Anyone that knows me knows that I'm a big Dunkin person. They were open early at 5am. I had a free drink redemption coupon that I wasn't sure how to use. Unfortunately you have to spend a lot of money now before you receive get a free drink. The staff was very understanding. I met the store manager Steve and he was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean inside. We drank our coffees outside on the tables. We really enjoyed this location and will be back. read more

First and last for me Just went to this one and should have read the reviews first. Now, I cannot complain about the service at the drive thru. That was great The gal was nice and friendly. The energy drink the made was great. But we made the mistake on ordering food. We'll, 2 donuts. Raised frosted with sprinkles. How can a place that is a donut place serve old donuts? Raised donuts are soft and airy and tender. The ones we got were on the firm side, a bit dense and not airy. Even tasted like old oil. More like a donut you'd buy in a grocery store bakery. Made my first, and last, trip to the Indian Lake store yesterday, and they do qualify for the Golden Fleece award. It was mid morning and only 2 other guests there, and I have a idea why that is the case. I ordered a senior coffee and normally pay under a $1 at the Burger Boys. I was charged just under $3 and suffered sticker shock the rest of the day with a little carryover this a.m. You would think that Mgmt might be astute enough to realize a reasonable buy on small coffee might lead to a expanded purchase. read more

Hands down the worse Dunkin in the history of Dunkin's. It doesn't matter what time you come here or how many cars there are in the drive thru, you are basically guaranteed a 10 minute minimum wait just to be greeted and order whether you are in the drive thru or go into the lobby. It literally took someone 9 minutes to even acknowledge my existence as a human inside the store. After 15 minutes I left. Idk how this location is still open. read more

By far one of the worst locations around. Repeatedly have my drink handed to me without being filled and spent $12 on 2 coffees today that tasted like water. Employee was snarky when I asked her to fill my drink to the top, as I should receive what I paid for. read more

Honestly, I'm not shocked to see so many negative reviews for this Dunkin'. I sat in a drive thru line at the speaker box for so long today after being told they'd be right with me. (If Morgan Freeman was narrating this review, this is the part where he'd step in and let you know that this employee was, in fact, NOT right with me.) It took probably 7 ish minutes of just sitting there and no one else was ahead of me in the drive thru line. Then when I ordered, my iced coffee definitely had more than the 2 creams I asked for. And since you can easily see through the cups used for iced coffee, it didn't take much to notice that my cup was only about 7/8 full and had nearly an inch at the top of the cup that could have still been filled with that delicious coffee I love so much, but alas... I was not so lucky. At least they had the blueberry flavor that I really like in stock. That's something. read more

We didn't come for the low budget not good as Starbucks way to sweet coffees. American Runs on Dunkin! Well, maybe "Steve" didn't get the memo. Every time there's a line for the Dunkin Donuts drive-through, you already know it's, "Welcome, Dunkin'. This is Steve; I'll be right with you." The man cannot multitask. When the car first in line finally leaves, you get "Sorry for your wait. May I take your order?" I only know this because this is my morning routine. Steve must be the manager or franchise owner because whenever someone else runs the drive-through, there's never a line, and you're in and out. There are always new faces, too, yet he is still there. My only wish is that if there's a fry guy kind of position at Dunkin', he should just do that. I'm not one to leave reviews, let alone bad reviews but my god this place was terrible. I work night shift and ordered a coffee on my way like 10 minutes before I would arrive. I pulled up to the drive thru and sat there for a good 15 minutes saying "hello?" multiple times with no response. I pulled around and went in to at LEAST 4 young kids just standing there doing nothing. They were all standing there while the poor kid who looked like he was training was the one making my order. At least two or three of them had headsets on and nobody answered me at the drive thru. My experience was absolutely infuriating. I'm also late to work because of this :) read more

