I have not always had issues when coming to this Dunkin. However, recently the drive thru was broken so I was forced to come in. Granted they were busy, but it took at least 20 minutes to get my drink. The drink was not even made correctly as they lost the paper and had to ask me what I even ordered. I was unable to correct them as they were all running around behind the counter with the numerous orders they still had to make. They also had one person working on food and I overheard he was new. My food tasted good, so props to him for managing all of the food all by himself. I will say the manager was very kind and aware of the issues occurring, and did apologize to me and many others multiple times for the wait. Overall I think the store just needs better communication between customers and each other. read more

Today the person handing me my food was visibly streaming fluids from her nose, coughing, wiping it with her bare hands. No mask; obviously very sick. She could not figure out what my order was and I had to tell HER!!! No telling how many folks she has infected!!! Last time I'm going to this location. My daughter ordered donuts for her donut loving daughter's third birthday party. She made sure to place the order several days before the party to make sure they had enough and let her daughter pick out her favorites ...sprinkles and powdered sugar donuts holes. The nice lady she placed the order with told her to pick them up before 1:00 today 10-16-2022. When her husband arrived to pick up the dessert for my granddaughter's party he was told they couldn't find the order and only had jelly donut holes. He left and visited several places to try to find sprinkle donuts and powdered sugar donut holes. Of course being past breakfast he couldn't find any. Ok, after a few less than stellar visits here in late 2019 I am glad to say that service has improved here. This was written at the end of March 2020 (the Covid-19 era) so service is via drive thru only. Even with a line of cars 4-5 deep things went smoothly and I got my iced latte with no mistakes and with a smile. Thanks for the turnaround in service. I am happy! read more

Terrible service from the workers. I asked the lady taking my order for a Carmel coffee and she asked me 3x pumpkin coffee and I said no caramel and proceeded to say sounds good $7..: at the window but I get the drink and she still put pumpkin in it. The nice guy said he'd fix it but didn't and proceeded to "fix it" but yet hand me the exact cup. One star only because Yelp requires at least one. 3 strikes and you are out. It took 3 bad experiences to finally post a review. The two prior I excused as "being busy" and "lack of inventory" but the fiasco this morning can only be attributed to complete incompetence. We had to send our order back TWICE and they STILL didn't get it right (and missing items), and admitted it - but by that point we had already sat at the window for 30 minutes and had to go. The Karen behind us was honking so much that the manager came out to tell her to cool it. But, in her defense, it took them 30 minutes to get our incorrect order to us. This was our last trip to Dunkin. McDonalds is 100 feet from Dunkin so do yourself a favor and just go there. Avoid this Dunkin at all costs. read more

DONT GO TO THIS STORE!!! Currently in my car crying. Every time I've gone in and waited 30 minutes. I am a small petite woman and they tell me "we will be with you in a sec" "just one minute" and time continues to pass, they didn't address me until a tall man came in and got mad for waiting 5 minutes. This is quite literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. All of the workers are lazy and always tell me that they can't take my order at the drive thru because there are too many people inside. I would believe that if there actually was too many people inside, but everytime I pull around there is hardly anyone in there. The only reason I ever go to this one is because it's the the only one that is close to me. The coffee is nasty and everytime I ask them to remake it, I get an attitude. One star only for their yummy coffee. My husband and I come here most weekends. It's closer to us than Starbucks so DDs is where we go until today. I won't be coming back as I'm sick of them getting our order wrong more often than not. The manager there ( female, name beginning with an M) yelled at me after making my order wrong and continually yelled at me saying she didn't make my order wrong when all I asked them to do was to make me another drink using oat milk instead of almond milk bc that's what I ordered. Then she refused to give me corporates number so I could call and complain. I had to contact the assistant manager who gave me the person over the manager who never called me back. If I could rate them a zero I would. They need to get a manger who won't tell a customer they are wrong and one that won't yell at customers. Great Donuts! Poor everything else. This store runs out of 40% of their menu by 10am every day and will not make more donuts or other product. They get upset if you order by phone and start pestering you to use the app because phone orders are an inconvenience but the app requires $10 deposits everytime...oh brother.
