Absolute worst Dunkin. Ordered a mobile order, got my coffee and sandwich but they left out donuts. Called multiple times, no one picks up. So I decided to text the number and finally got a response. Following Monday drove 30 miles out of my way to get my replacement donuts that were left out of the order and asked for a free coffee. They denied me a free coffee. I am a huge customer on the mobile app and they couldn't even see fit to give me something for their error. I'll never use this Dunkin again. read more

I was burning up the pavement on I-75 just north of Macon, Ga. having left my house in the middle of the night. My coffee cup had long dried up and I was looking for a cup of fresh brew. The traffic was still manageable and I didn't want to waste a lot of time the Yelp app presented several options so I pull left at the nearest exit and crossed the intersection and pulled into the Dunkin Donuts location just before sunrise - the drive-thru looked to be the best option so I pulled up and belted out my request just as she keyed the mic and walked all over my order as she recited the company proclamation which basically was "whatcha drinking", so I boldly stated my drink choice a second time "large hot coffee light and sweet" (pretty easy I'd say) she acknowledged and I pulled forward and the wait began - I knew every minute I waited another hundred cars were pulling on to the highway heading for Atlanta and I waited no one in sight at the window. Finally my java angel appears still wiping the sleepiness from her eyes but sporting somewhat of a smile but with both hands empty and the world slows down even more as she ask "is that coffee hot or iced" as I pulled my jaw from my lap in a calm but urgent tone I say HOT - and in the cutest southern draw she says "that what I thought sir but I wanted to be sure cause you seem to be in a hurry sir" and the wait continues. My hot coffee arrives and I pull away with a sense of urgency and accelerate up the ramp before taking a sip of the freshly brewed black cup of coffee, soooooo disappointing but yet so good to be back in the traffic, I had to smile knowing she thinks she did good cause I tipped her soooo good... read more

I'm a regular at this DD location. While some employees may not be having the best day at times and sometimes the coffee is a little off, this location is pretty good with service and customers. On occasion, a new DD goer goes through the drive through and stops up the line for a while, which is why I sometimes opt to go in. Other than the occasional delay, I recommend this DD highly! read more

The food is delicious! But the customer service is seriously lacking. Twice I have been through the drive through and not only did they over charge me and give me the wrong order but, they thought that it was necessary to complain to me about their problems. I ordered a mobile coffee, walk in pick up. When I got there the doors were locked, lights were off and they did not answer when I knocked. Their drive thru was 15 cars deep. I would have been late if I waited. Turn your mobile ordering off if you can't deliver. I left with no coffee and no refund. I tried to call and they did not pick up. read more

I get a thing of glazed munchkins all the time. As I'm passing through this town i stop for gas and a some coffee and munchkins. I don't even know what they gave me but they weren't glazed munchkins. Pulled up to this Dunkin' because it was right off the interstate and needed caffeine. Walked in and was helped right away and got two coffees. Both are super yummy. Not giving five stars cause we contemplated getting a donut but the girl at the cash register advised we didn't. We ordered a hot coffee with cream and sugar, a oatmilk ice latte, and an apple cider donut. *sigh* The donut was super dry, the latte wasn't very tasty (not really their fault, just my preference) and the coffee did not have any sugar in it. Also the cashier in the window was sitting and unenthusiastically tells us they were out of the donuts we ordered. Service was very blah and we were disappointed. read more

We were passing through the area, and we decided to stop at this location for coffee. When we got to the front counter, there wasn't anyone ready to take our order. We noticed that the staff were off in a group talking in the back area. When one of them finally noticed us, I greeted her nicely, but she just glared at me through her false eyelashes. She never bothered to crack a smile or even say "hello"; moreover, she seemed offended that I was even there. AFTER the cashier took my money for the three hot Pumpkin Spice coffees, another employee looked at me to say that there was no coffee made, so it would be five minutes. So, I waited. After more than five minutes, we wondered where our coffee was. One of the staff finally noticed us again and asked if we were waiting on the coffee, and she proceeded to blame the other staff member for forgetting the order. When we finally got our coffee, it was okay but didn't really taste like Pumpkin Spice. Overall, the staff just had a horrible attitude, and I don't even know why they are working there if they don't like interacting with the public. To top it off, we were the only ones in there when we placed our order, so there's no explanation for this horrible experience. read more

