I put in a mobile order today and went through the drive thru. They handed me a coffee and said have a good day. I told them I ordered more than that and they asked me to pull around. After I parked they brought out my sandwich but forgot to bring the rest. So I just ended up leaving. read more

Management left these poor young girls to fend for themselves to run the store while the manager ran out during a rush. Food/coffee was not good and it was absolutely not these girls faults as they were nearly in tears trying to help everybody while being overwhelmed. Management needs to do better for these girls we felt so bad for them. read more

I've had the friendliest encounters at this specific location many times, and also a few crazy experiences. Not consistent. Most of the worker are extremely friendly, upbeat and helpful. A trend all year and Dunkin' locations across the country is inconsistency. You can have a frozen coffee made perfectly at one location, then the next three completely mess it up. Or something doesn't work (no way or anyone in the entire store at true location could scan the app for days, then good luck getting corporate customer service to actually respond. Frozen coffee here are the best, and the sandwiches are really good when they have all the ingredients. They also tend to bring a few interesting new Irene in seasonally. Come here often read more

The last 2 visits I had there have been awful. Drive through line was long, so I went inside. The gentleman behind the counter did not help us right away as he was talking to another worker. When he did, he was not personable and we felt like we were an inconvenience for him. We ordered 2 drinks, and 2 sandwiches. We waited about 10 mins for the food, and then another 10 for our drinks. Again, was not a friendly experience. The next visit to the drive through, the woman came on and said "hold on". We waited, and when she came back, the way she got our attention to let us know she was ready was "what you want". Worker at window when it came to payment was also not personable and again seemed annoyed we were ordering. I love Dunkin, but this location needs to change. Almost want to make the extra drive to the De Pere location for better experience. I hope things turn around. read more

The sandwich was great but feel like I paid for quite a bit of air for my drinks. The two large teas ($3.19 each) had a significant portion of air in the top as I request no ice specificially so I get tea. They told me ice was part of the recipe so they don't fill them up...I guess I'll try another Dunkin and see if the answer is the same and may just go elsewhere. read more

I've worked at a Dunkin before and the customer service at this location absolutely sucks! I've been coming to this location because I drop off my SO at work and it's normally the only thing open at 5am. So this isn't the first time I've felt with a crabby behaviour pattern from these employees. I always used the app to minimise talking to these employees but the app wasn't putting my order through so it charged my card twice. Probably will take the extra time to go elsewhere. If I could give a 0-star rating I would. I have been coming to this particular Dunkin' since it first opened and in the last 3-4 months the service has gone from being very friendly and competent to very rude and seemingly unable to properly fill an order from the app. Last week when I stopped and my order was missing items I had to go through the drive-thru a second time to get the rest of my order. When I got to the window the person tried to charge me for the order that was behind me. When I said that I had the order that was screwed up I was informed that my order wasn't screwed up (even though it was missing items). When I said that it was screwed up the manager came over and argued with me about it. When I told him that they needed to learn to count he proceeded to tell me to "Take my business elsewhere." Because I still have money on the Dunkin' app I went back today and again they were unable to correctly fill my order. When I asked if all of my order was in the bag I was told: "Yes it is." However, I could tell by the amount of food in the bag that it was not all there without even opening the bag. When I said that it wasn't all there the guy at the drive-thru tried to tell me that it was all there. He took the receipt from me and went and talked to the person making the food who insisted that it was all in the bag. read more

I have never written a negative review about any business but the service at this location is so horrible that I have to comment. The employees at this particular store have long been dismissive of customers, but recently they've become outright hostile if you ask them the simplest of questions. Maybe there's something terribly wrong with the management team but the front-line employees appear miserable and take it out on the customers. Our family's last experience at this location was so bad that we've finally stopped going to Dunkin stores everywhere. I go to Dunkin' often, but never had I had my coffee THROWN at me. It was a man working in the window, I know two people that work at this establishment and it makes visiting better, but I can guarantee if I see that man working again, I will ask to be served by someone else. He was rude, once he saw my coffee spilled all over my car he didn't apologize (I work in a restaurant, if there's any spillage I will apologize and help clean the mess. IT'S MY JOB!) and offered napkins after it had soaked into my polyester seats for me to snap back and he had to ask again after YELLING at him the first time. I got my avocado toast and zoomed away because I was in such frustration as I was already running late. And I've been to Dunkin' enough to know that you get the straw WITH the drink, and I didn't get one. In conclusion, a coffee was thrown at me after I was just trying to pay for it, wasn't offered a new one, and didn't get a straw to drink the remainder of my spilled coffee. I will continue to go to Dunkin' because I love it so much, but I will NOT be served by that man again and if I do, I will leave :( I expect to see his ass FIRED. read more

I decided to try them out . Their cashiers were rude . There breakfast sandwiches were ordinary with no flavor. Their oj was okay but a little silly that that little juice bottle was almost 2 dollars. I also had one donut and it was cold and old almost like it was brought out of a fridge. read more

I've been going to this dunkin since they've opened up. I've worked in customer service for almost 20 years so I understand a lot!!!! Today, however, was the WORST experience ever...it took 20 minutes in line to get to order then when I got to the window the guy explained to me that my drink has been made against corporate laws for the past year and I won't be allowed sweet foam on my iced coffee anymore...I asked for mocha drizzle and he said he would this time and gave me caramel...I had 3drinks and received zero straws...he made it known along with the counter girl that a lot of the employees (started to mention names) were let go for things like adding sweet foam to a drink it's not meant for‍ the service was so bad I don't think I'll ever go back I liked the service from the older crew members (not even related to the drinks) they were always polite and fast...today corporate was rude to me and reminded me they are training so I won't be getting my drinks made how I asked because it goes against the training I wasn't sure if he was just mad cause it was busy or just mad because he had to come to work to train someone today....it's just sweet foam...not like I requested something magical! key to the review *sometimes "out with the old in with the new"isn't the best for your business read more

Twice now I have purchased donuts here. On both occasions the donuts were old and dry. The second time I asked when they were made and she said the night before. I am assuming they make them and then they sit on the shelves overnight and dry out. Yuck! Amazing coffee and food, BUT, cashiers are rude half of the time. Didn't let us finish ordering and cut us off with our total twice. Then didn't give us our actual total. When we pulled up to the window the cashier dropped half of our change out of the window onto the ground and didn't even acknowledge it. Will be avoiding this location from now on. read more
