no reason, and reading these reviews it looks like it's not an uncommon thing here. i've gone to this dunkin multiple times and almost always have the same experience. 99% of the time it's with the same woman. i think she is some kind of manager or shift leader, she's a taller lady with eyelash extensions. the other day i was in line and ordered two cookie butter cold brews with cream i get to the window and was handed both drinks but they look different. One was significantly darker than the other it just looked like the cold foam sunk into it while the other looked like it had cream, so i just ask hey does this one have cream in it too? and the lady said "nope you gotta ask for it." in the most rude voice. and it caught me so off guard because i asked a simple question that it took me a minute to respond. but the funny thing is i did ask for cream and the girl behind her is saying she did put cream in it so it just seems like the are both confused. but i didn't feel like arguing with these women so i just left. And that leads to today i went with my sister to and ordered two hot peppermint mochas, as advertised on the board at the ordering window, it's a hot latte. we get our drinks and look at the sticker and it says a hot coffee with 1 peppermint mocha swirl and so i say to the girl working the window that we ordered a peppermint mocha not a hot coffee with peppermint mocha in it, and she's like speechless didn't know how to help me which i don't blame her because it seems like the people she's working under aren't much help either. so my sister goes inside and says hey i'm sorry but it was supposed to be the peppermint mocha latte that's on the board and the manager or whatever she is started raising her voice at her saying that she ordered it wrong when what's written on the sticker we never said, so they're remaking it and while doing so this woman is yelling behind the counter in front of all these people almost to humiliate her saying "the customer ordered this wrong so now we have to remake it". i just have never seen anybody be so miserable, rude , and unprofessional for something that is a simple fix. and wouldn't have been a problem in the first place if they knew how to make the drinks they advertise. it's free to be kind to people when they are kind and patient with you. You really never know what people have going on. I understand the struggles of the service industry but honestly if this job makes you that miserable and you don't like working with the public, everywhere is hiring, Im thinking that this job isn't the best for you. read more

Purchased a kid scoop and adult scoop. Same size two complete different prices. NEVER getting ice cream from here again. been to different bask in robins and you could tell the different in scoop sizes (with the price difference)....was getting change to pay and the girl stood there with an attitude cuz she has to wait. read more

First, the employees are always very nice and friendly. That being said, 7 times out of 10 my husband and I will order a dark roast coffee and we will receive regular. The only reason we come to DD is for the dark roast. I'm not sure what is going on here, perhaps there is a labeling issue or a miscommunication somewhere... But PLEASE START SERVING DARK ROAST WHEN WE ORDER DARK ROAST! We frequent DD like 8-10 times a week and have to specifically ask if dark roast is brewed, and could we please get dark roast not the regular. GRR. read more

Every time I come here, workers can't get a simple bagel and coffee order right. NEVER. Plus the workers ignore you at the counter.

I was very disappointed with the order taker in the drive though named kaitlyn. the order taker Kaitlyn grew very agitated after she had to repeat two to three times what products they had available due to the fact that I could not hear them very well through the speaker at the menu . it's very unprofessional for a sales representative to become noticeably irritated with the customer and customer should never be able to tell when the sales representative is disgruntled. However the food was good and even though I was hesitant to continue my order for fear of extra additives the annoyed employee might add to the food I continued my order and there was No special additives that I could tell. read more

Walked in to get ice cream tonight. Was kind of indecisive on ice cream flavors and the employee helping us was friendly. However, the manager, I suppose had to get something from her car and exclaimed "cover the window, they don't know what they want anyways." Very rudely. Honestly not sure where to start. Extremely rude employees never fails I wait between 10 to 15 minutes for my coffee and i recently stopped going to the havelock location simply because the ONE employee that was actually nice had been absent for over a week and I could only assume she had left. She was the only reason this place was actually tolerable. I always order an americano which is espresso over water and it never fails I receive a macchiato and I have a lactose allergy. How do you work at a coffee shop and not know the difference between the coffees and it's one thing if I receive the completely wrong coffee once but everyday? Seriously? And then if I request to get the coffee I paid for instead of what is handed to me I get cut off and told you can't fix it and to come back the following day and the manager will "figure it out" just fix the drink? I've been let down a multitude of times at this location and they honestly really are struggling and I've been waiting for them to close down for years. I'm officially done and over with the Havelock Dunkin' Donuts and have since gladly driven the extra distance to go to ANY other Dunkin location while on route. I have years of management experience and know a management problem when I see one. It's extremely evident the only way this place will get better is with better management. The employees aren't unhappy for no reason and the drinks aren't being given out wrong for no reason not to mention the extremely long wait times and poor sanitation it all goes back to poor management and the havelock Dunkin' Donuts will continue to disappoint it's customers until it is fixed. This place has the slowest drive thru in the world. It is typical to spend 20 minutes here waiting from 7:30 until 7:50 in the morning just to get the food that you ordered in the drive thru. I don't know what is wrong with the management that they are not hiring on enough people to expedite this process but I will not continue to go here if it does not improve read more
