Service is always pleasant and kind. The manager is the sweetest!!! My favorite Dunkin location

Kind gestures like hers remind us why this Dunkin' Donuts feels special. On a rainy day, I brought my parents in for a quick bite. She welcomed them with such care--despite the weather and my own exhaustion. Learning she was from Hawaii and seeing her gift my mom a purse marked "Philippines" was the kind of moment that sticks. Simple, unexpected, and kind. read more

Dunkin' - Donuts Near Me - Flower Mound, Texas

This is not your average Dunkin Donuts, and quite frankly it needs to be a case study to DD headquarters of best practices. Every time you order, especially at the drive thru, your day just got better. Friendly greetings, and genuinely pleasant word that will brighten your day. Every. Single. Time. These folks are amazing and deserve to be recognized for their efforts. Thanks for being so great, it doesn't go unnoticed. read more

That location at Dunkin Donuts, in Flower Mound is a good way to start the day. Not only are the donuts delicious, but the service is a very positive location because of Renee, and the staff that work there. They always welcome you, with a smile, and positive words to start the day. read more

Once again I find myself at this Dunkin only because they have finally put more icing on there donuts. The only thing I can complain about now is that when you ask for a splash of cream of sugar they never listen....asked for a cold brew and the coffee tasted more like milk lol I'd rather spend 2 dollars more and go to Starbucks and get what I want read more

Dunkin' - My avocado toast was completely burnt - Donuts Near Me - Flower Mound, Texas

This location has issues hearing your order. I spoke loud enough twice. All I wanted was a caramel iced coffee with 6 sugars and cream. They obviously did not hear me both times since I received the drink with only 1 sugar and 3 cream. I suggest you scream into the mic for them to hear you. The service was fast though but will not be coming back. read more

I just have to say that this is by far the best Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been too. I only go to this location because everyone is all super friendly. Being greeted by the staff with smiling faces every time I come through really makes my morning. It's hard to find that kind of service at fast food restaurants anymore. Shout out to all of the employees there. Thank you for making it such a great experience. They give Chick-fil-A employees a run for their money. read more

I drive 15 miles and pass at least ten similar businesses along the way just to visit this particular Dunkin'. There are a few other Dunkin's in the area but this one is always relaxing and it is usually not crowded. The staff is always very friendly and they don't mind taking time to help you pick out a selection if you like to try different things each time. They have the best beverages in the area, in my opinion. Their Cold Brew is fantastic and unlike other coffee shops they are never out of stock! Their blended/frozen frappuccino drinks are extremely good and they cost half the price of the other major coffee shops in the area. They offer some great flavors too - Almond Joy, Caramel, Butternut Toffee, Peppermint Mocha, etc. Some of the flavors are available as sugar-free. So far, my favorite has been the Almond Joy but I think it was a seasonal offering. You can never go wrong with straight-up caramel! Their donut selects always looks very good too. They have various types from donut holes (Munchkins), cake donuts, yeast donuts, muffins, jelly-filled, and buns. By the way, they have a very user-friendly app that occassionally has great offers so take a look at that if you are a repeat visitor. read more

The best DD in the Metroplex! They move the line very quickly on busy mornings (cute hand holds your drink out as you pull your car up :) and the coffee is always the right temperature -- not too hot and you can actually drink it during your commute. They always repeat back your order so you know it's right. The APP is easy and you can earn free stuff with rewards. Kids love the breakfast sandwiches (and they will customize since we can't have eggs so you know it's made fresh for you). Donuts for the office are easy to pick up and they look cute. I prefer cake donuts and their plain old fashioned is my favorite. The ads and signage are helpful too and the best part? The sweet lady at the window always says "have a blessed day" and she's so cheerful I instantly feel better even before that first sip! read more

The absolute best customer service! Even when busy, the staff is friendly and considerate--they are genuinely happy to see you and make sure you leave happy! Just wow! read more

Coffee is inconsistent at DD. :( Sometimes it is on point and sometimes it seems a little watered down. The donuts, when they have them, are just okay. I prefer to keep my (donut) business with small business owners. I haven't been through the drive-thru as I have taken the advice from the other reviewers, but just check your order. It's that simple. Staff doesn't talk much. Wish they were a little more friendly. read more

