I was verbally assaulted at the window and wasn't allowed to get my food until there point was made. This employee had known me. They pushed the cashier over just to scream and cuss at me. This went on for about 3-4 minutes or so. I sat there waiting patiently for my receipt and change but the cashier was behind the employee. we stated that we simply would just like our food. We stopped at the window to order a strawberry milkshake and another ice cream. My husband asked for the round top designed to be filled with whipped cream to be filled. He was asked if we wanted an extra serving of whipped cream and he said NO. The next window opened and a girl handed him the strawberry milkshake. He asked why there was basically no whipped cream there. Just a tiny flower. She did not answer. Then i asked her to add a little more, she said she could not. Yet she charged us $3.49 and the cup said SMALL! That place sucks. As we drove off i checked the receipt and that place had had the nerve to charge us for an extra serving of whipped cream! Crooks! It's very frustrating when you use a deal on the app but end up not being able to because of this problem. It's a McDonald's. The most reliable one around. Better than the one on Miller. Foods always good, even at 4 am. Customer service is good 8/10 times. Passed through this morning and the drive thru guy asked me to taste my orange juice as he had a customer complaint and offered me a free latte or frappe if I wasn't satisfies. I have been to this McDonald's several times, and it seems that every time you go, the order never comes out right. The last time I went I sat in one of the drive through lanes and waited more than four minutes while the other lane kept moving along. I left but also once again called to talk to the manager. He defended the person at the window telling me they must have been busy. Between the visits with incorrect or incomplete orders to not even be acknowledged at a drive through was the straw for me. They need some help. My family went through the drive thru earlier today. No napkins. No straws. No sauce for chicken nuggets. No sense of urgency from anyone working there. I know that the building has been renovated recently, so I'm assuming the inside is probably nice, but if they don't do something management wise- eventually people won't stop in. This is a poorly-ran McDonald's. The management team, at least a vast majority, is unqualified for their tasks and duties. Constant rudeness, always believing they are right when the common courtesy is "the customer is always right," but they refuse that slogan. The food is hardly ever fresh and mostly always undercooked. I've seen employees drop food and check to see if us customers were looking, then put it back on the table and send it to the baggers. I've came in sometimes just to simply order a drink and it took just about 13 minutes(and counting) to hand me a cup. Which is ridiculous since the cups are right by the waiting line. The store is constantly filled with mess and trash that they ignore to clean up which only leaves us in disgust when we eat. The drive thru takes forever-and-a-day to hand us our food. Would definitely recommend the drive to the McDonald's across town. read more

The management here was very rude and disrespectful. No napkins, no straws, and they forgot one of our medium fries. We go to the gas station beside of it and get straws, because they didn't give us any, so we get there and we don't have our fries. So we pull back in line and tell them that we want our fries that we paid for and they say that they want our receipt and we just previously threw it away at the gas station and the manager says that she bagged it her self and knows that she put the straws the napkins and the fries in the bag so she pretty much called us a liar and was being very rude.
