I hate to add to this location's negative reviews, but it really deserves a poor rating. My better half is enamored lately with this place, because PAZE has a deal where you are reimbursed up to $10 for a minimum $10 purchase. Free things area always nice. However.... I ordered the Avocado Toast for $3.29. We were on a road trip with the family, heading out for vacation. Now, to begin with, the avocado toast is essentially one piece of sourdough toast with generic avocado supermarket-grade spread on it. How do they "spice it up?" UGH, this awful trend of saturating it with garlic and onion powder, or as they call it "everything seasoning." I wish the food service industry would knock it off with garlic. I've had to mention in in three reviews within the course of less than a month. Well, we paid on the mobile app using PAZE and guess what they were out of? Avocado spread. I didn't want anything else so I had a piece of bread that was not even really toasted, and I had to ask for butter. They took it back and soaked it in butter--disgusting. Soggy stale bread doused in butter to the point where it was slimy. YUCK! Their ZERO line of beverages are spunky energy drinks, and there are certainly enough flavors. I like these. Do not get anything from the green tea line of drinks--the syrup settles to the bottom, and the first few sips are great, and the what's left tastes like diluted orange rind water. Donuts are no longer made in-house. They are frozen and shipped in from a commissary. Oh, Dunkin', you've really lost your way. I can handle this, but the stores are constantly out of things. On the way back, we had to stop for K-cups. Remember, my other half is obsessed with this place and with getting free stuff. The site let us order the K-cups, but they didn't have them when we got there. Another location was out of bagged coffee if you can believe it. Service at the half dozen locations we visited was glacier-slow, with the exception being ONE location in Colorado where the gal at the window was just super and fully engaged. read more

I've given this place three chances, and they've failed every time. They are either out of donuts or the donuts that they do have are stale. The staff can't be bothered to actually take your order and seem to have plenty of time to play around with each other, but not make donuts.. And for Gods sake *do not* use the app to preorder, your order will not be ready and they make it impossible to get a refund. Skip this place and just get a baked good from Kwik Trip, you'll be much happier! read more

We were traveling thru with our 5 year old granddaughter and grandpa mentioned he would stop at a gas station to get her a donut. We really didn't need gas. I saw the Dunkin Donuts so we swung in. It was around 10 am and I had not eaten anything yet. They had avocado toast on the menu with either sun dried tomatoes or bacon. For $1 more I got both. It was delish and I shared with hubby. Our granddaughter asked for a donut with pink frosting and sprinkles. They said they had to make one up fresh. By the time we pulled up to the window everything was ready to go. She enjoyed her donut and we enjoyed the fast friendly service and a healthy option to eat. read more

Wanted to go for a nice family breakfast and was not impressed. They were out of donuts. What donut place is out of Donuts? One of ordered a breakfast sandwich on a croissant and they were out of them also. I ordered a grilled cheese. It was two pieces of bread with barely any cheese so I asked for a new one. The new one was the same thing. The staff was not neat in appearance and they had rap music blasting from the kitchen area through the whole restaurant. I will not be coming back again. read more

Went early on a Sunday. 6:20 am. Sign on door said lobby to open at 6:30 "sorry for the inconvenience ". Lobby not open at 6:40 am. Went to drive through. One employee. If you don't have employees what good is opening at all. Poor ownership. About 5 cars left, business lost. Don't see this business succeeding without owner interaction. I'm pretty sure that with the name Donuts in your company name that you should have plenty of those on hand at all times. To go further, the glazed donut has to be the most common donut sold and I'd think you guys would know how to stock up and prepare for customers, especially at 7am. However, for the third friggin time in a month, I've stopped by for just a dozen glazed donuts and you're either out, or have 2 or 3. What in the hell is going on here? Seriously? I travel the world and I can't ever recall a Dunkin Donuts not having a dozen donuts. Crazy. Y'all should be giving customers receipts as well so whoever decided that you don't give a receipt to the customer needs to go back to business school. I did ask for one this last visit and after 4 minutes got one for the wrong credit card. (Someone else's receipt) I also found this incredible since I was the last purchase just 30 seconds prior to me asking. Next time I'll head downtown to a real bakery. read more

