It's pretty sad, that a donut place that is famous for donuts, has crappie donuts! Also sad, that the Publix that in the next shopping center has way better. My kids through those in the trash after one bite. And they are not picky, but they tasted dry and old. What's up with that? Service was fine, and used the drive thru. What happened, Dunkin' Donuts! read more

I'm a Dunkin fanatic! I went through the drive thru twice both at 5:30 am. Surprisedly the server was pleasant and efficient. My latte was spot on delicious! Shout out to Dunkins! read more

My order was wrong, how do you get that wrong when it was simple. 2 glazed donuts and one sprinkle donut. The donuts were stale and the selection was non existent. The 3 girls "working" were not too concerned with customer service or paying attention to what they were doing. Never again. read more

Macey made this drink... and I was extremely dissatisfied! This was supposed to be a matcha latte, but instead it was purely milk. The drink did not even resemble a green hue. I would not even think about handing this to a paying customer. Do better Dunkin. Do better Macey. read more

Service is bad donuts sure have got smaller but not price. Will not go to this location again waiting for it to close down. Has no business

miss amy gurl is a 10/10!!!! amazing customer service and her drinks are the best ive ever had. definitely recommend asking for her to do your drinks. read more

I have not always had issues when coming to this Dunkin. However, recently the drive thru was broken so I was forced to come in. Granted they were busy, but it took at least 20 minutes to get my drink. The drink was not even made correctly as they lost the paper and had to ask me what I even ordered. I was unable to correct them as they were all running around behind the counter with the numerous orders they still had to make. They also had one person working on food and I overheard he was new. My food tasted good, so props to him for managing all of the food all by himself. I will say the manager was very kind and aware of the issues occurring, and did apologize to me and many others multiple times for the wait. Overall I think the store just needs better communication between customers and each other. read more

Goodmorning! I hope you're having an awful morning because you have done nothing but ruin mine. Genuinely the most disrespectful manager of all time. There are free courses of anger management classes online that would be perfect for you! I order the exact same drink every time which is a strawberry daydream refresher with LIGHT oat milk. and then you tell me the cup isn't going to be full when i'm PAYING for a large cup. you BETTER fill my cup up. and you don't need to speak to me with such attitude. You have ruined every single persons view of Dunkin and every single worker there should be fired immediately. Starbucks is so much better and has the sweetest workers and that's why they make way more money than you guys. i am paying YOU, so you better treat your customers with nothing but respect. Every customer you have complains about you. Grow the hell up. read more

Today the person handing me my food was visibly streaming fluids from her nose, coughing, wiping it with her bare hands. No mask; obviously very sick. She could not figure out what my order was and I had to tell HER!!! No telling how many folks she has infected!!! Last time I'm going to this location. There are loads of bad reviews; some cite incredibly bad experiences. One even seemed to be borderline verbal assault from a manager. Dies anyone with the corporate owner pay attention to these consistent bad reviews???? I mean, letting someone that sick handle food???? And be in close communication with people????? Never again! This store is neglected. The upkeep is poor. The drive thru order board is in such disrepair it's hard to read. They never open on time. Today was past 8. read more

Horrible location! Placed a mobile order, left my home which took 10mins to get there, when I arrived order was not ready, only coffee. Five mins later croissant and hash browns were placed in bag and was told to have a good day. I ask what about the remaining part of my order? They had no clue since they didn't have the ticket apparently. Had to walk them tru my order and donuts The location needs customer service training and overall meal prep training read more

This is the worst DUNKIN. They get the order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's ridiculous

Their door signage says they open at 5:00 am on Saturdays. The website says 5:00 am on Saturdays. The app says 5:00 on Saturdays. I ordered online and arrive at 5:34 am on Saturday, September 24. They are not open, and the employees inside are signaling that they do not open until 6:00. This is an obvious failure, and I have no way to cancel my order. read more

Dunkin' - Store hours - Donuts Near Me - Gallatin, Tennessee

The service was very friendly and very efficient! The times I've visited this Dunkin', the staff has always been very welcoming. :)

Went there today at 2PM to find their doors locked. Yet there were at least 4 employees in the back. They were goofing around, riding the carts and throwing stuff at each other. Seriously management? This is the kind of service you want to provide? Don't give me the "short staffed" response either. This is a reflection of poor management and franchise ownership. Totally awful and unnecessary. read more

My daughter ordered donuts for her donut loving daughter's third birthday party. She made sure to place the order several days before the party to make sure they had enough and let her daughter pick out her favorites ...sprinkles and powdered sugar donuts holes. The nice lady she placed the order with told her to pick them up before 1:00 today 10-16-2022. When her husband arrived to pick up the dessert for my granddaughter's party he was told they couldn't find the order and only had jelly donut holes. He left and visited several places to try to find sprinkle donuts and powdered sugar donut holes. Of course being past breakfast he couldn't find any. We had a disappointed 3 year old who doesn't like cake which is what we ended up getting. read more

Horrible staff. I visited today 01.31 at 12:20 pm to pick up my order and they can't find it from their system. The associate told me 'if you'd like you can cancelled and get a refund' then she turned around to look at her phone. What's an amazing store!!! read more

Ok, after a few less than stellar visits here in late 2019 I am glad to say that service has improved here. This was written at the end of March 2020 (the Covid-19 era) so service is via drive thru only. Even with a line of cars 4-5 deep things went smoothly and I got my iced latte with no mistakes and with a smile. Thanks for the turnaround in service. I am happy! read more

Terrible service from the workers. I asked the lady taking my order for a Carmel coffee and she asked me 3x pumpkin coffee and I said no caramel and proceeded to say sounds good $7..: at the window but I get the drink and she still put pumpkin in it. The nice guy said he'd fix it but didn't and proceeded to "fix it" but yet hand me the exact cup. Like if you're gonna do that atleast take the sticker off the side to try and hide the fact you actually didn't do anything. read more

