I ordered a breakfast sandwich and there was a hair in it. Disgusting! I called their corporate and was told there was nothing they could do to help and that I would have to speak with the franchise owner and they would put me in contact with them. We'll see if I actually hear anything back from them. I seriously doubt it. I tried to call the store I bought the sandwich from and naturally "all circuits are busy" no matter how many times I try to call. Convenient. Seems no one wants to take responsibility for some rather disgusting food preparation habits. read more

Worst donut experience ever, completely lacking customer service. I was handed a bag with a very dry iced chocolate cake donut and something resembling a cinnamon roll without cinnamon. I ordered a chocolate glazed raised donut and an apple fritter. I explained that it was the wrong item and the woman pointed at the sign at the donut case. Two more employees joined her and they chatted while I stood at the counter waiting to try to get something edible. This was my first and last visit to a Dunkin Donut. read more

I love this Dunkin and stop at least three times on my way to work. The drive thru is always backed up so i try to do online orders and run in to pick up from the table which saves me at least 10 minutes of waiting. Well around Christmas i noticed on the app that it said this location was closed. i called the store and they said their manager put that on there because they were short handed earlier & they don't know how to change it back. well it stayed that way for over a week! i couldn't order ahead. So I decided to go to the brand new Starbucks, less than a mile away from this location. Apparently, everyone else was doing the same thing because It was so jampacked with cars in the parking lot and drive-thru. They are really going to hurt their business. If they don't step things up, I agree it's never the same people working inside except for one cranky older lady. They have a terrible turnover of employees. Sure hope they get their act together, because I do prefer Dunkin over Starbucks read more

I am consistently disappointed with this dunkin. They never get my drinks right. And the people working there act like your an inconvenience for them. How is the Ashtabula dunkin better than Geneva?? Poor management, everyone works on running the window, no one works the counter. I'm a veteran and on veterans day I could not even buy a doughnut because no one would waite on me. Bottom line... this place is a shit hole. I used to visit this location regularly years ago when it first opened but honestly avoid it nowadays. It's a guaranteed disappointment/instant regret any time I do. Between their rude, brainless employees who can't make an order correctly to save their lives, beyond stale food, and the fact that they are consistently "out of" whatever you attempt to order, how they manage to stay in business is mind-boggling. You can actually walk about 100 feet down the sidewalk and into the Circle K that is attached to it and get better coffee, ice cream, and service. read more

Just went threw the drive thru. She handed me my hot coffee and the lid wasnt on and poured all over my leg and center counsel. It was very hot. I put it back on the drive threw window and the girl just stared at me with a dumb look and said what you want me to do. I said make me a new one with the lid on. Thankfully a older woman finally handed me some napkins. This place is a joke. Barely ever get your order right. The teenager turnover is rediculas. White some more mature people. I stop at this Dunkin' on my commute from Cleveland to Buffalo. It's a few min off the highway but so worth it. It's a very clean store and the employees are friendly overall. One girl in particular is just a doll and always so pleasant (I will get her name next time). Everything from here always tastes fresh and delicious. Lovely location!!!! We come here a lot on the way to the bird preserve and hunt club and they always get everything spot on perfect! Super fresh munchkins for the kiddos and our iced mocha coffees with 3 and 3 - easy I known it so many times it goes badly. Always friendly too! read more

Employees are not wearing face masks properly or at all. Of the 6 employees I saw - only 1 was wearing a mask covering both her nose and mouth. The rest wore them under their nose or around their necks. Wearing a face mask below the nose renders it completely useless and is a violation of the state mask mandate. When I asked the woman making my coffee to pull up her face mask she refused and said she didn't have to. They obviously have no training and don't follow their corporate rules. If they can't even follow such a simple procedure - then what other safe food handling practices are they violating? For some odd reason, this Dunkin' Donuts makes 'the' best coffee --even compared to other franchises. I can go to any DD's (doesn't matter which state), and no one makes coffee like this place. read more

They have the most inconsistent coffee around. I have been going to this store on and off for several years and never the same. One time you get a perfect Iced coffee and the next it taste so bad you cannot even drink it like this morning. Luckily I was in Madison before I took my first drink because it would have come back through the window. Service is very slow and do not have consistent standards. Service lacks leadership and direction and some days nothing but a bunch of kids talking and laughing and you sit in the drive through for 10 minutes and sometimes longer. They do have good service when the adult that works from 6 am to 2 ish. She keeps them in line and keeps the line moving. She is awesome and they need more people like her to run this business. read more

I stopped in for a few donuts for my coworkers around 6:30 pm. The cashier was counting money and then promptly attempted to take my order. I asked her if she would be getting my donuts and she said right here what can I get you? I asked again if she would be getting my donuts, she said right here what can I get you? I asked her if she would wash her hands since she was just handling money. She walked away and sent another cashier to take my order. I stated to her I hope she had washed her hands before touching my donuts. She smiled but did not answer. I have never been treated like this, in fact why don't they were gloves to handled these unwrapped donuts? I asked if they had hand sanitizer at the register, the cashier stated usually they do but they must have ran out. I don't if that is true since everything on the counter was sticky with left over spots of food spilled form previous customers. The door handles going out of the building were sticky also. I wont return, in this fear of COVID 19 why do the service industry respond like it would be too much to follow rules? I think a call to the Health Dept is in order, maybe then the staff will get the hint! read more

I have been going to this location off and on for about two years I haven't been in awhile until today and it was horrible slow service I purchased a vanilla iced coffee and all I was able to taste was the vanilla syrup I chocked down a big sip to make room for more coffee I asked for more in the cup and it was still pretty awful service and coffee isn't what it used to be there read more

This is by far the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been too. They are very rude and inconsistent with their coffee.

Now I love Dunkin' Donuts coffee & products however this is the WORST location I have ever been to. For some reason I keep giving them another chance and they continue to disappoint me. TWICE this week, including this morning I have placed a drive thru order for 3 items. ALL THREE items were wrong each time. I specifically say NO SUGAR in my coffee. That's it. Simple. Black coffee NO sugar. What do they do? Apparently this translates in Geneva to "Please Add extra sugar". Also, if you order a breakfast sandwich, it is apparently just a "breakfast sandwich grab bag" that they will give you any sandwich they have laying around instead of the one you asked for. I think the problem is all the young little high school girls that are more concerned with their hair then their job. This morning there was a girl standing at the drive through window for 20 minutes counting nickles but was unable to do anything at the drive through window. Cars were backed up and she just stood there not saying a word to anyone. They had to pull away someone from the counter to hand the customers their food because she was just too enthralled with all of her nickles to provide any customer service what-so-ever.
