When I pulled up to pick it up 2 minutes later, the rude barista said to me over the intercom 'you need to give us more time to make your coffee' ... I next waited behind 3 cars a total of 8 minutes before I actually got my coffee. Well over the time frame my coffee was supposed to be ready. In addition, what is the difference if I simply drove up through the drive through and ordered it right then and there, and not ahead of time through my app? I know the manager Baez would be disappointed at this lack of customer service. To make matters worse, the barista basically threw the coffee at me, didn't look at me, or greet me. I said thank you and she literally gave me a dirty look. I frequent this starbucks all of the time and I am extremely disappointed. Looking at other online reviews, others share the same sentiment.

It did have a lot of whipped cream so I loved that to the side. It was served with syrup but I didn't use any. The flavor of the croissant with the strawberries was enough for me. I barely dipped it in the chocolate. It was delectable! I've also had their Irish Benny on another trip which was amazing and the pumpkin pancakes. There is NO other breakfast place where I cannot make a decision because there are so many delicious items to choose from. And, I know that anything I choose is going to be utterly amazing. Their portions are big and their prices are very fair for what your get. I felt like I had a whole pint of strawberries on my croissant. My husband had the meat lovers omelet with oatmeal. He said everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. This is a typical breakfast place. It's not fancy but friendly and clean. And everyone seems happy! Right now they're trying to be all the things and doing them all badly. The hours are also so infuriating, why would you not be open early or on Sundays? I live down the street but most times when I get an inkling to go here it's closed. Sometimes the vibes are super weird too.