Complete disappointment. I ordered munchkins and they were crumbled/crushed and wrong flavors. My chicken croissant sandwich was still frozen and pink looking in the middle. They were out of several types of donuts. I have zero desire to return to this location. read more

One star only because Yelp requires at least one. 3 strikes and you are out. It took 3 bad experiences to finally post a review. The two prior I excused as "being busy" and "lack of inventory" but the fiasco this morning can only be attributed to complete incompetence. We had to send our order back TWICE and they STILL didn't get it right (and missing items), and admitted it - but by that point we had already sat at the window for 30 minutes and had to go. The Karen behind us was honking so much that the manager came out to tell her to cool it. But, in her defense, it took them 30 minutes to get our incorrect order to us. This was our last trip to Dunkin. McDonalds is 100 feet from Dunkin so do yourself a favor and just go there. Avoid this Dunkin at all costs. read more

I love dunkin donuts but this location is poorly managed. My order is always getting messed up and the employees do not know how to operate the app. read more

DONT GO TO THIS STORE!!! Currently in my car crying. Every time I've gone in and waited 30 minutes. I am a small petite woman and they tell me "we will be with you in a sec" "just one minute" and time continues to pass, they didn't address me until a tall man came in and got mad for waiting 5 minutes. Highly upset with this store. I also DoorDash and they've made me sit there and wait 25 minutes past the pick up time, absolutely ridiculous considering how many employees are there. read more

Absolutely the worst customer experience today. I was practically scolded for not placing my order at the speaker because the employee could not understand my order. read more

This is quite literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. All of the workers are lazy and always tell me that they can't take my order at the drive thru because there are too many people inside. I would believe that if there actually was too many people inside, but everytime I pull around there is hardly anyone in there. The only reason I ever go to this one is because it's the the only one that is close to me. The coffee is nasty and everytime I ask them to remake it, I get an attitude. Someone needs to work on these employees work ethic or just hire brand new staff. read more

One star only for their yummy coffee. My husband and I come here most weekends. It's closer to us than Starbucks so DDs is where we go until today. I won't be coming back as I'm sick of them getting our order wrong more often than not. I'm always given the wrong sandwich, well 90% of the time- (unfortunately not even an exaggeration) and my coffee order is wrong this morning which is highly irritating since I am already paying too much for a coffee. Sorry DDs, I really like the convenience of your location and your coffee and food is good, but I'm moving on. Edit June 16, 2017- After ordering the same drink, hot cappuccino with French vanilla and almond milk, for the last seven months, DDs has decided they have been charging me wrong. So instead of paying for a medium plus .50 for the almond milk they are trying to tell me I should have been paying an extra 2.50 for it on top of the price of the cappuccino!!! What?!? I was just starting to enjoy going there again and this happens! I'm done!! read more

The manager there ( female, name beginning with an M) yelled at me after making my order wrong and continually yelled at me saying she didn't make my order wrong when all I asked them to do was to make me another drink using oat milk instead of almond milk bc that's what I ordered. Then she refused to give me corporates number so I could call and complain. I had to contact the assistant manager who gave me the person over the manager who never called me back. If I could rate them a zero I would. They need to get a manger who won't tell a customer they are wrong and one that won't yell at customers. I've never had a manger of a place of business yell at me for asking to fix something. I will never go there again nor will any of my friends or colleagues after I told them what happened. read more

Great Donuts! Poor everything else. This store runs out of 40% of their menu by 10am every day and will not make more donuts or other product. They get upset if you order by phone and start pestering you to use the app because phone orders are an inconvenience but the app requires $10 deposits everytime...oh brother. Newest employees have the best attitude. The rest do not, I've had better service at all dunkins and even private mom and pop shops across the states vs this location. 2 stars because the products are good and the new employees are approachable... It sucks I have to drive a ways to go to another Dunkin for better service read more

This place seems poorly managed. When you get what you order, it is perfectly fine, but the wait for it can be a bit more than you bargain for. Might want to build in a little bit of extra time if you plan to stop by. The workers have been nice, but it seems like they aren't quite ready to handle things without more support. read more

Experience an unfortunate serious lack of customer service today, Wednesday, November 17, 2015. I walked into Dunkin Donuts at the Nashville Pike location around 1:45p and no one was in there. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come out because I was in need of 5 dozen donuts but no one ever came out. I called the number provided and no one picked up. I hate to say this but today's stop at Dunkin Donuts only taught me that I won't receive any service at this location so there is no point in stopping by again. read more

First of all, I waited in line for 20 mins to place my order. Ordered 8 donut holes and a bacon egg NO CHEESE croissant, yet again with another 15 mins for my food, got out to my car and realized that I was given a bacon cheese NO EGG croissant so I had to go back in for them to remake it after debating on them making the correct one or not the first time! Woth no apologies or anything I can say we will NEVER BE back to this one again! Even management was all cool and collective when everyone that was in the lobby had to wait just a much time as us, JUST TO ORDER! Ridiculous!!!!!! #notadunkindonutfananymore read more

Your run of the mill DD with all the menu choices you would expect, but friendly staff makes it a great place for coffee.

Super friendly staff, very clean, great unsweet tea, and the donuts awesome@

I went there with my mom and first of all we asked for 2 hash-browns and they said 1 on the reciept so we just paid for another one. Then my mom asked to put the bacon, egg and cheese croissant ,which was my friends order in a separate bag because we are vegetarian. He guys said ok ok and started doing his own thing. Then we heard him say to the girl worker that this lady is sh*t. Then my mom started complaining and the lady took care of our order. They still got my friends order wrong. Instead of a croissant they used an english muffin. read more
