She was not welcoming at all. It looked as if the soft serve yogurt was shut down so was advised our soft serve would be made in the back and we can pick the toppings. As she was explaining the soft serve my entire party and the one next to us was confused. They had soft serve frozen yogurt, scoop ice cream and sorbet. I asked to try the scoop ice cream but they do not do samples. We decided on cookies and cream, vanilla cheese cake and birthday cake ice cream. We added toppings assuming they were included with the soft serve but when we went to pay we saw it was not. Definitely need better customer service and effective communication. The ambiance has potential but customer service made this entire experience a turn off. Will not be returning or recommending this store.
