If I could give this Dunkin no stars I would on Saturday, October 26, 2024. My husband and I went to this Dunkin located at 2390. E Burleigh Bluv in Eustis Fl we placed an order for one six dollar meal combo that included a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel, a medium iced coffee hashbrowns mind you this meal in particular should of course six dollars plus tax. I ordered the avocado toast. I also ordered a medium strawberry dragon, fruit refresher so my husband thought because he was calculating in his head that maybe that was a little too high, so we sat with our meal in side of this Dunkin which by the way was filthy and I understand that when they're busy, you know, they don't have time to keep where the people eat clean cause they're busy but the morning rush was over and the place was filthy garbage on the floor, garbage overflowing tables were disgusting. I had wiped hours with a paper napkin anyway, getting back to the order so when we got our order and we were sitting down my husband's going through the receipt, we will charge $19.37 on this thing the cashier charged us well not charged us but credited us $.95 for the senior heck does she know how old I am and we never asked for one so with that because she charged us senior everything was à la carte which poured everything down to $19.37 including tax so we finished eating went up to the register again the girl that waited on us was a young woman and she kept saying sorry sorry sorry when we brought it up so we used to our manager who look even younger than the cashier, we explained the situation and my husband also called an age discrimination because how dare this girl the cashier just automatically figure that because we're older than her that we are seniors so the girl supposedly refunded the $19.37 and proceeded to charge us what it should be $15.81 I still have the original charge of $19.37. it's now Tuesday the 29th and I checked my account. It's still there as a matter of fact both charges are still there actually it's because after I bought the $19.37 I spent another seven dollars and change for four donuts so as I said, this is what I got. I called my bank. JP Morgan Chase and I requested to dispute the charge. They told me that in order for me to dispute the charge they had to cancel out my card and wait another 5 to 7 days, of course business wise for me to get to getting another card big inconvenience. Wouldn't you say so then I call the corporate office in Massachusetts. Explain the entire situation. All this Dunkin is gonna get is basically a slap on the wrist. Basically all Corporate is gonna do is contact This One and let them know that there was complaint now mind you I still don't have the $19.37 back in my Chase account as of October 29, 2024 but also yesterday October 28, 2024 I also sent a email to them. Corporate showing them the receipts and what's going on. This is a Dunkin my husband works nearby and he'll stop in for a coffee during the week because he works nearby. I live in Altamonte Springs but this weekend crew is filled with a bunch of children who when they're busy they work but when the downtime is over they were huddled and they're laughing and they giggling and not keeping the place clean and it's a joke. If this matter doesn't get resolved, the next review is gonna be even worse than this one they gonna lose a good customer because down and Altamonte I do go to the Dunkin often I'll be going to Starbucks and I'm a little Italian lady and I've already started telling people and showing the receipts that Dunkin of Eustis Fl is like Are they that hard up for money?

This was my first time stopping at this Dunkin Donut location the one most convenient for me when I'm working on this side of the world had a melt down and the service and products has really suffer the last three or four times I stopped in. I don't like making excuses but the strain on resources and lack of help has taken its toll on lots of retail businesses. After waiting here for an extended period of time my frustration level grew exponentially after watching the line stall as the minutes ticked away - I was five cars back and no one was getting anything fast here. I am going to conservatively guess it was more than 15 minutes before I arrived at the window and the attendant didn't have a clue what I had ordered so they basically made it as I waited at the window after paying. Of course I was happy my coffee didn't sit around and cooled down but waiting this amount of time for a cup of mediocre Folgers Coffee is ridiculous. Waiting is boring, how boring you ask? I looked up the Folger's Jingle: Every day I wake up I pour myself a cup Of that rich folgers aroma The best part of waking up It's the doo-wop doo-wop In all I do The mountain grown aroma Always commin' through (always commin' through!) Oh the best part of waking up Is folgers in your cup Now I'm right in harmony With that doo-wop doo-wop di dee Whoa, one more cup and its a who-wop shoo-bop for me Oh, the best part of waking up Is folgers in your cup The best part of waking up Is folgers in your cup. I'm going to give them a free pass and the benefit of the doubt and say my experience was just okay as was the coffee....

It had been a few years since I had been to this branch. I never had any complaint and still don't. I got six donuts and a couple of apple fritters. The fritters seemed small but that is because the last ones we got were the size of pie plates somewhere else and were probably a lot more expensive. The donut selection was not as varied as I would have liked. None of my old favorite: apple spice filled. But for all Imknow they don't even have them any more. Doesn't matter as we don't go very often and as long as I bring home chocolate ones my wife will let me come in. Also bought a gift card. The employees were masked. They were allowing dining in, but I did my order take out, as always.