Horrible service, horrible experience. If you are thinking of stopping, don't! We recently stopped at Dunkin' right before lunch to purchase some donuts, a task that seemed to out of the reach of the staff working. Not only were we not waited on, we were never acknowledged. If you want to be inconvenienced and put up with terrible attitudes this is the place for you. I ordered 3 slices of avocado toast online. The website said they were open until 8. I show up around 7:20 pm and the place is locked. A short lady with short brown hair saw me pulling on the door and laughed. I flagged her down to open the door but she turned around. After getting upset because no one would bring me my food. I go to the drive thru even though I requested in store pick up as I'm on my work break and like to sit and eat. The lady hands me my 3 slices of avocado toast and says "you should know we close the lobby at 7" this was my first time at the fond du lac location how am I supposed to know that. She then proceeded to tell me to have a nice day with a grievously tone. read more

On 2/18/23 ...Ordered mobile order and waited 30 mins after my pick up time and it was missing items. There was one girl who was at the register, making those orders and the mobile orders while at least 5 other workers were completing drive through window and food. This young girl was clearly overwhelmed with orders and rude customers while other staff members sat and watched. If I was her i'd quit, there needs to be better management at this location no questions asked. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts has the best service of any restaurant or eatery in Fond Du Lac. They're always prompt and friendly. The food/drinks are delicious and well-prepared (my compliments to the staff!) I will continue to frequent this place whenever I am in town. Rock on! Don't let any shitty customers bring y'all down! read more

Bad customer service! My wife wanted an iced latte with the chocolate syrup added, but not stirred, and they refused to not stir. We ordered it and got it the day before and went back today to buy another. They told us they had a discussion about our order the day before and aren't allowed to make the drink the way we like it. I guess their margins on iced drinks aren't high enough.....won't be coming back to this Dunkin for anything. By the way, we get this drink the way we want it at other Dunkins all the time. read more

When I visited workers were decent, bathrooms were semi-clean, but the food and drinks were delicious. They accept android, samsung, and Apple Pay. They also accept mobile orders. Wifi is decent, but not always the most reliable for heavy duty wifi tasks such as streaming videos. The worker that took my order did not smile at me. The employee leaned on the counters when they talked to customers. This worker was polite, and kind. Overall the visit to Dunkin Donuts was decent but nothing spectacular. read more

This was my first time at a Dunkin in about 5 years. Looking for a plant based coffee drink, only option was almond milk. Sizes gargantuan and ridiculously sweet. I couldn't even taste the coffee. It tasted like bottled coffee creamer! Unpalatable. The blended drink that my companion ordered didn't come with whip as ordered. Drive through attendant was nice but wasn't prepared to accept Apple Pay, despite COVID concerns. I will stick with my usual coffee place when they open back up, and until then coffee at home! read more

This was such a disappointment going here. I love Dunkin Donuts coffee and I wanted to get some munchkins for a morning meeting. The young gentleman at the counter appeared disheveled. It was 7 in the morning and his shirt appeared that he had been wearing it for several shifts and it had stains on it. He took my order then he took several other orders before he got me my coffee. When I asked where my munchkins were he looked at me confused and I had to show him my receipt. He then stated to me "you didn't tell me what kind you wanted". Not an apology, not what kind would you like but instead turned it around as if it were my fault that I didn't have my order. I was so disappointed. Word of advice. Save your money and go to a local bakery or even one of the grocery stores. The donuts are just as good if not better and probably a lot fresher. read more

Food sucked it was burnt. Coffee was terrible. When I asked for my coffee to be fixed they gave me a separate cup full of carmal to mix into mine instead of doing it them selves. When I first stared going here it was great. I ordered the same drink, went everyday and it was perfect. In the last month, it's like they go through so many employees they don't know how to make coffee. It is never right. When I mentioned it to the manager he said "he didn't know he didn't make it."
