This is a nice location as mentioned before and this is my wife's go to Starbucks as well. Service is always friendly and helpful kind and considerate if you have any questions that is. No complaints whatsoever at times they do get very busy and you do gotta wait in the drive-through lane, but there's other times that you can breeze right through. I absolutely love this Starbucks and all of the employees that work at this Starbucks. I am there every day and either get my regular iced coffee or lately. I've been getting my iced coffee with sugar, cookie protein, cold foam, which is absolutely delicious. As I said, all of the employees are so accommodating and friendly, I've gotten to know quite a few of them. When I do go inside, it's always very clean and very inviting and so relaxed. I always get the brown sugar hand shaken espresso with 2 extra shots of espresso and caramel lining the cup, with extra caramel crunch topping. The employees used to not get it correct but they've been ON FIRE the last three weeks and I go weekly. They've been doing a phenomenal job and I just had to make sure they knew how great they were :) yesterday I went for my birthday and they did another amazing job! You usually have to wait a while in line but they're usually very fast. The entire experience is an enjoyable one and they're always very calming and courteous when I'm frantic. read more

We ordered mocha cookie crumbles and were told they were out of whipped cream and Java chips, which we were ok with, but received icy flavorless drinks that were not even blended. Couldn't even drink them. Service lacking and gave us no receipt. Not the first time we weren't happy here. Never going back. on 12 Februrary 2023, I found a red plastic cap, similar to a milk bottl;e cap, in my Java Chip. It was broken into pieces apparently by the blender. Not sure if I swallowed some of the smaller pieces before I found the (almost) entire rest of the cap. Tried calling but the number given has not worked for several attempts. read more

Really beautiful store. Had gone in with a friend and ordered a few things. We asked for a simple blonde roast. After about ten minutes of waiting one of the baristas said that the urn was moved off the heating pad and offered to make a new batch or do a pour over. We decided to do a pour over, as it should've only taken 5 minutes to make. In total it took them 30 minutes for a single cup of coffee. They made it up with a "this ones on us" card. read more

Unfortunately this location will never be up to Sbux standards because the SM is mentally degrading to her partners and doesn't support any of them. The baristas here are overworked and understaffed because management doesn't care about how the shifts go, as long as the tasks are done "their way", even if it upsets the customer. Stay out of Hanover for any Starbucks need, you're better off driving the extra 20 minutes to either York or Gettysburg to get your caffeine fix. read more