My daughter had already dived into her latte

We got munchkins, a vanilla signature latte, and a Spark'd Energy drink and they're all very good! Micheal was the one who gave us our delicious food and his service was very good, he was very kind to us. The drive thru was also very good.

Yay-- I love ordering a large and getting 90% ice.

I have literally been coming to this Dunkin' ever since I was a child. I would come here for ice cream, a donut, some sort of treat and I have never, ever had anything less than a stellar experience. It seems like my past few visits have been hit or miss, but I still really love this local Dunkin' so I kept going back. This last visit was whoa. I will definitely include what happened, but I also want to say that this happened over a week ago. I have tried multiple arenas to contact Dunkin' to give them a chance to fix this issue. Although, Dunkin' corporation has reached out and told me they let the manager know, I have yet to hear anything. So, I decided I would share with yelp what happened, since they seem to have to intention of making things right. Long story short- the old lady at the drive through was awful. She rushed me, charged me for items, and then never gave them to me. My drink was made with real milk, instead of almond milk. I ordered two orders of hash browns and each came with half an order (like they made one order and split it into two packages). BUT to add insult to injury,,,,, I used a free beverage coupon, so I ordered a large,, they made me a small, when I told them they told me to pull around and they would bring it out to me. However, what they gave me was a small drink, in a large cup. I could not believe how dishonest that was!! I mean seriously, it's not like I was trying to scam them,,, I used a coupon for heaven's sake. It's so sad to see this place going downhill from what it used to be.

The manager is an absolute b*tch. Never enough staff. Kitchen is so dirty it has roaches and ants behind the counters.

I ordered a small cold brew and didn't know how much creamer I wanted so they gave me a separate cup of creamer.

This time, he got there a little earlier and was able to pick the ones we really wanted. By latest 11am, they are usually gone (it's a food truck). Super yummy fresh donuts. I loved the one with cinnamon sugar and the kids loved the sprinkle and fruity pebbles ones. My husband said service was great also. We will be back. I really want to try the red velvet cake one in the future.

A friend of mine told me about this place a while back, but I never thought it would really be…read moreworth a hour and a half drive just for donuts. I thought, "it's a food truck... I'll just wait for them to come to me." Well... I finally caved and got tired of waiting. First off, I'm not a morning person... so the whole "donuts and coffee" at 8am isn't my thing. I was not too thrilled about having to wake up at 6am just to be able to get to try the flavors I wanted before they were all sold out. (FYI: You can order ahead online, but that option can sell out fast too) Also, I'll take a bad yeast donut over a good cake donut any day. Those extravagant Voodoo doughnuts over at Universal are no match for a plain old Krispy Kreme donut straight off the conveyer belt in my humble opinion. This food truck is all cake donuts, so I was a bit skeptical. I'm happy to say, these donuts are insanely good. There were 22 flavors available, and we ordered them all. The most popular, "frosted crack" and "maple bacon", were definitely 2 of my favorites. Simple flavors, yet so delicious. The "French Toast" and the "Cookie Butter" were also high up on my list of must-tries. Even something as conventional as the "chocolate with sprinkles" was friggin amazing. I'm pretty sure it all had to do with the fact that none of these felt like the typical cake donut you would find at Dunkin Donuts. They were way more light and airy than usual. It was almost a mix between a yeast donut and a cake donut, and they were tremendous. It also might have to do with the fact that they were all just freshly made. That also makes a huge difference. What I like about this place is that they don't go overboard with toppings. They just let the flavors do the talking. They don't just throw crushed-up snickers bars, skittles, and whole Oreos on top for the hell of it. They keep it more traditional, and I like that. Makes them way easier to eat as well. The people in the truck themselves are very friendly. The guy that helped us seemed really proud of his product, as he should be. They even have complimentary Starbucks coffee for people as they waited. With a long line at 8 in the morning, it was very much appreciated. Overall, this small and unassuming food truck in the middle of a dirt lot in Mt. Dora ended up having some of the best donuts I've ever tried. Tons of flavors, yet a simplistic theme runs through all of them... flavor. Every bite feels like it's worth the carbs, and I love that. They look great, and taste even better. My only negative about this place is that it's not closer... but that's just me being selfish.

There were lots of interesting flavor combinations to try. We finally decided on the Toasted Coconut. We ordered a dozen for $6.50. OMG. They were AMAZING. The donuts were "hot off the press" (you can actually see them frying them right in front of you) and covered with a creamy, sugary glaze and then sprinkled with toasted coconut. We gobbled them up quickly while they were still hot (the best way to eat a donut!). Besides offering a terrific product, everyone behind the counter was super friendly and very customer-focused. They really do a phenomenal job all around. They'll definitely be a regular stop on future visits to Renninger's.
