This location has issues hearing your order. I spoke loud enough twice. All I wanted was a caramel iced coffee with 6 sugars and cream. They obviously did not hear me both times since I received the drink with only 1 sugar and 3 cream. I suggest you scream into the mic for them to hear you. My avocado toast was completely burnt front and back ( back was worse of course). I dont understand how someone thought this was edible and sold it to a customer. I just have to say that this is by far the best Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been too. I only go to this location because everyone is all super friendly. Being greeted by the staff with smiling faces every time I come through really makes my morning. It's hard to find that kind of service at fast food restaurants anymore. I drive 15 miles and pass at least ten similar businesses along the way just to visit this particular Dunkin'. There are a few other Dunkin's in the area but this one is always relaxing and it is usually not crowded. The staff is always very friendly and they don't mind taking time to help you pick out a selection if you like to try different things each time. They have the best beverages in the area, in my opinion. Their Cold Brew is fantastic and unlike other coffee shops they are never out of stock! Their blended/frozen frappuccino drinks are extremely good and they cost half the price of the other major coffee shops in the area. They offer some great flavors too - Almond Joy, Caramel, Butternut Toffee, Peppermint Mocha, etc. Some of the flavors are available as sugar-free. So far, my favorite has been the Almond Joy but I think it was a seasonal offering. You can never go wrong with straight-up caramel! Their donut selects always looks very good too. They have various types from donut holes (Munchkins), cake donuts, yeast donuts, muffins, jelly-filled, and buns. By the way, they have a very user-friendly app that occassionally has great offers so take a look at that if you are a repeat visitor. read more

The best DD in the Metroplex! They move the line very quickly on busy mornings (cute hand holds your drink out as you pull your car up :) and the coffee is always the right temperature -- not too hot and you can actually drink it during your commute. They always repeat back your order so you know it's right. The APP is easy and you can earn free stuff with rewards. Kids love the breakfast sandwiches (and they will customize since we can't have eggs so you know it's made fresh for you). Donuts for the office are easy to pick up and they look cute. I prefer cake donuts and their plain old fashioned is my favorite. The ads and signage are helpful too and the best part? The sweet lady at the window always says "have a blessed day" and she's so cheerful I instantly feel better even before that first sip! read more

Coffee is inconsistent at DD. :( Sometimes it is on point and sometimes it seems a little watered down. The donuts, when they have them, are just okay. I prefer to keep my (donut) business with small business owners. I haven't been through the drive-thru as I have taken the advice from the other reviewers, but just check your order. When I inquired about the additional charge for almond milk she said 'I can't change the price', instead of answering my simple question. I am not surprised that this location has so many bad reviews. We went there yesterday afternoon and started in the drive thru line and sat there for five minutes waiting for someone to take our order or at least acknowledge that we were waiting. Finally realized that wasn't going to happen so we pulled out of line and parked and went inside. Again no one acknowledged that we were even in the store and we stood there waiting. While waiting it appeared that there was only one person working and they were working the drive thru line and we did not see any other employees or a manager at all. After waiting another five minutes for someone to acknowledge us or take our order we got fed up and left. Not only is this poor customer service but also a safety issue if you only have one employee working. There should have been at least one employee working the counter and one working the drive thru line. read more

My first time will be my only time going to Dunkin'. Disgusting, overpriced and just plain nasty food. I only gave it one star because I had to and the tea was good. Bacon, egg and cheese bagel - rubbery, and yuck! It tasted worse than one of those breakfast sandwiches at a gas station that have been sitting in the heater box for at least two hours and then was reheated again to seem fresh. It was not! Last Friday I ordered 2 drinks and 2 donuts using my phone. Friday promo was a free donut with drink purchase. I was charged for the 2 donuts. Also the girl at the drive thru wasn't wearing gloves. I definitely wasn't happy about that. Especially when they didn't have my donut so she grabbed me a different one, using the paper like they always do, but there was no extra precaution being used here.
