I think we encountered the most air-headed girl working in the drive thru. She clearly was goofing off with the driver in front of us, didn't care that we waited a while just so she could chit-chat with her friend (going through a textbook together). She was also touching all over her face with her gloves on. When we were finally able to pull up to the window when she was done wasting our time, she gave us the wrong price. My husband asked why she told us it was $6+ for a dunkalatte at the speaker but around $3 at the window. Then she goes "sorry idk didn't know it was so expensive". Like, what?? I don't know what happened, I frequent this Dunkin regularly but I feel like I can no longer do that. Consistently, about 70% of the time, the drinks are terrible tasting. Like very burnt coffee. I even drive to another one on my way to work to get a new one it's so bad. This place has seriously gone down hill. read more

Whatever this Dunkin used to be years ago, it is no longer the same. Taylor and her morning crew are well organized, show excellent customer service, and are always polite and courteous (even when customers are not). Quick service in the morning is what most customers want and that's what they get. If you are on your way south out of Hanover, stop by. Even after the new WaWa opens, this Dunkin will still be a consistent and great place to go and I suggest doing so. read more

This was not a particularly good visit. The line for the drive-thru was all the way back to the street, so I went inside to place my order. I waited quite a while - 4 or 5 minutes - for someone to come up and take my order. I tried to use the kiosk that was next to the cash register but it wasn't operational. When someone did come to the register I immediately got the impression that they hadn't had a good night - not in a particularly good mood. Took my order - 2 coffee rolls, 4 glazed donuts, a large coffee. I picked up the order and left immediately for home. I opened the bag to find that I'd only gotten two of the four donuts. The register receipt showed 4. This kind of inattention to detail is not very indicative of a business that cares - I'll be taking my breakfast needs elsewhere from now on. read more

Just went through the drive thru. Sat at the window for 10 minutes while 4 people played around inside. Took my money and then 5 min later came back and asked what I got. She then proceeded to have another 2 minute discussion before making my iced coffee. What should have taken 30 seconds to a minute took over 10 minutes. Hire people who actually work! I decided to try one of their newest item, the avocado toast. Of course this is not fresh avocado but the taste was OK . It seemed to have an overkill of citrus flavor. If I could give 0 stars I would. Time and time again I come to this location and get screwed over. When you are paying $5 a coffee everyday you expect your coffee to be EXACTLY how you ordered it. Every time I ask for less ice I get a cup full of ice and the coffee is not filled to the top! In the picture attached the arrow shows the top of the cup, not the lid. The coffee is about 1-2 inches from the top. I understand you need to leave room for cold foam but that's the point of the new raised lids. Not to short customers on coffee. This happens EVERY TIME. If I could give 0 stars I would. You would think that if you are selling donuts, you would understand the donuts sold. The employee didn't know the difference between 3 donuts and was telling us that they were the same donuts. They aren't, as we order these donuts back home all the time. Since this store only offers drive-thru right now, we were unable to show her the difference and which donut was which. 2 powdered and one has chocolate icing and she wouldn't believe that they were different donuts. Very friendly staff. Experienced a very poor understanding of how to use DD Perks Rewards program. I normally do not have a good experience here and prefer the equally overpriced Starbucks right down the street from this Dunkin' Donuts location. I strongly recommend you use the Dunkin' Donuts mobile app if you feel so inclined to go to this location, this way there is a decreased chance of a coupon failure or error with the order itself. We stopped at Dunkin' Donuts for drinks and bagel sandwiches. 2 of the 3 sandwiches were incorrect. I took them back into the store. I waited a few minutes for new ones, no problem. Sometimes mistakes happen. I get back out to the car and check them. They must have given me someone else's order because it wasn't even close. I again took them into the store. At this time I am pretty mad. The young man at the counter took the bag back to person in charge AGAIN. The person said loud enough for everyone in the store to hear "she will just have to wait. Ordered a frozen chocolate with no whipped cream. They gave me whipped cream on my drink but the line in the drive thru was too long at that point that I just chalked it up to multiple orders and a momentary lapse in ability to read an order screen. Came here one night for dessert.. just ordered donut fries... simply enough right? WRONG. They were just plain fried dough. We turned around and went back and the justification was ohh she didn't know that you were suppose to put the cinnamon on before you bake them. Since the move. Service is awful. Food awful. Coffee awful. Dirty smells staff in kept rude wont wait on you till you say can you take my order. Dont do drive thru. I was having a craving for glazed went to drive thru they said they were out. We drove off my said can we go back and go in and see what they got. We went back went inside and to my shock there was glazed donuts. When I questioned the rep she asked the drive thru girl she came up and then smiled and walked away no explanation. We left. While I generally love Dunkin' the on closest to my home (PC # 356122) seems to be getting worse. By worse I'm speaking of service and taste. Yesterday while picking up a macchiato and donuts for my son I was told that "they" have new decaf coffee that why the take was different. It was horrible. Today I went to get another just to give it another try. I was given a cup with a flat lid, the flap doesn't stay open and the integrity of the lib was unsatisfactory, not staying on the cup. I asked the cashier (Drive One 0)about the lib and she asked if I wanted another but with the usual lib. While she and another young labs were offering we options a young man in the background rudely interjected stating " they are the new kids and they are going to have to just get use to it" While I'm understanding of change I am very dissatisfied with the poor customer service this young man whom I believe was the manger demonstrated. Being in the customer service field I understand how challenging change management can be with customers however there have been several occasions this young man has demonstrated his inability to manage stress, employees or customers. Visited through the drive up window today. Ordered two Boston Cream donuts, two chocolate covered cream filled donuts and one everything bagel with cream cheese. We got four of the same custard filled donuts and the bagel was smashed, burnt and one teaspoon of cream cheese spread on it. Disappointing indeed!!!!! read more

I live close by this location off Baltimore street .I always stopped and get a dozen donuts and ask for a bag so I don't drop them on the ground since I am in a wheelchair and I always get the old nasty manager and she says we are out .Well today was the last straw I went by to get a dozen donuts asked what type of chocolate donuts did they have got a cold answer of we have one with sprinkles on it .I said let me just get a coffee.When I pulled up to the window I asked the nasty manager if I could just see the donut since the ladies at work are very picky on their chocolate she just stood there and said it has sprinkles on top I again said could I just see it she walked away from window and a young girl came up very nice and showed me the donut .
