Last time! I have tried and tried to give them a chance. Placed my order on the app. It told me to wait till I was closer, which I did. So I pull up and the car in front of me was taking forever. I pull up, they ask me to wait. Pouring down rain. Can't roll the window because then I can't hear them. I tell her I have a mobile order and she says pull up. Again, car in front of me. I finally pull up and she hands me my order but no donuts. I told her I had donuts and she said oh. So another worker comes over and tells me she only has 7 of my 12. I told her to refund the difference. I got 3 dollars back missing 5 donuts. I drive the 30 minutes home and find out they didn't make my sandwich's correct. I asked for sausage and got bacon. Nasty undercooked bacon. The bread was so hard that my husband and I couldn't eat it. The crust was like croutons. This wasn't even late in the day for them to be out of donuts. it's Covid times they're doing what they can. what I can't say is they definitely have a new manager who is really turning this place around the reviews are getting stronger not on Yelp not many people seem to Yelp around here but on Google also a lot better trained employees are actually doing their job not just working for the check. This one south of Kansas City locatdd in the Sapp Brothers truck stop, this Dunkin Donuts is located inside there. it's franchised separately Sapp employees do not run this one. but it's a decent one and it's getting a whole lot better to almost where it's going to become good from what I can see. I've had a few last year disappointing visits the coffee's always been good; but the service kind of sucked. apparently talking to one of the assistant managers those employees have been shown the door and told not to let it hit them where the good Lord split them lol. they had closed for a while during covid but reopened. I came in my belly was looking forward to a nice toasted buttered hot cinnamon raisin bagel and I got it along with a cup of joe my usual three cream three Splenda medium sized perfect. the employees were very cordial there were quite a few people working doing a really good job very good attitudes from what I saw we had a few laughs about one girl can't wait to all the Christmas stuff comes for Dunkin Donuts and she can't wait to buy all the merch LOL. I told her I've been a double d fan forever and I have ornaments at home that hang on the tree and also a t-shirt that says friends don't let friends drink Starbucks HA! coffee was nice and fresh the store was very little area that they have franchised out in the kitchen area was very clean. however during Corona times and also due to some really lousy employees no longer here their hours are limited only to 5:00 a.m. to 3:00pm 7 days a week with the anticipation of it changing in December of 2020. the one gal said they are definitely have more employees in the process of being trained. the new manager Keith is doing an outstanding job of turning this around you still can't dine in here contrary to what the Yelp thing says I tried to change it they removed the tables. but all in all this franchised leasing out here in the Sapp Brothers are fantastic job done by all keep up the good work. read more

I have only been to this location twice the first time I ordered a bagel bacon, egg, and cheese. The bagel was well done I just thought maybe it's the bagel so this time I went in and ordered a croissant sausage, egg and cheese it was well burn on the inside. The staff is friendly and my order was prepared quickly. This is a busy location and the team does well to serve customers.

Cashier was very rude and disrespectful. Barely had any products. They gave us the wrong drink. Very sad.

I am currently sitting in the drive thru and have been the only vehicle here for the past 20 minutes. The cashier refuses to wait on me, she has told me to wait a minute. After 15 minutes with no communication. I drove up to the windshield and honked my horn, she continued to ignore me! This is the worst customer service ever! read more

This location Is very slow with service. Waited 23 minutes for 1 coffee and 4 donuts. And been here a few times with the same results of slow service. Will get my donut fix else where in the future. read more

My donut holes were super dry and my aunts Bavarian cream donuts didn't have any cream in them, bacon snacks were super limp

This was probably my favorite DunkinDonut. Getting free donuts with the purchase of gas is pretty nice. Now you get a free coffee with every purchase of gas. Still pretty nice but not as good as a donut. I was only buying gas from that gas station for the free donut after work to brighten my day. Now I have to somewhere else :( read more