Dunkin' - Dark roast coffee with cream and non-sweetened French vanilla. - Donuts Near Me - Flower Mound, Texas

This Dunkin is the absolute best. The morning crew is honestly amazing. They are so friendly no matter what hour it is! I agree with a previous review on here that Dunkin corporate should come to this location to see how all their stores/employees nationwide should be operating. read more

Straight up The coffee is terrible and the doughnuts make me sick! There coloring is tacky. There ads are the worst. Also, my friend got food poisoning!I really do not recommend this place it is tacky and is not social distance friendly. read more

Excellent coffee, awful customer service. Waited in line for a very long time and had to repeat my order at least twice. Once I got to the window the cashier was extremely rude. When I inquired about the additional charge for almond milk she said 'I can't change the price', instead of answering my simple question. She made a stink about printing my receipt and she yelled sarcastically 'have a great day' as I was driving off. I will continue to drive out of my way to go to the Dunkin' off of Main St. instead. read more

It's DD ! Donuts ! What else is there to say. It's difficult to say anything bad about donuts, they just make ya feel good ! I wish DD made more styles of white icing filled donuts but that's my only complaint. When I was a kid they made a donut called the Bismarck but I haven't seen one in 40 yrs. Is DD the best donut shop?.... I'm sure not...But is there really any such thing as a bad donut.! This location is a stand alone store with a drive thru. read more

This is one of the worst Dunkin's you can go to. I've been here 4-5 times and every time I am disappointed. The quality is way below the typical Dunkin' I go to. Ice coffee is more like ice water with cream and sugar. I'd highly recommend driving further to a different one if you are really craving Dunkin'. Won't be giving them another chance. read more

So good me and my sisters got brunch here and it was awesome tastes so good they also are so nice there the staffs are kind as heck!

Management is so nice, I absolutely love the employees here, they're always so respectful and honest. Very hard working people.

I used to love Dunkin Donuts but was disappointed in the small selection of donuts. This is a DONUT store, right? They didn't even have the classics? I don't drink coffee so I have no use for this place. Also... too much staff... there were TONS of workers there. read more

Yes, I've been coming here almost everyday on my way to work. I love their coffee and lattes. They are extremely slow... never get your order right. It's such a pain come to this place. I loved DD in NJ but here is a nightmare every single day. Just today I came to wait for 20 minutes 1 coffee and it was the wrong one. Can't believe it. Order a late gave me a macchiato. Ordered with caramel NO caramel. It's so simple... it's not a science. read more

I am not surprised that this location has so many bad reviews. We went there yesterday afternoon and started in the drive thru line and sat there for five minutes waiting for someone to take our order or at least acknowledge that we were waiting. Finally realized that wasn't going to happen so we pulled out of line and parked and went inside. Again no one acknowledged that we were even in the store and we stood there waiting. While waiting it appeared that there was only one person working and they were working the drive thru line and we did not see any other employees or a manager at all. After waiting another five minutes for someone to acknowledge us or take our order we got fed up and left. Not only is this poor customer service but also a safety issue if you only have one employee working. There should have been at least one employee working the counter and one working the drive thru line. read more

Meh it's ok. I like the donuts at the mom & pop places better. And I don't understand the hype about the coffee. I just went because of the drive thru & I do love their jelly munchkins. read more

My first time will be my only time going to Dunkin'. Disgusting, overpriced and just plain nasty food. I only gave it one star because I had to and the tea was good. Bacon, egg and cheese bagel - rubbery, and yuck! It tasted worse than one of those breakfast sandwiches at a gas station that have been sitting in the heater box for at least two hours and then was reheated again to seem fresh. It was not! Hard to chew and immediately threw it away. Hash browns - package was only half full and what wasn't burnt, was a weird tasting mix between old grease and who knows what else... Bottom line for me: waste of money read more

Dunkin' Donuts needs to stick with what they do best. Donuts and coffee. Their sausage sandwich and kolaches are not good. However, the pumpkin donut and pumpkin pie donut were very delicious. The pumpkin creme brulee latte is great. Will be back for their donuts. read more