First, this DD is nasty. Today hair all over the top of my coffee cup lid. Also first, the service is extremely slow and employees have an attitude, very rude. Second, how hard is it to keep a clean and stocked bathroom? This DD is on my I75 route 3-4x a month. Bathroom is always out of paper towels and toilet tissue dispenser is always empty with a nasty roll lying around to use. It's not that hard. But this Dunkin just doesn't care so I'm done. Horrible customer service! I arrived about 10 minutes from closing. I asked if they were still open and was told very rudely, is it 9 o'clock yet? I told her I didn't know my clock was messed up and it said it was 9:05. She said well we're closed then. I said ok. Then she told me to go ahead with my order. I told her I won't be back. I get it's almost closing but you are open until 9. It doesn't take long to clean a coffee pot. This Dunkin' Donuts is always a let down. I have been here several times. I usually get a half dozen or whole dozen donuts. Unless you get there first thing in the morning, the donuts look terrible and they are out of everything. I also usually order an iced coffee... simple. Not for this DD. If you ask for cream, they fill the cup 3/4 the way with cream and add very little coffee. It barely tastes like coffee and looks closer to milk. The service is never good. They are out of everything. No boxes this last time I went so I received my donuts stuck down in a paper sack... The strawberry frosted I ordered had chocolate sprinkles stuck to it and was smushed down in the bag with my blueberry cake donuts. It's just always a mess and it never looks clean inside. Excellent service. They go above and beyond for their customers. They sell out of chocolate milk fast in the mornings; I was too late one morning and they were out. The barista offered to make me a chocolate milk herself, and she did. It was fabulous. The food is always perfect, especially the breakfast "wake-up wraps"!! read more

Coming from Boston I am a huge Dunks goer. On a four hour trip to my destination, we decided to stop at the nearest one. Inside decor was nice. But the staff was just not interested. Rude and seemed to not want to be there. My sister asked for an ice coffee BUT with a shot of French vanilla (up north it's different). The cashier was very rude to my sister in repeating her drink order, and gave us a demeaning look like we weren't welcome. Working in customer service this is not the way to act towards your customers. The food was alright. The coffees were funky and hot chocolate was chunky - not mixed well. As an avid Dunkin Donut's go-er... this was a very disappointing stop. I was passing through the area on our way to Tennessee. First impression was being glared at by a young lady who rolled her eyes as we walked in the door and proceeded to lock the other door before we came in... it was 6:30 and they close at 9 but yet our appearance still seemed to annoy them. Lady at the counter didn't greet us in any kind of way just walked up to the counter with a stained, sloppy shirt and asked what we wanted in a very annoyed "I don't want to be here" kind of tone. Hubby kindly asked for a bagel.. she said "no"... paused then said "we're out". He said it's okay what else do you have, she did a snarky huff and said "nothing" in again, a very rude way. Meanwhile young girl is still glaring at us and proceeding to slam the mop onto the floor to clean right by our feet. Bathrooms were absolutely atrocious... no paper towels, trashcans literally overflowed all the way onto the floor with feminine products hanging out. Icing on the cake was the kitchen portion of their restaurant having dirty utensils everywhere and spills all over the counters. Maybe they had just gotten a rush but from the looks of it we were the only ones in the building and utensils still should been cleaned in-between coffees. Coffee's tasted good but we were both too grossed out to drink them... definitely will travel the extra miles to avoid going here again. read more

The DD stands for Dirty Donuts at this location! Employees run the register and take money from customers and then turn around and grab your doughnut with the same gloves on their hands! Megan did this yesterday and did not change her gloves until I told her to. I told her I didn't want a doughnut unless she changed gloves and then used the paper sheets that employees are expected to use when grabbing doughnuts for customers. If this store hasn't trained employees to properly follow health codes then imagine what they do when they are making these doughnuts! Don't eat here! read more