Who does the ordering for this store? They never have everything in stock at once. They always prematurely run out of donuts in the morning and also, randomly, avocado toast. Several times my avocado toast was made with ZERO seasoning on top and the last time I pulled back around and asked the girl working to please add it and she said Dunkin Corporation canceled that seasoning and they won't be serving toast with it anymore. I just spent 32 minutes in the drive-through at Dunkin' Donuts on Indian Lake Boulevard when I got to the window after 32 minutes they asked me what the order was when I started to tell them they told me that it would take about another 20 minutes. Bought a dozen donuts at the Hendersonville store....everyone variety I asked for-they were out. I finally settled on four different kinds of 3 each. Varieties that I wasn't really crazy about. When I got them homes, they were so stale that they were half of them weren't even edible. They had to have been made several days ago. If I were an owner or a sales person, I would have never let this quality of food go out. Yes, it's only donuts but it's the principal of service and quality. Zero stars if it was an option! I am writing this for my 86 mother who wanted two dozen donuts to have an outside Covid party on Memorial Day. She reluctantly took my advice and purchase Dunkin' Donuts. (She doesn't prefer Dunkin' Donuts). She drove to Dunkin. Ordered and paid for two dozen donuts. Dunkin was out of donut boxes so the chocolate donuts were in a different style container that contains 6 donuts each. They gave her two containers (one dozen smushed chocolate donuts). She Paid for two dozen. After she got home she opened the donuts and realize the two containers were not dozen containers. She called and then drive back to the store for a refund. Let's recall she is 86 years old so getting out and driving is not as easy as it is for everyone. They have her her rightful refund. Did not offer to even give her a dozen free for her trouble or refund the price of two dozen. WORST customer service (and mediocre donuts) around. I feel responsible for having faith in Dunkin and recommending this company to her. read more

This is the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. Even when they have a full staff, expect a 20 min wait with a line. It almost seems as though they work one customer at a time, from the time they order until they get their stuff before they even greet the next customer. read more

I honestly don't know why we return to this location. Some day I'll learn. Like most of these comments it's painfully slow. They truly can only work one customer at a time. The staff members are very disgruntled. One was even singing a song about hating the place when we pulled up to the window. Funny but kind of sad at the same time. Dunkin at one point was my go to when Starbucks went to shit , but this location in particular is slacking . Two days in a row I spoke with the rudest employee over the drive thru speaker. Evidently the were out of donuts, which is ironic for a donut shop. She wouldn't even let me finish a sentence. She was abrupt, argumentative, and RUDE. Then she started pretending she couldn't hear me. I asked for an iced Mocha and she kept asking if it was a coffee (what else would it be?). After the 3rd time of saying yes it was a coffee, I raised my voice and confirmed again that it was an ICED COFFEE. Then this other woman comes on the speaker to tell me that I don't need to be rude. Are you kidding? For speaking up after the third repeat? And this was the second day in a row to go thru this for a watered down beverage? They've lost my business forever at this location. I'll drive to the next one, 3 minutes down the road, and save myself a unpleasant exchange over donuts and coffee. Whoever trained these people did a lousy job. PS. There are several complaint about rude behavior at this location. They are true. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! read more

Updated Aug 4, 2016: Well... Unfortunately I will never be back to this DD. I thought I would give them another shot, but after my experience today, I see the main issue is, the manager has zero leadership skills. She is teaching the staff terrible customer service skills, such as: ignore the customer. Do not take responsibility. Respond to customers as though they are a pain in your ass, and hopefully they will leave sooner. Be lazy and dismissive; these are skills that will no doubt be a great addition to a resume, and will shine in her employee's job performance for years to come. Bottom line. It doesn't take 10 minutes for one of four employees standing around, doing nothing, to take an order from the only customer in the building, and when brought to your attention, don't be dismissive and arrogantly rude to your customer. In the last 5 months this location has gone down hill! My husband and I have been going to this location since it opened. We get coffee and tea everyday. On at least 5 occasions they have run out of tea. The old managers would get some from another store until their delivery. This management doesn't seem to care about their regular customers....1 week without any tea. It also appears that their donuts are not totally baked all the way thru. What happened??? read more

Donuts, coffee, & customer service make up the foundation of success for any Dunkin' Donuts. Coincidentally these are the 3 things this Dunkin' Donuts get horribly wrong. Not only did they manage to forget our muffins and to put cream/sugar in our coffees but after we drove all the way back after getting home to realize their mistake, they didn't seem phased. Even the manager shrugged it off. Since management set the tone, I'd say this place is in trouble. The silver lining is there's a Starbucks right around the corner - and we'll have fun finding a new donut place. read more

I thought I would get the regular bad service that is the norm here but this was a new record. To have to wait fifteen minutes for a sandwich and coffee when only one party was in front of me is beyond unacceptable. It's not the staff that is the problem - it's the owner who is responsible. There are not enough people working here, that's obvious to everyone. He should have his butt working here to serve his customers if he is short handed. Don't give me the excuse you can't hire anyone, you are burning out your current employees and will be in a bigger jam. The reason you can't hire is because you are not paying enough - pretty obvious. If you can't staff your restaurant and provide the service customers expect you have no business owning a restaurant. If you are not reading these reviews you don't know the first thing about running a business. You can be sure I will never be returning and will be spreading the word about this to neighbors.
